Nice to see you work on a classic. An that's the cleanest Packard I've seen in awhile

Excellent end result. Car is gorgeous. Have to get my old Daimler in to a shop for work like this. Enjoyed the video.

    Hello! Thanks for the video!
Is there any advantages to paint a car with the oven method? Is it far superior to the method you show in your video?

What sanding grid should you sand before laying down acrylic putty primer on top of a etch primer?..

I thought you said at the beginning you were using a single stage acrylic and then you put clear on it. Did you use a single stage acrylic enamel and was the addition of the clear just to add more depth?

Adventures in Fabrication hey mate I said 1k acrylic opposed to 2k where a hardener is used. This is a 1k clear over base finish.

You are moving way to fast when buffing and polishing, by reducing the movement by 70-80% you will actually save a lot of time this goes for rotary and DA machines, slow movements gives better refinishing. Keep up the good work

KosovarMods thanks as this is 1K acrylic paint it's very soft. There is a huge risk of burning it. Didn't want to take it after all this work.
