  • In this video, I want to compare the entire Triumph Tiger 900 lineup, including the Tiger 850. At first glance, there is a significant difference in price between all those models, but I want to compare them feature by feature and see if it makes sense to get either the most affordable or the most expensive one for your needs.

    Join me on the next motorcycle trip in Europe. On that tour, we ride motorcycles in a few Balkan countries and experience local cuisine, culture, and scenic roads.

    I own a 2022 850 sport. I love it and am glad I didn"t go for the GT. I added heated grips and hand guards and that added about $500 to the cost but total price was $12700. Still $1700 under the GT. All the extra modes are pure gimmicks as far as I'm concerned

    I have the Tiger 660, but I'm thinking about jumping to the 900 GT pro, but I've heard some reports about a lot of engine vibrations? Did you feel it too? Did it bother you? Congratulations for your excellent videos👏🏻👏🏻

      That will be a very exciting upgrade for you. Not many vibrations in the average range of RPMs. You start to feel it when riding fast or spinning the engine above 7k.

      I decided on my choice of Tiger Sport when I saw your video earlier this year. I didn't regret it, but I like trying out motorcycles.

    I have to say that the 850 for the most people out there is the best choice but unfortunately in Germany the 850 is not available.

    If you were to choose between gt pro and rally pro which one would you recommend to get when you ride mainly on roads, in the city and longer trips between cities ?

      I’d go with GT Pro. It will have better handling on the road. Rally Pro is for more serious off-road explorations. Because of the 21’ front wheel, you won’t get the same experience on the pavement. You still can do green lines and gravel on GT Pro, by the way. Overall, in a road-focused situation, GT Pro is much better value and better experience, in my opinion.

      I sure like a 21 inch front wheel offroad, and I don't have an issue on road with it

    Do you wish you had purchased the 900GT or GT Pro, for your style of riding and needs?

    • @SergeyVikultsev
      @SergeyVikultsev  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi Julie. Maybe 900GT, but I don’t really feel I need more than that. I might need cruise control on longer trips and ability to install heated seat. I personally won’t go for GT Pro as I prefer manual suspension in terms of reliability.

    why not talke about weight; seat height and comfort; 2 up riding Then why is 850 lighter compared to the sport 660 ?

      I think the best value is the one that has all the features you need with no extra spend.

    I have the same side cases on my 850, do you get any front wobble between 70 and 80 km/h?

    • @SergeyVikultsev
      @SergeyVikultsev  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No wobbling, but Tigers are not that much precise on the front in general. As far as I know that is true for all 850/900s.

    dont care if you have no budget !. want light; tiger gt pro is 220 kg; too heavy like my 750gs thats top heavy and need to have 2 up riding. sport660 was enough power but seat was not like the tiger 850; along with being lighter. 200kg at most like my 500x
