Western PA Virtual Learning Circles: Increasing Early Intervention Access for Infants and Toddlers

Infant and Toddler Early Intervention (“Part C EI”) provides a range of unique services for babies and young children at risk of developmental delays. These services provide structured support for children 0-3 and their caregivers, to ultimately support long-term healthy development. In Pennsylvania, only 46,000 infants/toddlers currently access Part C EI, likely only a small percentage of children who would qualify for these services.
