I cannot get along well with someone who: - Actively and knowingly lies to to thousands of people who trust him - Steals artwork from community creators without ever crediting them and even banning them for asking to be credited - Tells people he won't share spoilers, followed by sharing spoilers and ruining things for people - Shares massive spoilers in his titles and thumbnails, not even giving people a chance to not see spoilers
Gamerturk thanks not gonna lie I wasn’t expecting an answer but yes I do agree the titles are a little unnecessary especially one featuring a very certain someone coming back in Unital Ring if that’s even true in the first place
To be frank, the previous owner simply died of old age most certainly. That's what happens when you get to live 200 years. The people you care about die through natural means.
what an arc i cant wait till this final cour comes out dubed despite the issues toonami has thanks to the covid 19 At least this episode made me see alice in a different way puting her the category of a kirigaya family member than a love interest in an imaginary harem establish by fans her relationship with kazuto equal to the black widow and hawkeye relationship from the MCU ima miss Alice
Gotta admit, if all the novel cuts are included WOU would probably still be playing and it might be 25 - 30 episode depending if they do all the details in one episode by one unless they cut the intro and outro sometimes like Attack on Titan.
Just by utilizing OP and ED as regular runtime throughout episodes a bunch of times, most of the cuts in this cour would not have been necessary. Not Episode 22&23 though, they were way too packed to not have any cuts, but stretching them to 3 episodes would have been too long in return.
If you were looking for an example of an anime that skips the OP's and ED's, I'd say Re:Zero is a better example, lol. But yeah, wish they'd gone that route. I love all the SAO OP's and ED's, but they're something I can just load up on TH-cam if I wanna see em. Skipped content is of more value.
#AskGamerturk So besides the previous comment I put on this video I have a question regarding the reading order of SAO: Are SAOP novels crucial to understand SAO Unital Ring arc(so far)? Do I have to read 6 volumes of SAOP LN before starting SAO Unital Ring?
A very interesting observation from purely astronomy perspective. Both Kirito and Asuna's swords are actually the foundation of astronomy. Night sky is how astronomy started, and radiant light is just fancy term for sunlight from any star, which until gravitational wave, was the only method astronomers has to learn about our universe. Which is even more interesting consider the Seven Legions in Accel World are all named after astronomical objects/phenomenon. Furthermore the White Legion's seven dwarves are a direct reference to the Big Dipper, consisted of seven bright stars.
Virtual Research Society TBH I kinda liked Alice and Asuna arguing with each other. That led to some pretty cute or hilarious scenes especially the one cut in the ep.23 you mentioned in this video. Kirito got his cheek pinched lol But thing still puzzles me GT: why the hell would Alice undress herself and then put into the 📦? How would she even be able to put these small bags(or whatever was it) to cover herself? From the book I thought that she was clothed and hugged herself tightly.
Virtual Research Society "All the stories have been told" Zakkaria Tournament: *Am I a joke to you?* #AskGamerTurk 1) Now that season 3 has ended, let's return to that old question: How do you rate season 3 compared to the previous seasons? This can go into more details other than just adaptation. 2) I never got into Accel World, so should I watch season 1 and read the novels? The theories and relations between AW and SAO have made me too curious at this point. 3) If I were to tell you to make an impossible episode, would you do it? To be more specific, that "impossible episode" would be a cooperative Collaboration with Foxen. I'm already dying on the floor as I'm barely typing this out. xD
Sword art online was my first anime, and the second was accel world, I loved both, but unfortunately for AW there weren`t (and still aren't) other seasons after the first one, so 4 months ago I decided to read the novels (right during the covid-19 quarantine), and I can assure you it's totally worth it! the story is fantastic, and a lot of mechanics are explained that also involve sao (like the incarnate system, explained in very details), in summary, go get the novels, they deserve a lot.
Virtual Research Society Still don't know the meaning of this comment yet, is Accel World related to sao somehow, i'm just curious bout people keeps saying it's in the same universe hahaa. Also should i read accel world in neartimes because both progressive and unital ring are in no near future to be adapted. Amazing works as usual, i'ma keep laughing as long as you keep teasing foxen XD. I'm really looking forward to your future content, stay cool!
Why did the anime change the IP Address ? In the Light novel, the message Kirito got was "Climb the white tower , and ye shall reach unto yon world . Cloudtop Garden.Great Kitchen Armory.Morning Star Look out.Holy Spring Staircase Great Hall of Ghostly Light" and if you decipher the message you get the IP Address (IPv4 Address) 80.103.95.150 But the anime changed that to 52.68.96.58 and I was wondering why? So I did some digging to find out what happened to the original IP address and why couldn't the anime get that one. As it turns out 80.103.95.150 IP Address belongs to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Spain named Orange Espagne SA. And that IP address is situated in Barcelona or San Roque (depending on the method you chose to search). Because of that, we got a Message containing more "memorable places" to the story like Traning room #2, Media storage, and Geographical Records. I'm not complaining. That easter egg was awesome. I think my eyes teared up a bit when reading "Our Memories Are right here" line right after I watched the last episode of Alicization. But that kind of does lessen otherwise a perfect moment. Gamerturk what do you think of this?
@@Gamerturk NO No, not about the IP address. I mean the message they changed. In the LN it was composed of memorable places that the story took place like the cloudtop garden, great hall of ghostly lights and the morning star lookout. But What the anime changed it into, doesn't have any meaning in the story. I asked your opinion on that.
I really don't understand the point, even the LN one did not only feature memorable places that Kirito had to asked the floors to Alice to figure out the message. Again, I'm pretty sure it was solely changed because of the IP address they could reserve. If there is no "80" in the IP address, they literally cannot use Cloudtop Garden in the message.
@@Gamerturk I thought Starking used those places in his message because not only Alice but Also Kirito would recognize those places and find out the true meaning of the message.
@@YoSora1313 Star King used locations within the Central Cathedral so they could understand the IP Address Kayaba managed to reserve as a backdoor. The starting point for the riddle is not the locations, it's the address.
Virtual Research Society Great video! And I'm very much thankful for you making the two so as to not get spoiled until I read the books. I really enjoyed this episode even if I would have like an Alice- Selka moment, but I do understand why they didn't give us that. The end of the episode was great both with the music and the poem. I know little Japanese and I still can sing Anima in its entirety, so yah that hit hella hard when they gave us that part. I'm so happy for what this series has given us and since people say the latest books are the best of Reki's writing I supper hyped for the future. But I do still have an #AskGamerturk question: Do you see a possibility that after Progressive the Fairy Dance arc might be rebooted or rewritten? Since it's the one that most people have qualms with, what would you think of Reki if all this time later he were to reboot it?
Virtual Research Lab. “annoying toaster” love it 👌. Not trying to make Alice fans mad because they are entitled to their opinion, but honestly that’s my favorite description of her. Gamerturk is right, the anime did cut out a lot of scenes and monologues to make her...more likable. Unfortunately I couldn’t remove my negative perspective of Alice that I got from the light novels when watching the anime. BUT ALL THAT NEGATIVITY ASIDE...sorry about that. Keep up the great work Gamerturk! Super excited to watch more of your sao content. Especially Progressive content because it might be my favorite sao arc (I’m still debating between Alicization or Progressive). I also can’t wait for you to post a video of the side story that deserved to be animated, First Day.
Not my description, it's Siggy's iirc from the SAO Wikia and r/SAO Discord server. But yeah, Alice was surprisingly an enjoyable character in the anime, solely because they turned down her annoying nature.
Likable!? *No way!* She's equally annoying in both anime and novel. I still don't understand why Kawahara added Alice to SAO without realizing that her appearance would cause a lot of problems. She's easily worst character I've ever seen along with Sugou and Gabriel.
@@baaalkbakiy9547 I dont know what to say if you don't see a massive difference in how the Anime portrays her... It's pretty clear out there. Heck, most of her annoying scenes are literally not in the anime to begin with.
@@Gamerturk Massive difference!? She doesn't respect Asuna and Kirisuna relationship. She should've kissed Asuna's shoes for saving her beloved uncle and then obediently fly away to World End Altar.
Virtual Research Society Nice Explained video. I want to ask though when Kirito Log in to Underworld again does he uses the same account or he is using a new account cuz i don't know if STL could save the account or not?
19:33 I know it was a joke jab but I was curious on if foxes are colour blind and essentially they're red-green colour blind. The links give more context & explain it better sources animalquestions.org/mammals/foxes/are-foxes-color-blind/ www.wildlifeonline.me.uk/questions/answer/are-foxes-colour-blind
Ahahah, trust me, deep down, I was actually hoping someone would search for it. Sad that it was just red-green since that makes no difference in this case... Would have been awfully fitting if it was something like blue-red :P
#VirtualResearchSociety My plan with the end of Alicization is to finish reading Moon Cradle, wait for the english dub version of the anime and read the progressive light novels to prepare for when the anime. Get ready for the return to Aincrad, until then, Stay Cool everybody!
Inter Intelligence War did not even come up in the 4th Unital Ring volume so far, so I am not sure what you are expecting from the completely random date of "2021, June 13th".
Virtual Research Society. Not much more to talk about excelent video, the only 2 things i not like in ep its the Asuna x Alice cut scene and in the last battle, yeah i know its not long and "climatic" in the novel but the director dont struggled to improve the fight like a small thing of Kirito screaming "release recolection" he only say with no one emotion hahahah minor details i miss. And thanks again for explain about the """""""""""" alice love kirito"""""""""" feature, you dont know how much people i see everytime in fb/twitter claiming this hahaha Stay cool !
Maybe I should eventually get to those Progressive Explained videos for the movies. In the meanwhile, did you check the Unleash Blading Opening Explained?
In every single video since the acceleration occurred, I have been pointing people out to the Moon Cradle Light Novels, explicitly stating it takes place during the accelerated phase...
I have ONE big question after finishing the last episode: I don't get the thing with Star King and IRL Kirito. They said something about copying Kirito's Fluctlight, so how did this work? Kirito and Asuna (or better said their Fluctlights) lived about 200 years in Underworld. Then IRL they woke up Kirito's body and later on Kirito told something about a conversation with Asuna where they talked about what will happen if one of their Fluctlights gets copied but the other one's doen't. And that's where I got confused: Kirito's Fluctlight is copied, right? So are there two Kiritos now? The one is his original Fluctlight that lived 200 years and is now known as Star Lord in Underworld, and the other one is his copied Fluctlight living in his IRL body? And what is with Asuna? Did they copy her Fluctlight too? What happen to her? I feel very unclarified about that... I hope someone can help me understand that!
The IRL kirito has his normal fluctlight with the memory of the 200 years erased but before they erased it those memories were copied which is the resulting version of kirito in star king
I like the way Alice was adapted throughout this anime season. I haven’t read the LN, but hearing that she and Asuna share a bit of animosity towards each other and seeing that was not portrayed in the anime itself was a smart decision by the producers imo since this would’ve caused some controversy and misunderstandings with the SAO series.
They show this in the new game i know its a separate universe but their nagging each other is funny. Kirito on the sidelines "why does this keep happening to me?" Lol
Virtual research society. #Askgamerturk Could you please explain all the details of the the night sky blade and blue rose swords attack and skills because each episode there is a unique move so I am bit confused. Could you please explain all the details on both blades including enhance armament memory recollection and special moves with incarnation please gamerturk😶
That wasn't really anything different. Abilities are simple. BRS can freeze and then drain the energy of those drained. NSS can suck up energy and unleash it.
@@Gamerturk thanks gamerturk. #Askgamerturk And one question why is little Alice different from knight Alice. How are they different and how did little Alice die in the first place. Both are same entities right. Is little Alice her memory and when she died does it refer to it. If that is so why was she able to use incarnation to revive that memory to Ronnie and tiesa. I have had this doubt for a long time 🤔🤔🤔
I would have assumed that since the planet is moving around, your logging would stay constant, therefore, they are at the world end alter, but X years ago. Tho why Alice was still there is the question
@@Gamerturk Not like that, it why Teleportation would be impossible in the real world. When you teleport, you need to make sure you account for the planets movement., Otherwise you will be thrown into deep space. Maybe there spawn point was those Axis but because the planet was moving also, cause they to spawn outside.
I am a little bit disappointed by this episode. I was expecting some scenes and sweet moments between Kirito and Asuna since we saw them together only in a few scenes during all Alicization and WoU. Instead we get a bunch of misleading scenes of Kirito and Alice like all the hugs, the cliche of falling on each other with Alice whispering in Kirito’s ear, Alice calling Kirito’s father “otou-sama” or when she wakes up Kirito with only her shirt on. I understand the feelings between Asuna and Kirito and i know that what Alice feels towards Kirito it’s not romantic love but episodes like this, in my opinion, are the reason why people think of SAO as an harem anime, when it’s totally not the case. But upon all these scenes there is one that i really hated that is part of my question. #AskGamerturk. In the scene when Kirito receive the ip address and he asks Alice if he can bring Asuna with them, Alice seems to be very annoyed about that. In the anime we haven’t seen, besides a few scenes with Sinon and Asuna, Alice interact with the group so my questions are: 1). Does Alice has not yet accepted the fact that Kirito and Asuna are a couple, unlike the other girls like Sugu, Liz or Sinon (since she is the one that for me has the most similar feelings towards Kirito)? 2). Will this kind of scenes continue in UR, or there are scenes in UR (or maybe that have been skipped in the anime) that provides some character development with Alice understanding or accepting their relationship and their love? The fact is that all the other friends never felt annoyed when Kirito and Asuna are shown together, and the process of understanding their relationship is very natural for them. Instead the fact that Alice is never seen with the group, in the anime, makes her reactions like in this scene very annoying, for me at least.
Well I mean considering the fact Alice doesn’t love kirito romantically she doesn’t care, also why add Sinon when she also never liked kirito like that? In UR KiriAsu act all lovely dovey in front of Alice and she doesn’t care one bit happy to report 😂
Reem Jenaideb I talk about Sinon because, for me, she and Alice shares the same kind of feelings for Kirito. It’s not love but more like deep gratitude and respect for the person who saved and changed their lifes. Nevertheless Sinon has never seen annoyed towards the relationship between Kirito and Asuna, unlike Alice in that scene. In my opinion this is because after the events of GGO the anime immediately showed Sinon with all the other guys as part of the group, insted with Alice, the anime showed only her interactions with Kirito and so her reaction made me think that she has not fully accepted the fact that Kirito and Asuna are together. Besides that thanks for the answer.
Folder 56 you’re right Alice & Sinon share similar feelings. The reason Alice was “ticked” was because she feels inferior to Asuna due to her beauty and commanding presence it shatters her ego, nothing to do with kirito lol No problem 😄
@@rere9991 ok but that's how the light novels displayed her character. In the anime all her inner monologues about Asuna were not adapted so a reaction like that made me a little bit mad ahahahaha. By the way, in UR does she still has this kind of feelings towards Asuna or she becomes friend with all the member of the "group" (not only Asuna but also Sinon, Klein etc.) and acts normally like the others when she sees Kirito and Asuna together?
Folder 56 yea I give you that wish they added a bit more inner monologues but her conversation with kirito confirms on it’s own her feelings are not romantic. Well in UR she’s 100x better she’s not prissy is close to Asuna and the group and doesn’t care when KiriAsu are being lovely dovey in front of her 😄
Virtual research society Congratulations on finishing the Alicization EXPLAINED series. #AskGamerturk 1. I still don't understand how the Seed created that much land. I know you said something like the Seed is more than capable of creating additional land if the need arises (Don't quote me on that. I don't remember completely). Now I get the fact that the seed being capable of creating more land randomly (like the random maps that are generated by the system in some games today). But that didn't happen in this situation. Creating 2 different worlds and space monsters like the abyssal horror, It's too specific to be generated randomly. Remember the Underworld is now running even without a Cardinal System (which serves as the primary driving and management force of the virtual world). Then there is the hardware limitation to mention. The Underworld server and the main visualizer were meant to simulate a relatively minuscule amount of land. So the Seed created 2 whole different worlds (Admina and Cardina) and a Sun (Solus) which are 3 astronomical bodies and if you take them all together it's basically a solar system and not only that it created outer space which spreads to god knows how far. So my question is how did the Seed create this much (even without the help of the cardinal system) additional resources, land, and well a whole solar system? and even if the Seed can create such a thing, how can the Underworld servers and the main visualizer which were designed to simulate such a small area handle the new sheer size of Simulation? 2. The Insignia of the Starking shown in this episode is different than the one shown in Accel World right? Why is that I wonder? 3. Would you recommend reding the Accel World Light Novel series? ( I did watch a couple of episodes of the anime but didn't like the series that much and dropped it. I don't know why but it didn't feel the one for me. But because of the SAO stuff that is going on, I'm thinking of giving the LN a chance. Would you recommend reading the LN of AW? and did you personally read it and what did you think? ) 4. In your opinion Why does Reki still deny the fact that SAO and AW take place in the same universe?
In my opinion Alice's actions are quite misunderstood. First of all, in a short period of time, she was told that the world she lived in was a simulation and that she had to move to the "real world", having to leave everything behind. The only person that was by her side this whole time was Kirito, and considerig she took care of potato Kirito, I think is natural that she developed feelings towards him. Also, Alice has recently met Asuna, so i guess she's still going trough the process of accepting their relationship and dealing with all the issues of her condition as an AI in a brand new world. Not to mention that Alice is a way more interesting character than Asuna LOL
I mean, how much can you misunderstand a character who is very explicit about things and goes "Asuna is too beautiful, so much so that people around truly believe her being a goddess while I lack a lot of feminine qualities myself and thus am jealous of her" inner monologue sequence that lasts multiple paragraphs 🙄 Her beef with Asuna in War of Underworld is simply one of jealousy and nothing more.
@@Gamerturk Oh that's true, totally forgot that the light novel had these monologues. However, since the anime cut the majority of them, I still tend to be a bit more understanding about the whole Alice's situation and kinda "forgive" her jealousness. My point is that lately she has been receiving a lot of hate, so I wanted to remind people the struggles of being who Alice is.
#AskGamerturk 12:12 So it means that Kayaba and Star King already made contact ? I thought Higa and Star King would have their "little chapter" on how they could find Kayaba in Unital Ring, it could have been interesting.
Of course. To reach Ocean Turtle again, both hold a piece of the puzzle. The connection is Kayaba's, the knowledge of the Central Cathedral locations is all Star King.
#askgamerturk Maybe Spoiler i d k Quick mayberetarded question , if the "tease for unitel Ring " has definitly nothing to Do with Sao progressive, iam confused why kirito has his "SAO look" and the elucidator and the "dragonpoopsword" ? (sry forgot the name and can only remember the abridged Name lul) does that mean he gets them in unital ring somehow? Thank you very much
Because that is the iconic look of Kirito that everybody knows. And it is the next chapter in Kirito's story. That outfit does not have anything to do with Progressive and won't have anything to do with progressive for at least a couple more decades.
I’m worndering, does Kirito get power irl because so many people saying that, I understand his soul merge with in game character but that’s only in virtual not reality so I’m fonfused
#AskGamerturk . . . . . . . . I thought the Blue Rose Sword was already been retrieved by Tiese’s family in UR? Why did they just automatically spawn in Kirito’s hands?
"...it will take 70 years at best for Progressive to reach this attire of Kirito." Why does reality need to hurt this much... Virtual Research Society by the way !
Why didn't you give the name of the planets in the novel? I've read the novels so I know both planet names and can pretty much assume why the show didn't do it, but is it a spoiler for Unital Ring ? #askgamerturk
It's not a Unital Ring spoiler, it's just that the names are more "trivia" and not really relevant to the topics at hand for the purposes of this video.
Gamerturk understandable, I was surprised to see the planet named Star World instead of its actual name, but I guess we did learn that information from internal monologue exposition in the LN so it's ok lol
#AskGamerturk How do you think Progressive will be adapted comparing to Alicization? Since it has a way slower pace and monologues plays a big part in this part
My honest expectation is that Progressive will be butchered because it is all about the worldbuilding, inner monologues and relationships of characters, rather than action scenes.
#askgamerturk ~ I still confused.. what is Prof Sigemura's (from Ordinal Scale) job in alicization project..? at the end of the movie, Kikuoka led him to a lab with Kiku in it.. and at first few episode of Alicization Kikuoka said there are three main people from the project.. if I remember corectly you explained he helps project with developing topdown type AI and developing Bottomup one too... Kiku, Rinko, and Kikuoka said one of them can't show up yet.. and Asuna said she will tell them . . Is that really refer to Sigemura or not? ~ I don't know if this count as spoiler or not but I will put it anyway SPOILER ~ Is Alice kinda same as other real world type? I mean when real world people die in underworld they just can log back in with using another account. But how about Alice now? Is she like that or not?
#AskGamerturk More of an opinionated question (a bit spoilery as well): Do you have any hopes/expectations for the future of Unital Ring? Is there anything from the future novels you want/are expecting to see. Given the rumored length of Unital Ring, I expect something big to happen within the next 1-2 novels.
Virtual Research Society Now I wonder how bad the Foxen clip is :P I think they may focus on a different audience group. So that's why. P.S. I see in the anime Alice act like she completely see and hear Yui because her eyes can focus on Yui at the exact position as Kirito see her via Augma. P.S.2 I hope Yui can have a body in real world somedays so she can go out with Kirito and Asuna :'( But since she considered as lower rank than Alice AI so they might won't give body to her. Poor Yui.
He is trying to be an entertainer, yeah. But different focus group does not work as an excuse when you knowingly start lying to people. That makes you a dickhead.
Virtual Research Society Not a question about the episode but one I feel I personally need to ask because you said the Progressive manga isn’t source material like the light novels. Is the manga at least close to the content of the light novels, or should I just ignore the content of the manga, read it for what it is, and ONLY go off of the LNs of Progressive?
Ignore the manga. It is pretty much a parody as it makes scenes more comedic or outright changes scenes. If you want the actual story of Progressive, it's better to read the light novels.
1. Why Kirito on his SAO avatar robe upon login, despite on flashback on previous EP he's on his Uniform 2. Why The F we never see ALO Scene :""""""""( #AskGamerTurk
Virtual research society. thoughts on whether Accell World and Sword Art Online are separate universes or not. Reki has gone back and forth so I'm curious what you think.
I strongly believe they are the same universe. However, as it still has not been officially confirmed, I have to state that they are still not connected.
#AskGamerturk Spoiler question (down below): When I read the plot of Unital Ring, I notice the quote that left me wonder. After all VR worlds have been merged into one survival-based world, the message come out and said “first player will have everything”. Is that mean someone would gain control of network system or something like that? This totally reminds of the similar plot from “Ready Player One”
Virtual research society Alicization is over now. It’s been a ride watching you explain videos every episode and insults towards foxens every video. Can’t for progressive explained
I heard Alice sacrificed herself at end of WN I really hope that's true. All her actions and scenes annoys me completely. Why did they cut out a bunch of Kirisuna scenes when they could have cut out all scenes with Alice completely? Where's Kirisuna kiss scene? Kawahara himself said SAO is story of only Asuna and Kirito! Then where's their long-awaited kiss?
Because she's unsociable and can't talk to people properly > i.imgur.com/7Du6Tr4.png Alice didn't talk to anyone after Synthesis(except for Bercouli and Eldrie) and didn't have any friends. She's almost like Scheta, except Scheta avoided people for their safety while Alice just liked being lonesome(she was often alone in Great Bath and learned to swim there. Those who say that Alice tsundere or a typical tsundere is fundamentally wrong she's rather kuudere, although not even an archetype at all) she probably would've stayed under her tree all her life if Kirito hadn't intervened.
Even though Alice was good as a character in development, I don't like her as a person! She acts so conceited and is disrespectful towards Asuna, who always tries to treat her nicely...
My problem with Alice is that she starts with a good premise, and then degenerate into a cringe attitude. Her "knightly pride" doesn't justify her in trying to belittle Fanatio or Asuna. Her inferiority complex, given that she realizes that Asuna is more beautiful than she is and has a sweeter personality, should make her work on herself instead of seeing everything as a pissing contest. And unfortunately, in the last part, when she gets annoyed that Kirito wants to take Asuna with them, his girlfriend, is too cringe in my eyes. I still like her, but I can't really understand when people (mostly her fans) call her as the "most developed character in the series" when Eugeo, Sinon, Kirito and Asuna exist. With Progressive, Alice won't even be able to compare with Asuna in terms of character development or depth, tbh.
@@eliayase9368 Oh I totally agree with you! I think that Alice had some development in terms of coping with her past and the war, but that's it. Kirito, Asuna and Eugeo are far more developed and likable characters than she is!
@@anajuliakury4641Thanks I do sort of disagree but also agree I do think Alice has more depth the Kirito and kinda Asuna but Kirito is more developed while Alice never got to resolve her identity crisis because Eugeo got killed of for the most illogical reason and took her memories with him something Alice herself choose to get back
Virtual Research Society I really don't know how the sly foxes can misunderstood so many point from the novels - i mean, i'm not even a native speaker, and i understand most of it just fine (but at some point, i understand something different than it actually was, and i was glad you covered it up :D)
Because he doesn't read the books. He just lies about knowing what he's talking about and then just pulls stuff out of his ass when he can't find a very detailed answer on the SAO Wikia.

Gamerturk is Foxen ur longlost half-brother?
Gamerturk why do you have beef with foxen I thought you guys would get along
I cannot get along well with someone who:
- Actively and knowingly lies to to thousands of people who trust him
- Steals artwork from community creators without ever crediting them and even banning them for asking to be credited
- Tells people he won't share spoilers, followed by sharing spoilers and ruining things for people
- Shares massive spoilers in his titles and thumbnails, not even giving people a chance to not see spoilers
Gamerturk thanks not gonna lie I wasn’t expecting an answer but yes I do agree the titles are a little unnecessary especially one featuring a very certain someone coming back in Unital Ring if that’s even true in the first place

Accel World is already creeping in 👀

TBH I kinda liked Alice and Asuna arguing with each other. That led to some pretty cute or hilarious scenes especially the one cut in the ep.23 you mentioned in this video. Kirito got his cheek pinched lol
But thing still puzzles me GT: why the hell would Alice undress herself and then put into the 📦? How would she even be able to put these small bags(or whatever was it) to cover herself? From the book I thought that she was clothed and hugged herself tightly.

1) Now that season 3 has ended, let's return to that old question: How do you rate season 3 compared to the previous seasons? This can go into more details other than just adaptation.
2) I never got into Accel World, so should I watch season 1 and read the novels? The theories and relations between AW and SAO have made me too curious at this point.
3) If I were to tell you to make an impossible episode, would you do it? To be more specific, that "impossible episode" would be a cooperative Collaboration with Foxen. I'm already dying on the floor as I'm barely typing this out. xD
Sword art online was my first anime, and the second was accel world, I loved both, but unfortunately for AW there weren`t (and still aren't) other seasons after the first one, so 4 months ago I decided to read the novels (right during the covid-19 quarantine), and I can assure you it's totally worth it! the story is fantastic, and a lot of mechanics are explained that also involve sao (like the incarnate system, explained in very details), in summary, go get the novels, they deserve a lot.

what do we need to do if we want to ask questions again
Why did the anime change the IP Address ?
In the Light novel, the message Kirito got was
"Climb the white tower , and ye shall reach unto yon world .
Cloudtop Garden.Great Kitchen Armory.Morning Star Look out.Holy Spring Staircase Great Hall of Ghostly Light"
and if you decipher the message you get the IP Address (IPv4 Address) 80.103.95.150
But the anime changed that to 52.68.96.58 and I was wondering why?
I literally talked about it in the video man... Securing these IPv4 addresses is not really an easy task.

Great video! And I'm very much thankful for you making the two so as to not get spoiled until I read the books.

We only saw a catfight in WoU ep 10 but this time, it was thankfully cut out even I don’t like the scene where jealousy stirred up in the novel
Likable!? *No way!*
She's equally annoying in both anime and novel.

That was only a rumor. A1 never confirmed that.
In the dub version, it’s possible that two last episodes may premiere at the same day which would be one-hour finale
@@fangi6885 I doubt it.
I have ONE big question after finishing the last episode:
I don't get the thing with Star King and IRL Kirito.
@@birdieb0y25 so theoretically there exist two Kirito's right now, the IRL Kirito and Star King?
I like the way Alice was adapted throughout this anime season. I haven’t read the LN, but hearing that she and Asuna share a bit of animosity towards each other and seeing that was not portrayed in the anime itself was a smart decision by the producers imo since this would’ve caused some controversy and misunderstandings with the SAO series.
They show this in the new game i know its a separate universe but their nagging each other is funny. Kirito on the sidelines "why does this keep happening to me?" Lol
The smack talk is real XD

Could you please explain all the details on both blades including enhance armament memory recollection and special moves with incarnation please gamerturk😶
That wasn't really anything different. Abilities are simple. BRS can freeze and then drain the energy of those drained. NSS can suck up energy and unleash it.

And one question why is little Alice different from knight Alice.
Nope, the respawns are certainly not indexed to the center of the universe, whereever that would be.
In the anime we haven’t seen, besides a few scenes with Sinon and Asuna, Alice interact with the group so my questions are:
The reason Alice was “ticked” was because she feels inferior to Asuna due to her beauty and commanding presence it shatters her ego, nothing to do with kirito lol
No problem 😄

Would you recommend reading the LN of AW? and did you personally read it and what did you think? )
4. In your opinion Why does Reki still deny the fact that SAO and AW take place in the same universe?
Visual Research Society
made it this far, sticking it all the way to the end.
I mean, how much can you misunderstand a character who is very explicit about things and goes "Asuna is too beautiful, so much so that people around truly believe her being a goddess while I lack a lot of feminine qualities myself and thus am jealous of her" inner monologue sequence that lasts multiple paragraphs 🙄
Her beef with Asuna in War of Underworld is simply one of jealousy and nothing more.

How do you think Progressive will be adapted comparing to Alicization? Since it has a way slower pace and monologues plays a big part in this part
My honest expectation is that Progressive will be butchered because it is all about the worldbuilding, inner monologues and relationships of characters, rather than action scenes.

at the end of the movie, Kikuoka led him to a lab with Kiku in it.. and at first few episode of Alicization Kikuoka said there are three main people from the project.. if I remember corectly you explained he helps project with developing topdown type AI and developing Bottomup one too... Kiku, Rinko, and Kikuoka said one of them can't show up yet.. and Asuna said she will tell them . . Is that really refer to Sigemura or not?
~ I don't know if this count as spoiler or not but I will put it anyway
SPOILER
~ Is Alice kinda same as other real world type? I mean when real world people die in underworld they just can log back in with using another account. But how about Alice now? Is she like that or not?
I want to know too

More of an opinionated question (a bit spoilery as well):
Do you have any hopes/expectations for the future of Unital Ring? Is there anything from the future novels you want/are expecting to see. Given the rumored length of Unital Ring, I expect something big to happen within the next 1-2 novels.
hey GT, should i unsubscribe foxen, since u said his content is fake and al...
Do whatever you want with the information that he regularly lies to his audience.
Virtual Research Society
Now I wonder how bad the Foxen clip is :P
I think they may focus on a different audience group.
I would love to see more youtube videos covering Accel World LN to be honest. Any chance of that happening with yours #AskGamerTurk

Not a question about the episode but one I feel I personally need to ask because you said the Progressive manga isn’t source material like the light novels.
Frank Grizzaffi gotcha. I only asked because prefer manga and comics because I like have the visual
Thanks
@@jangofett23 You're welcome. I hear the Progressive light novels are really good. I think you'll enjoy them.
Frank Grizzaffi I intend to get them eventually
@@jangofett23 Me too. I have the Alicization light novels and I preferred them over the anime. I plan to get the rest of them eventually.
Damn gamerturk you burning foxen anime 😂🤣

#Ask Gamerturk how did Kazuto’s dad know that kazuto was the Black Swordsman?
#Ask Gamerturk Did Jonny Black get apprehended?
Kazuto’s dad have might read the SAO book which was Kazuto’s first thought but I think it was cut out in the anime during their dialogue.
The book was the premise of Ordinal Scale.
1. Why Kirito on his SAO avatar robe upon login, despite on flashback on previous EP he's on his Uniform
2. Why The F we never see ALO Scene :""""""""(

Virtual research society. thoughts on whether Accell World and Sword Art Online are separate universes or not. Reki has gone back and forth so I'm curious what you think.
I strongly believe they are the same universe. However, as it still has not been officially confirmed, I have to state that they are still not connected.
Gamerturk me too, normally when writer want to make different story from different universe they try to not make any connection whatsoever
Virtuel research society.
Now I am curious how bad the videos of foxen are.

Spoiler question (down below):
When I read the plot of Unital Ring, I notice the quote that left me wonder. After all VR worlds have been merged into one survival-based world, the message come out and said “first player will have everything”. Is that mean someone would gain control of network system or something like that?
This totally reminds of the similar plot from “Ready Player One”
We simply do not know anything yet. But doesn't the premise sound similar to Brain Burst from Accel World 😏
Biliyorum İngilizce yazmayınca kızıyorsun ama sorayım dedim. Yani bundan sonraki sezon Unital Ring mi olacak?
İngilizce yazmayınca kızıyor mu 😳

Alicization is over now. It’s been a ride watching you explain videos every episode and insults towards foxens every video. Can’t for progressive explained
Hi
I heard Alice sacrificed herself at end of WN I really hope that's true. All her actions and scenes annoys me completely. Why did they cut out a bunch of Kirisuna scenes when they could have cut out all scenes with Alice completely?
Where's Kirisuna kiss scene?
Kawahara himself said SAO is story of only Asuna and Kirito!
Then where's their long-awaited kiss?
Baaalk Bakiy I don’t think that part will carry over to the LN and if you mean the alicization WN, well that’s definitely not happening.

Why did Alice call Kirito’s adopted father, Kirigaya Minetaka, “father?” Even Suguha is surprised.
She's just blunt. As you can see, only Suguha was surprised too. The dad was perfectly understanding of the situation, even to Kirito's surprise.
Because she's unsociable and can't talk to people properly > i.imgur.com/7Du6Tr4.png
Alice didn't talk to anyone after Synthesis(except for Bercouli and Eldrie) and didn't have any friends.
@@anajuliakury4641Wow you actually said Kirito is more developed Alice must be bad in the novels lol
@@craigpeoples9883 Well, that's only my opinion, but if you disagree feel free to do so. We all have different views

I really don't know how the sly foxes can misunderstood so many point from the novels - i mean, i'm not even a native speaker, and i understand most of it just fine (but at some point, i understand something different than it actually was, and i was glad you covered it up :D)
Because he doesn't read the books. He just lies about knowing what he's talking about and then just pulls stuff out of his ass when he can't find a very detailed answer on the SAO Wikia.
