thanks for the feedback. for myself, removing the clip from the top of the air spring the first go around was the worst of the process. Please let me know if you have any questions and best of luck when you change your air spring.
Thank you for the recommendation. Yes, I did replace the rear brake discs, brake pads, and sensors. I also replaced the parking brake shoes and hardware due to corrosion.
@@lordallenreviews2325 ok thanks I believe I have 3 bolts instead of that clip and then bolts are hard to come off so I might have to take it in.I tired mutiple times
I just ran out to the garage and you are correct you do not have a clip; it looks like two 13mil nuts? holding the top of the air spring in place and an air fitting that will need to be disconnected ...its actually a strut with the shock absorber and air spring built into one.
If I understand. the ignition should be off when replacing the air spring. if the pump is always running you have an air leak, damaged ride height sensor/linkage or wire issue.
Thank you for the feedback, now that I look at the video again it could have been better. I did a video going over just the air spring. Sorry for the lack of camera shots that was just lazy of me. If you follow the verbal explanation you will do just fine. L322 has one bolt, air fitting and clip that needs removal. th-cam.com/video/gMpT4uc1bEY/w-d-xo.html
this was very helpful .... need to replace an air spring on our 2008 HSE .... seems easy enough.

I hope you have replaced those grotty shot rear brake discs ( rotors to you across the pond) coz they are completely inefficient in that state.

See I don’t have a clip on my Range Rover it 3 bolts that I can’t get off on the rear it’s a 2006 Range Rover sport edition
I don't belive the sport shares the same parts as the full-size L322 I will go take a look.
