U should first decide what you will do with remaining embryos. Freeze them, donate them or discard them?? Not nice choices for them. It isn't just about u.

My husband and I are going to do IVF for the first time after 8 years of trying to have a child which consisted of failed timed intercourse, 5 failed IUI’s and 1 ectopic pregnancy. Needless to say that I’m very nervous about the amount of medication and injections that is involved but God willing we shall rejoice with our bundle of joy🙌🏾🙌🏾.. Congratulations on your baby. I have totally buried my head in the sand up until now, through fear, took folic acid but done no research. Our first appointment is 2weeks away. This video is helping me calm down a lot.
You should research it thoroughly. What will u do with remaining embryos? Freeze them? Donate them? Or dispose of them? . It's an ethical issue. Give them rights. U do realise u take away their rights to conceive naturally. It forcing it upon them and then u might discard the remaining ones. Think about it. I personally would adopt. After adopting, couples usually get pregnant naturally in apt of cases.

It’s great to have a partner who believes in IVF. My Dr. said IVF is my only chance of conceiving and partner refuse to go through the process. I’m so depressed, I can’t eat, I can’t sleep and I can’t stop crying. I’m already 42 so I don’t have much time. God bless you and your husband
Hi Marsha, aw, I'm so sorry to hear that! Maybe he will have a change of heart! It's nearly the same as people getting treatment with any other problem, whether cancer (chemo and radiation treatments), or surgeries (where you have to have medicine and technology help you). O that's tough. I have PCOS, so I actually ate a GI focused diet while on metformin for about a year before I started IVF. After getting pregnant, I just tried to eat healthy as much as I could outside of my cravings. Now after the FET, I did try the nuts and pineapple (the myth that people always talk about) to supposedly help the body for the egg to implant I believe. But that was about it. **On another note: I really advise if you're doing IVF to make sure your doctor put you on enough progesterone and estrace until 3 months after pregnancy. I do believe that was a major reason that helps lower the chance of miscarriages. I can't remember if I said that.

My journey was 12yrs... finally completed my 2nd IVF cycle this past January and I'm currently 24 weeks pregnant with my baby boy. I'm from California and price for IVF is about 25k. I went to CNY fertility in Syracuse NY. Prices were unbelievably low. IVF is hard, but I don't regret any part of the process. I'm blessed and thankful to God. You're in my prayers 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

I got morning sickness at 2 weeks pregnant it was a boy and I was sick by 3 weeks pregnant with a natural pregnancy so it’s definitely possible I’m happy for your pregnancy God is good ❤

May I ask do you diet while being pregnant ? What did you eat during the process? I’m going through it now and the food aspect of everything is driving me crazy I also have pcos
Before I got pregnant, I ate a low GI diet for treating PCOS which included dairy free and gluten free meals. I didn't really follow a diet plan while pregnant, I just tried to stick to my healthy lifestyle choices (when I wasn't having cravings that is). I also joined Profile at the end of my pregnancy, which helps you come up with a food plan. I'm going through IVF now and I went into hyperstimulation. I was hoping to have my transfer this week but now there is an issue with fluid in my cervix.

I had a tubal reversal but they couldn’t reverse them so my tubes still don’t work 😩 I have a consult set up to start our ivf journey I’m so nervous and scared and worried 😦
I’ll be doing ivf to eliminate a genetic condition I have do you think bc I don’t struggle with infertility I’ll have a great number of fertilized embros ? We plan on having 5 kids🤞🏼

Hi! We did not do PGS as my doctor told me due to my age, it was not necessary. I would ask your doctor and get their recommendation for sure. Also if you want to know the gender etc, PGS can give you that info. Wishing you much success on your journey!

May I ask do you diet while being pregnant ? What did you eat during the process? I’m going through it now and the food aspect of everything is driving me crazy I also have pcos
Before I got pregnant, I ate a low GI diet for treating PCOS which included dairy free and gluten free meals. I didn't really follow a diet plan while pregnant, I just tried to stick to my healthy lifestyle choices (when I wasn't having cravings that is). I also joined Profile at the end of my pregnancy, which helps you come up with a food plan. I had a tubal reversal but they couldn’t reverse them so my tubes still don’t work 😩 I have a consult set up to start our ivf journey I’m so nervous and scared and worried 😦

Hi! We did not do PGS as my doctor told me due to my age, it was not necessary. I would ask your doctor and get their recommendation for sure. Also if you want to know the gender etc, PGS can give you that info. Wishing you much success on your journey!

Blood Test are very reliable, that's what my doctors use

16 fertilized I believe and ended up with 7 embroys
