  • You can change the products and their quantity according to your taste preferences.
    - Eggs - 5 pcs.
    - Roasted red peppers - 3-4 pcs.
    - Cow cheese - 200 g.
    - Onion - 1 head.
    - Canned tomatoes - 350 g.
    - Salt to taste.
    - Sugar - 3 pinches.
    - Sunflower oil - 7-8 tbsp.
    - Finely chop the onion and fry it in the oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, two or three pinches of sugar to reduce the acidity of the tomatoes and roasted red peppers.
    - Leave covered for 6-7 minutes.
    - We put the eggs without stirring them and the lid of the pan!!! We are waiting for the eggs to be covered on low heat!
    - When we see that the yolk starts to harden, remove the lid, break the eggs and mix gently. This is done so that we have whole pieces of the egg white, and not scrambled eggs.
    - Leave on low heat until the yolk is cooked.
    - One minute before removing from the stove, crumble the cheese. This is done so that the cheese does not melt from the heat and is felt when eating
    After a minute, remove the food, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.

      Всеки има право да приготвя храната така както му харесва. Моят проблем при гръцката салата, която харесвам е сиренето "Фета", което се прави основно от овче мляко. Овчето и козето сирене не са от любимите ми и си я приготвям с краве сирене, като нарушавам така оригиналната рецепта.
