My wife listened to different exhausts for 2 years while attending the Black Hills Motorcycle Classic in the Black Hills of South Dakota. She came to the conclusion that the RB Racing LSR 2-1 exhaust I had on my FLHX was hands down the BEST sounding exhaust she had heard. We then ordered the same 2-1 for her 2015 Ultra.
this right here is why i support the channel and buy direct from you guys for both my bikes.. you could of easily thrown your own brand on here! but you also rep other company's! .. why i love the thrashin community you guys are building and i cant wait to fly out from the UK to come to the grand opening!
I haven't watched any of your content up to this point. The way the heading was worded along with sound check advertisement got my attention. After viewing this segment, I gave it a thumbs up and hit subscribe. Your discipline in following professional processes along with stating the tools required to accomplish the work get an applause from me. Good camera and audio work too. For 11 years I have been a teacher of proper maintenance, service, and repair procedures, and processes. You guys are on the right track. Please don't change what you have going on. It'll grow as the word gets out. People are hungry for the truth and want to find someone they can trust. When you gain their trust because, of your successes they can literally see on your channel, you're winning.
That Bassini Pipe sounds Great....They make great quality pipes...I bought one for my old Victory Kingpin...It was the true dual Pro Street Turnout short pipe/muffler in one in Chrome....It would Roar when i would get on it....👍😎
Hate the fact I found your channel!!! Just ordered 6.5 riser, floor boards, handlebar bags!!! Damn here I go in debt again!! The risers with the engraved flag as a Veteran it’s Bad ass!!! And Kelly in customer service is bad ass!!!
🤣 "this is the last time you will hear this bike with this exhaust"...immediately hear the exhaust as its being put on the lift lol...Another rad video dudes! LOVE IT!
On TH-cam it still sounds sweet. I only can imagine being right there. Great install, especially naming everything you're going to use. Once again "THRASIN SUPPLY ROCKS"
Love the video but you should have shown how to remove the old exhaust gaskets , I was lucky to find a video on how to do it when i did my first one JS !
Thrashin, What did you guys do with the stud the sits between the cam and the transmission where the stock exhaust hanger / clamp was screw on to ? Thanks in advance!
Local Dude here. I rode over to Ventura HD two weeks ago to pick up one of their last 2023 ST's ... and rode home on a 2024 Road Glide after throwing my leg over it. Bonus ~ it already had a T Bar setup with your bars on it! You bet I'll be following your progress. I'm looking forward to wrenching on mine and adding some more of your parts. Great work Guys!
I’ve been looking at their three roadglide sts too. But my local Harley in Santa Maria has a 24 with tbars and crash bars. Might trade my SG in for that instead.
Great vlog, you three make a super team. I must have missed installing the exhaust pipe to cylinder head gasket, always a pia for me. I'm interested to see what's next. Ahh, but no tacos! Well, we can't have tacos every time. Is Campos still in Simi Valley? Liked their food THIRTY YEARS AGO,, HA HA. More for burritos then tacos there.
Great video - Id also say its worth putting copper bolts on the exhaust studs rather than use the OEM ones, stops any problems at a later date when you want to take the pipe off again - esp handy if the exhaust covers some of the cam bolts / rear wheel bolt
These guys are the new it on the bagger seen i look forward to these guys new products they have true passion u can see it nothing better than a room full of people who love what they love and all if them share the same feeling its so vlear the guy has a tc tat thats sick thrashin baby
Loving ALL The Content!!! Wanna see SOMEBODY Do a Build or Anything Worth Wild with the Pan Am! I’ve seen you guys work on Just about Everything else OLD And NEW … Please Consider the Pan Am even though none of you guys actually Owns 1, that I Know of
Love the look and sound of a mid length especially the bassani road rage 3 mid lengths but on a bagger where it stops under the bag and if your wearing a full face it will echo the exhaust off the pavement and saddle bag right into your helmet lol and it gets rough after riding for a while lol
Keeping up with this, getting a ’24 soon and wanna do some similar things. I see a new cam cover peeking out at me. I’ve asked several dealers is that a new style cam position pickup, none seem to know.
Bike is looking great. I have the Bassani mid super bike pipe on my 24 Road Glide. It sounds like it has a little deeper tone then yours. What's up with that timer cover? How come no shout out to Daryl Bassani who recently passed away? Great videos by the way.
We paid our respect at the time of his passing! We wouldn't be where we are without him and that was a big motivator behind getting a Bassani exhaust on this bike ASAP!
Header tape looks good on them to I did my 2020 low rider s in header tape an it matches my stock wheels afyer heat cycle same header tape I used on my BBK headers on my coyote
Ok so onky three guys lmao i want to see a video of juan soing somthing bye his self then it be cool to see cole show us that hour 33 min bar install solo lmao love u guys man i never seen those boards i love them do u have in contrast cut if so i need a set
Can you guys give us feedback on if the pipe is getting the bag hot? Being soooo short I didn’t know if it gets hot under there, even with the kick out. Thanks 0:07
@@THRASHIN thank you so much for your answer. I am so confused. i’m gonna put my new exhaust on my 24 Cvo st . I just worry about will be make damage for my bike.
Now you need a new mapping, at the latest with the new air filter. And I hope that no exhaust fumes get into the case. It would be stupid if your clothes smelled of exhaust fumes. But it looks very good!!!
Donate to the me foundation lol. I need some thrashin parts on my 22 road glide Lance. Nice to see Cole with the crew. Was always my favorite supercross rider.
Sounds and looks a million times better. By the way , the channel cycle fanatics, said he's going to copy everything you have done to that bike on his same 2024 ride, even mentioned your name, make him pay for the parts 😂.

Bassani? Respect and props for not just self-promoting self interests (Thrashin/Feuling) vlog. 👍
We wouldn't be where we are today without Bassani! Gotta show some love and respect to them!
Ahhh, thought it was Feuling. Must be via Bassani. Good to know !
Reminds me of that meme that says if you think your job is bad, just remember there’s someone out there that installs stock Harley exhausts😂
Hahaha
Thrashin
I admired your team work ethic 😊. The 2024 RG looks great with Chrome Bassani.
Thanks a ton!
It makes me happy, to see that you use other companies products as well as your own awesome job guys.
Thanks!
Nice video following the 2024 bike videos closely as mine arrives this week... would love to know exactly what model of exhaust this is?
Thank you for your details. I just installed Sharkroads 2-1 exhaust on my road glide special. I watched your video to get pointers to get me through.
How do you like the sharkroad exhaust?

I just love the look of twin pipes. Plus my Tab 50 Cals sound awesome in my opinion.

Hahah sorry man! Stoked to have you repping out products though! Thanks for the love!
Just put the stainless Bassani road rage 3 on my ‘21 FXLRS and absolutely love it
Stoked to hear it!
🤣 "this is the last time you will hear this bike with this exhaust"...immediately hear the exhaust as its being put on the lift lol...Another rad video dudes! LOVE IT!
Hahaha
It sounds amazing! I’d like for Bassani to use your sound clips on their website instead of what they currently have.
On TH-cam it still sounds sweet. I only can imagine being right there. Great install, especially naming everything you're going to use.
Once again "THRASIN SUPPLY ROCKS"
Thanks 👍 It sounds insane in person!
Sounds good but I still like the look of duel exhaust…any options for duel exhaust and improved performance and sound?
Love your videos Lance, keep up the great work, love TRASHIN⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡ - That VVT Trashin cover is SICK! 💥💥💥💥
Love the video but you should have shown how to remove the old exhaust gaskets , I was lucky to find a video on how to do it when i did my first one JS !
Thrashin,
What did you guys do with the stud the sits between the cam and the transmission where the stock exhaust hanger / clamp was screw on to ?
Thanks in advance!
tightening the exhaust flange slow also lets the gasket compress slowly , it will take a set better
Looks dope sounds dope I have a Bassani exhaust on my LRS ..team Bassani 🤘🏽
Great video as always

2 in 1 Bassani can't beat the sound👍
AWESOME ! the bike sound and look great !

I like the new intro! I hate clips in the beginning of the episode as the intro. I always skip it. But this was perfect!
Check with All American Cycle in Miami Florida. They may have tuned one or two.
Chrome exhaust makes it freaking pop!!! Beautiful...👊
Yes it does!
Great video - Id also say its worth putting copper bolts on the exhaust studs rather than use the OEM ones, stops any problems at a later date when you want to take the pipe off again - esp handy if the exhaust covers some of the cam bolts / rear wheel bolt
Watching pros work is cathartic and down right awesome ! Thanks, guys. Taco next time.
Next time!
Wow it looks incredibly complicated. You guys really know what you're doing and it's obvious that you love your work!
These guys are the new it on the bagger seen i look forward to these guys new products they have true passion u can see it nothing better than a room full of people who love what they love and all if them share the same feeling its so vlear the guy has a tc tat thats sick thrashin baby
I want this exhaust. I wish you guys posted the link to it. I can’t seem to find this exact one anywhere
Love it, that rear rotor must have had debri in the pad its got a nice groove already. Might want to clean the system
Great install video! Looks like the catalytic convertor was deleted? Does losing that back pressure affect it? Thanks!
Regards, Lindsay
Great content guys especially the part about the retainer rings. You are the first I’ve seen to replace the rings. 👍🏾
Glad you like them!
Do you guys have a blacked out exhaust for Sport glide?
Loving ALL The Content!!!
Wanna see SOMEBODY Do a Build or Anything Worth Wild with the Pan Am! I’ve seen you guys work on Just about Everything else OLD And NEW …
Please Consider the Pan Am even though none of you guys actually Owns 1, that I Know of
Cole just sold his 🤣
What Bassani Xhaust is that? Part number would greatly help. Keep it up your guys 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Not sure of the part number but Bassani Road Rage Mid Length in Chrome!
Good advice on the gaskets and retainer rings. Love your vlogs.
Glad you enjoyed!
Did y’all ever tune it? If so, which tuner did you use
Juan guiding you on to a bike lift is gold!
That is Bitchin
Sounds way better..but she definitely needs a cam. Love the m8 but they need a cam to have that Harley sounds we all love.
Love the look and sound of a mid length especially the bassani road rage 3 mid lengths but on a bagger where it stops under the bag and if your wearing a full face it will echo the exhaust off the pavement and saddle bag right into your helmet lol and it gets rough after riding for a while lol
Nice vid. But. Gasp! No new exhaust gaskets??? 👀
Keeping up with this, getting a ’24 soon and wanna do some similar things. I see a new cam cover peeking out at me. I’ve asked several dealers is that a new style cam position pickup, none seem to know.
Thanks for the video!
Great job!
Looks and sounds good!
Great video and great exhaust choice. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
Thanks!
have this same exhaust on my '06 Street. My fav
I used the old bolts on the new exhaust and I think I might have forced the issue. The bolts secured the exhaust so I hope it's ok
Bassani ! POWER YOU CAN FEEL
Nice video keep up the good work Thrashin
Thanks, will do!
Is the engine management light staying on or can you clear the codes
I installed a new Sharkroad system and didn't tighten down the O2 sensors, they are not tight. ? Can I tighten them without undoing what I ve done???
Good job guys! I want to put a Bassani on my Dyna eventually.
Do it!
@@THRASHIN I have got to put Legends in the front and back first!
Sounds badass, love my 2 into 1
I'm wondering if the exhaust sits lower than stock, resulting in lower ground clearance and lean angle.
It sits around the same height, maybe a little higher and has plenty of clearance!
Bike is looking great. I have the Bassani mid super bike pipe on my 24 Road Glide. It sounds like it has a little deeper tone then yours. What's up with that timer cover? How come no shout out to Daryl Bassani who recently passed away? Great videos by the way.

Is it OK to over tighten after muffler is on😅
Great video and well explained process!
Glad you liked it!
What bag is that on the risers? I just installed that same bar set up and want a bag that fits between the tank and bars.
Is the basanni part number 1F72C?
Hit up Basanni to see what part number you'll need!
@@THRASHIN I confirmed the part number thank you! I bought a 24’ Road Glide this summer. I’ll be ordering some Thrashin gear/parts soon!
You guys need to invest on vim tools ,the bit sets. Good for aftermarket part installs.
Looks and sounds great brah, but will you ride all the way to Sturgis with no earplugs and a ½ helmet? 🤔😆 shaka! 🤙
Header tape looks good on them to I did my 2020 low rider s in header tape an it matches my stock wheels afyer heat cycle same header tape I used on my BBK headers on my coyote
Damn black bikes usually aren't my first choice, but this thing is really looking clean!
Agreed!
Looks and sounds so much better!
We agree!
Did you guys tune it after the new exhaust?
We have not tuned it yet but we plan to once we put the bike back together!
What tune are you going with?
Love 2 videos in one week 🤘🏻
More to come!
Sounds great 👍
Sounds amazing
Does Harley have a Screaming Eagle Tuner for it? That’s what I was told. Looking to do a bassani on my 24 road glide
We heard the same but need to look into it more! We'll let you guys know once we dial in what the setup will be!
@@THRASHIN any update on the SE tuning option? I'm putting a 2-1 on my 24' and trying to figure it out.
Ok so onky three guys lmao i want to see a video of juan soing somthing bye his self then it be cool to see cole show us that hour 33 min bar install solo lmao love u guys man i never seen those boards i love them do u have in contrast cut if so i need a set
Good look n pipe
So have you guys overcome the no start issues I saw lance had it on that demo bike
We have never had that issue on our bike!
Get that chrome Feuling BA Air Clener on that puppy
2:47 not sure if your saying it’s in SPORT mode
Can you guys give us feedback on if the pipe is getting the bag hot? Being soooo short I didn’t know if it gets hot under there, even with the kick out. Thanks 0:07
We haven't noticed anything yet! The kick out does a good job at keeping the exhaust moving away from the bag!
it sounded really good
I didn’t see you replace the gaskets.
I'm pretty sure you can use the screamin eagle tuner on those.
Thanks for the tip! We'll check it out!
no tune on this bike will be ok?
We will eventually do a tune once more options are available! Running no tune will be fine for the time being and won't damage the bike at all!
@@THRASHIN thank you so much for your answer. I am so confused. i’m gonna put my new exhaust on my 24 Cvo st . I just worry about will be make damage for my bike.
What bassani model is that I can’t find it for the 2024 model I want it for mine
Much much better !
Now just make one in the scorched chrome finish and I'll put it on my copperhead cvo
Awesome, Can't wait!
Patiently waiting for Thrashin to make an exhaust for M8 touring 👀
That would be cool!
Now you need a new mapping, at the latest with the new air filter. And I hope that no exhaust fumes get into the case. It would be stupid if your clothes smelled of exhaust fumes. But it looks very good!!!
Yep! We got a ton more to do to this bike in the coming weeks!
I'm still trying to figure out what one exactly fits the 24 street and road glides
Are the baffles removable?
Donate to the me foundation lol. I need some thrashin parts on my 22 road glide Lance. Nice to see Cole with the crew. Was always my favorite supercross rider.
That bike sounds much better.
Yeah it does!
Sounds great boys !!! 💪🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺😁 Now get ready for the NFL Draft !
Sounds and looks a million times better. By the way , the channel cycle fanatics, said he's going to copy everything you have done to that bike on his same 2024 ride, even mentioned your name, make him pay for the parts 😂.
Stoked! He's gonna love the set up!
Why didn’t you choose to run a thrashin exhaust? Anti reversion?
Our system doesn’t fit a bagger
Why did you guys switch to a chrome pipe on a blacked out bike?
We like it. Contrast looks good
Link for the exhaust??
What size riser and which bend bars are on that bike?
9.5 Pull Back Riser and we have the FLH Mid Bend Bars on it!
