what order do the washers go on? I think I put them on wrong.. Is the washer with the rollers suppose to be in between the other two washers? the slack is insane an varies, my knee cant take much more haha!

NickyTBeats I'm not 100% sure to be honest! The freecoaster I had (Primo Freemix) had a set amount of slack and you couldn't change it. This also meant the washers never came off. If you are having problems with the slack being inconsistent I would imagine that it could be an issue with the clutch mechanism. What freecoaster do you have?

To be honest even with that much grease it is still hard to crankflip haha Most freecoasters i've ridden are really hard to crankflip! This will definitely help though :)

Do you still have it? I bought one exactly the same in January and at exactly 6 months started to peel, a friend who knows about freecoasters told me that I had to do maintenance, since then I have done maintenance 3 times because it peels a bit ... my friend I loosened the springs a bit and the thing was made up, but then I had a slightly worn spring, I changed it and put it together ... it lasted two days well and now it is peeling again ... what can that be? Help me

Freecoasters don't have springs. A cassette uses springs under it's pawls to engage.

What type of grease do you use? I have white lithium grease and calcium grease which would be better? Cheers in advance

In not 100% sure what one I have, got it from a bike shop ages ago! White lithium grease would do the job though!

Help. My freemix cousin has a problem. When I punch the lock nut of the driver the driver is locked.

Try unscrewing the driver from the inner clutch! If its not that it could be a seized bearing..

Hey man, my freecoasters axle is somehow seize. I bet it’s the drive side bearing that’s preventing it. Is there a suggestion of to get it out?ive been trying forever with a mallet and I really need help/suggestion. Btw I’m using a colony coaster hub, thanks!
