    what a weird coincidence that I’m also going through your exact same situation, I’m also 172cm, was 70kgs Same situation as yours, heck even our scale is the same !! but before my Normal weight was 55kg. I gained extra 15kg within just 2-3 months it made me feel so miserable I felt very depressed. Currently still on the journey right now. I’m 61kg atm :) , I don’t rlly exercise much so it took me around 4-6 months just on calorie deficit because I wasn’t going for anything strict or fast weight lost even tho I was sort of desperate, I realized being patient was the real thing

    I'm back to square one now, with 53 kg. Im so sad(TT)but honestly, I will give my best from now so that I can be proud of myself. And I will also keep updating.

    84에서 69까지 내려왔는데 조금씩 정체기라서 힘이 안나요ㅠㅠㅠ 조금씩 커진 바지를 볼때마다 너무 좋은데,, 진짜 정체기를 볼때마다 힘들어서 포기하고싶을때도 있지만 화이팅 해봅니다!!!

    4:58 공감가서 댓글남겨요...ㅠ 아프면 살빠진다는 사람들이 많은데,, 몸이 안좋아져서 살찐케이스입니다.. ㅠㅠ 회사다니면서 더 안좋아졌다가 최근 크게 아프면서 운동 시작했어요.. 다시 시작했다고 해야하나 여유가 하나도 없다가 강제로라도 운동 시작하니 괜찮은거 같기도 하고 아닌거 같기도 하고 ㅎㅎ -20kg까지 엄청 고생하셨을텐데 뭔가 위로 받고 저도 더 힘내야겠네요!!

    I keep coming back to this video when I feel like giving up. I watched this video in the beginning of my weightloss journey and realised that weightloss doesn't have to look like hard work everyday, but what matters is consistency even when you're stuck. I've lost 11 kgs so far and I still have 14kgs to lose. Even though it is very slow, I'd rather have it slow than no progress at all.

    너무 힘이 되는 영상입니다.
    저도 건강이 안 좋아져서 조금만 먹어도 자꾸 찌기만 해서 너무 스트레스를 받았거든요. 매일매일 인생 최고 몸무게를 갱신하고 있어요.....
    30분 걷기도 힘들고 ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 매일 저녁에 음식이 땡겨서 시켜먹고, 아침에 더부룩해하고, 하루종일 겨우 소화하고 저녁에 또 입 터지고.........
    그런데 영상 보면서 몸무게가 훅훅 빠지지 않아도 꾸준히 하시는 모습을 보고 용기를 얻었습니다!

    배고프지 않으면서 살을 빼는 비결은 계란, 채소 등 단백질이 많은 것을 먹는 것입니다. 좋아하는 음식과 함께 먹으면 좋습니다 ! 대부분의 경우 "건강에 좋다"고 말하지만 실제로는 건강에 좋지 않은 많은 음식(예: 단백질 바) ❤

    My weight is 56 with the same height and I still love handles. This just shows you that everybody is so different, muscles weight more and just looking at the scale is not healthy.

    I could relate to you so much because doctors always ask me to lose weight in order to reverse my PCOD and hypothyroidism and that to put less pressure on ankle I need to lose weight.... But it's like my ankle is weak so I can't exercise I am heavy so I am always hungry it is always a struggle to lose weight... I m trying my best ... Hope so i succeed this time for good

    Hi, just a tip to put out there. You guys are weighing using “kg” measurements so you’re unable to see the daily progress and weightloss. 1kg is 2 pounds if the unit measurements are converted.

      Also working out while losing weight won’t allow you to see the results. Muscle weighs more than fat so although you can physically see a fitter form you won’t see the same results reflecting on the scale.

    알고리즘에 이끌려 보고 있는데 심리상태가 저랑 매우 비슷하군요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
    저도 헬스장은 가기싫고 걷고 싶은데 발목이 안좋아서 못하고 있다가 이제 슬슬 시작하고 있거든요 ,,
    사람사는거 다 비슷하네요 ㅋㅋ

      배고프지 않으면서 살을 빼는 비결은 계란, 채소 등 단백질이 많은 것을 먹는 것입니다. 좋아하는 음식과 함께 먹으면 좋습니다 ! 대부분의 경우 "건강에 좋다"고 말하지만 실제로는 건강에 좋지 않은 많은 음식(예: 단백질 바)

    유산소. 중강도(심박수 130-160) 하는게 감량에 도움이 된다고 해서 160넘도록 하는게 강도 줄이고 있어요. 허. 그러니 일단 관절이 편한거 같아요.
