Project Roamin’ Gladiator Jeep® Build Series, Ep. 1 - Adding an Air Suspension & On-Board Air

Meet our Jeep Gladiator, the hero of a build series we’re affectionately calling the “Roamin’ Gladiator” project. Over the course of a handful of episodes, the Summit Racing tech team is transforming this Jeep truck into a versatile off-road workhorse, capable of hauling you (and all your gear) to wherever your adventure takes you. In this first episode, we begin by installing an airbag suspension system. The folks at AccuAir outdid themselves with a well thought-out kit that allows us to fine-tune the Gladiator’s suspension for the environment and, better yet, gives us an on-board air source-perfect for airing-up our tires after a day on the trails or for powering some modest air tools for any repairs back at basecamp.
