Just pulled the boat out today, no pee. Ran some trimmer string into it and sure enough a bunch of dirt and debris was in there. After knocking it free she's peeing like a race horse lol. Great video!
Mate I think you just saved me a $300 trip to the marine mechanic. Gonna keep a length of whipper snippet cord in the toolbox from now on. Thanks from Australia.

Marine mechanic quoted me at $351 after parts and labor for an oil change, gear oil change, and water pump replacement. Did it all myself in my driveway in literally and I mean literally 30 mins never working on a boat engine in my life. Absolutely ridiculous lol. Quoted me at 2 hours of labor too. A rookie who’s never touched one before, does it in 30 mins watching TH-cam videos.
Mines works great but the water is cold coming out and my motor is getting hot on my johnson gt150 vro would that because the thermostat? It goes into limp mode when trying to give it gas in gear right when it planes but at idle no alarm
Pull the thermostats out and start the engine on water muffs. See if you're getting water through coming out the thermostat housings. If you have a water pressure gauge, what is the reading while on the water ? Note: You will usually have a very low water psi. reading on hose muffs.

Would it be that just inside the pee hole is the narrowest point, hence why it seems to generally block there before anyplace else??
Med wasps pack mud mixed with their saliva into that hole.
