      Use organic supports, they come off even easier every time and they use less filiment and take less time.

      nah nigga calibrate your damn settings also layer height and nozzle size changes it moslty. okay for nominal not over-extrusion use z gap height 0.2-0.35, xy separation 0.9 or %80 also use interfacing supporting nearly 3 layer enough

      @@TDPEquinox I use tree supports which I think is the same as organic supports and they work okay most of the time.

    The support removal was really clean ….. you should totally do a video on tuning supports …. All About z gaps types of support interface and density etc. Why do people claim z gap has to me a multiple of z height yet there is a difference in support removal even when you don’t use a Z height multiple

    I have one Bambu P1s and one FLSun S1, When I need to print complex multi-color models, I fire up my P1S. When I'm printing larger models like helmets, I usually use the S1. I absolutely love them .

    that was a satisfying support removal, may i ask what settings you use for that? mine always stick and scar the print really bad

      i too, i see a lot of lines across the Z, this is the normal quality of bambu´s? i was to buy one + ams, but now i am very disapointed...

      Not the printer but the fillament, silk is not as strong as other fillaments

    What do you do with all of that poop waste? Is it a waste of material or is it worth having multi color prints to waste some material?

      Yeah the bottom line is that multicolour prints on a system like this are very wasteful. It's definitely something that needs to be talked about more, and more ways to mitigate it are possible too like purging to infill

    It would be more helpful to show how to minimize that poop in the first place!
    There should be some settings to cut that poop down to one tenth of that amount.

    why dont people remove the plate from the bed, then the print from the plate? they all want to pull it from the build surface. why put more unneeded stress on the printer....drives me batty

      zero adhesive! Just make sure when printing on a PEI bed that your bed temp is 60C or higher.

      @@3dPrintsAndLeaves I'm wondering how much of a moron you'll think I am when I tell you that mounts for the tools on my printing rack, as well as gridfinity bases are some of the very first things I printed.
      Sometimes the scaffolding looks easier to remove than it is, and I'm too excited to grab clippers.

    In those 9 hours you could spend 30 seconds putting an already made plastic container or cardboard box behind it instead, and then proceed to print multiple prints without the time loss, mechanical wear, and filament cost. Wrong tool for this job IMO. Too many people buying printers and going “what do I print so I can constantly occupy this machine?” Instead of the other way around, a tool for a need or hobby support. One day there’s going to be ironically a fuck load of useless benchy boats in the actual ocean

      ​@@BigfootPrintingI could definitely see this being functional, especially if access to the back of the printer is limited. Also, the actual impact of plastic waste from home 3D printing is likely insignificant vs manufacturing and electronics and single use plastic waste. Not ideal, but the actual impact is likely negligible by comparison.
