When you showed that clip of the perfectly organized freezer while you were talking about perfectionism, I had to make myself not go to my freezer and start organizing it! I appreciate your videos. Thank you!!

Hi Rachel, how long did it take you roughly to heal from your EBV chronic fatigue and other related symptoms? I’ve been on MM protocols for about a year now, fully raw and fat free too. Healed about 20+ symptoms but a few remain, such as eye floaters, very rare tinnitus, some facial tingles from cranial nerve inflammation and dandruff which won’t stop! Any idea of a realistic timeline for me to see these last few issues heal?

Hi Jimmy, Amazing what you've done for your health! Healing 20+ symptoms is no small feat, and it's a testament to your dedication and resilience. In response to your question, my journey with EBV chronic fatigue and other symptoms took its own course. Everyone's healing process is so individualistic, and while there might be similarities, there isn't a one-size-fits-all answer. However, relating it to my own experience, it took me about 18 months to heal the major issues I faced, like CFS, hypothyroid, and fibromyalgia. Medical Medium (MM) does mention counting the years since onset in months to estimate recovery time, but it wasn't precisely accurate for me. That said, based on your progress thus far, it's evident that the protocols are having a positive impact.
If you've been on MM's protocols for about a year and have seen significant improvements, it might be worth continuing with the approach and perhaps seeking additional guidance or fine-tuning. Stress, as I've learned with my psoriasis (which flared up after the death of my father recently), plays a considerable role in healing. Focusing on stress management and emotional well-being can indeed have a profound effect.
In any case, continue listening to your body and celebrating your progress. Wishing you the best in your recovery!🌟

@@rachelAO Thank you for the advice and taking the time to reply, I really appreciate it. My condolences for your father passing. The MM community truly are the most compassionate people I’ve met thus far. I will keep going till I’m fully recovered and won’t give up, keep spreading the truth, god bless!
