Yes! The folks who designed the layout deserves an award. The entertainment center with the spinning cubby for the tv I saw in Thailand in 2008 at my friends place. Genius! I am about to move into a 500sq ft studio apt and the layout is not ideal 😩 but the buildings gorgeous and the neighborhood is perfect 😍 so I’m searching for design ideas cuz I’m moving in anyway. Thanks for the tour!
I'm actually obsessed with this apartment. They put in so many features that were smart and functional for the small space. That entire build-in was genius, with the spinning TV and a desk! I love it! And your diy living room art and vows? So cute!
WOW! Amazed with how livable you made 300 sq. feet.. Very personal and warm.. I'm looking for a new apt. now..No all I can thgink of is a corner unit..all those widows bringing in natural light and giving the apartment a more open spacious feeling!
Three things I loved most about your place. 1 - The kitchen layout, especially that your laundry is in your apartment! 2 - The built-ins, including the desk... And the incredible two sided TV niche. A big design win. 3 - Big bathroom is awesome. In it there's a space on the wall. Ikea has a floating shelf thingy that might go really well there for towels etc.
I have seen a lot of apartment tour videos in my day but I gotta say I am seriously impressed with this one. You did such a beautiful job styling this place !! I just moved into a studio myself so this gave me loads of inspiration !!
Wow this apartment for 500 Sq Ft looks so big the layout is amazing. Everything has it's own space , I especially like the built in which does double duty as a separation. You did a great job on the décor so it's not cluttered, awesome kitchen too. It has all the luxuries of a big apartment.

The kitchen is so nice you have tons of counter space. A mirror or a clock would look great in between the open shelves. I love the blue and greys in there. You say i love ALOT LOL I DO THAT AS WELL. we know that you love it its in your home! Everything is beautiful and the windows really let the light in and makes the space larger. I am a sunny person as well. Im a new subscriber and I have daughters your age but I just love your space and i want to get ideas from you. THE DRESSER OMG GORGEOUS

First time I have watched you - nice apt. Just an idea for you on the washer & dryer - why not make a 2 panel folding screen to cover washer & dryer because they do show up a lot on the tour. If it were me, I would hate to see them all the time because they remind of “work”. 🤣
What a charming apartment. I absolutely love your desk wall and the innovative tv solution. Although my current home has a larger footprint, I am always interested in seeing alternative solutions for smaller spaces. Thanks for sharing. I am saving this one❤
I like that there is a bedroom really in this small footprint. And it is ice and modern. You are very good at editing ie your wardrobe. I have too much stuff lol. I still personally would like a dining room /table and probably would splurge on a table that expanded ie coffee table into a dining table also it could be used for doing crafts, board games, puzzles even bigger work projects.
