    Crafts origin is in the fabric and textile "province" of Sweden. We no longer have that kind of industry, but back in the day it was massive. But Craft has continued that heritage to some extent. I expect all the fabric parts of the shoe to be excellent. Craft clothing is usually top of the line, at least the more expensive stuff.

    Using the Craft CTM Carbon Ultra,, ran a 22:42:20 or 13:37/mile pace this weekend in the hills of SW Kansas in The Prairie Spirit Ultra. Have never concentrated harder during a race. I paced off my watch multiple times every single minute with the goal of sub-24 hours. Went out fast enough to bank extra time; strove for a sub-14.24 minute per mile pace as often as possible; and got in and out of the aid stations quickly. No pacer or crew. It worked. Thanks for your review or I would not have purchased.

    Thank you so much for this expertly informed and comprehensive review of a shoe I have impatiently anticipated for the last two months or so to pop up. I was very much hoping to see such a combination of functional characteristics in such an attractive overall packet. Although this year is a much promising one as regards new shoes' technologies coming intro reality and we are still at the beginning, IMHO this shoe seems already to get a foothold for the 'shoe of the year'...

    Great cinematic intro! As a sub-sub-non-elite, I don’t think I’m ready for this kind of shoe but I would get it for the color way alone maybe - as long as there’s some way to fix that back heel material so it doesn’t cut in; that sounds really unpleasant.

    • @cannibalmanimal2336
      @cannibalmanimal2336 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @suspicionofdeceit so if the opposite is also true, wouldn’t reducing the stack height increase stability since you’re lowering the center of gravity. It’s also interesting since the foam doesn’t really lessen impact anyway, and people tend to rely on it and slam their feet but don’t notice

      Carbon plate has a split between the big toe and the other toes for propulsion off road as well as on road.

      Assuming the dates don’t change, limited release should be soon and wider release to follow next month or so.

      If it were shorter or softer at that one part, it would be better for me. I don’t know if it’s something that would break in over time though
