Vegetable country dish made with tomatoes and peppers in the pan

  • Hello friends! Today I'm going to cook a country dish made with tomatoes and peppers. At the end of cooking, I add grated cheese and a few eggs. I don't stir the eggs, I beat them directly on top, on top of the tomatoes and peppers in the pan.
    This dish comes very close to #mishMash. Here, however, instead of roasted peppers, I put raw ones, which I then fry.
    Whatever I call this dish, it doesn't really matter because it's the taste that counts!
    Ingredients:
    10-12 peppers
    about 12-13 tomatoes (ripe and juicy)
    200 g of cheese
    4-5 eggs
    Salt to taste
    Vegetable Oil
    Fresh Parsley
    Let the tomatoes you will use be more ripe and juicy, so that they can release more juice. If you wish, you can add 1 onion and a few cloves of garlic.
    Apart from fresh parsley, I have not used any other seasoning because I want to feel the taste and aroma of the vegetables from which the feast is made! If you decide, you can add black pepper or some other spice!
