Things like this happen every single day. I didnt comment anything on that video because there were already so many comments about it and i didnt want to assume. Its comming from a place of concern from most people.

I have a tattoo that covers the exact same part of my stomach as yours and have both my sides tattooed as well and just had a baby five months ago. Personally all of them went right back to the way they were before my pregnancy.

I loved what you said about that little panick moment when you first see your tattoo in the mirror. I felt exactly like that for my first tattoo, like i had always seen my body a certain way for 25 years and having it modified forever felt reallly weird , like some kind of dysmorphia, like I couldn"t recognize it. But then you get to love your tattoos even more

I got my stomach tattooed (a butterfly) around 9 years ago and since then have had 2 children and my tattoo still looks the same, didn't use any cream or oil or anything while pregnant. Although some people I know have had stretch mark on their tattoo after pregnancy. It does all depend on the person x

My first tattoo was a moth on my sternum (it's not as big) and when you said the reason for getting it, I was amazed at how similar I've explained it as to why I got it as well! Plus some other personal reasons. I love yours so so sooo much your artist did an amazing job

Literally got my first tattoo today on my stomach... decent size panther head. Lowkey was a breeze I was shocked lol. Definitely tickled a bit around the top near sternum and ribs. For those wanting to get their first tattoo and can deal with pain, go for it :)

I have a small horoscope sign on my lower stomach/side hip and years later I got pregnant and even though I did get a few stretch marks and one did end up on the tattoo...ultimately It’s meaningful to me and I got for that reason not just for looks.

I recently got my stomach tattooed. The pain is pretty bad. Once you get some Bactine and take a break its not so bad. I have my sternum tattooed as well and I thought my stomach hurt more overall.

My first tattoo I went in to get a huge dragonfly on my sternum/ribs/stomach and the first session was 4 hours with two 15 min breaks which it was all lined out and shaded except two wings and the sun, it was the most pain I’ve ever felt the second was a breeze because it was only an hour and I’m inlove with the results the pain is worth it 100%

For the people asking for prices. Just say the average is 150$ a hour or whatever the going rate is in your area. It’s rude for people to ask about the exact price of your piece. But when people ask me about my artist I will say his average hourly rate! Beautiful piece! Very detailed and gorgeous!

I can understand the pain. I have my stomach done too. From my sternum, belly button to my pelvis. It was 4 sessions of 6 hours each. My artist asked if I wanted my belly button blacked out and I said sure, let's do it. Don't do it haha it hurts
