My 10 day "Raise Your Vibration" challenge is essentially this. I just don't necessarily mention Brahmacharya - due to silly YT rules about s*x - but this is a major purpose of this practice 🙏

Which time is good for this kriya night or morning?!
This practice can be done at any time with an empty stomach.
It's not too energizing to do at night. But it's also not too relaxing to do during the day.
Will it help create ojas!? 🙂
No. Ojas cannot be created. Only conserved. Anyone who tells you that you can create more Ojas is confused.
It can build more sexual energy which you can then use to be more productive, creative, more charismatic, magnetic, etc. But this is not Ojas.
Hey the advanced tip you've mentioned in description, how do we do?
As you retain the breath you can mentally repeat the Bija Mantra "Vam" 6 times while simultaneously contracting and relaxing the PC muscles 6 times
how many minutes to practice?
You can start with 2-3 min and work your way up to 20min if it feels right for you
Does this kriya and chakra help balance the hormones ? Should I do only this kriya or some other/s too?
Hello Amandeep,
It really depends which hormones you're wanting to balance. For example, this kriya may help to influence testosterone and estrogen production but will have very little effect on cortisol, oxytocin, adrenaline, etc.
I would definitely not consider this a complete practice to maintain your overall health.
I couldn't finish this practice, unfortunately...too much pain at the neck of the feet. Any recommendation?
Yes, use something to support your sitting position. That could mean a block, or a few books, under your bum to lift your hips. A folded towel under your ankles or between your hips and ankles, to take the pressure off. Feel free to experiment and find your comfort zone.
What we try to maintian is the thighs and knees hip distance apart and parallel. So not too open and not closed. In line eith the hips.

Must you bow when doing ventilation breath or can I just breath out through mouth? You bow when you do it
The forward movement assists with the full expiration of the lung. It's not essential, but it is helpful to purge stagnation.

@@tredou481 I don't know if it means anything beyond some nerve sensitivity. But no worries! Alternatively you can inhale through a rolled tongue, as if you are drinking the air through a straw
I have prostate issues can I do this chakra healing.
Forgive me Rakesh, I am not educated in yoga for healing so I cannot say whether or not this would be advisable.
Luckily, I do have some good friends who teach yoga only for theraputical healing! They run Samarasa Healing. I recommend you to contact them with any such inquiries.

Does this kriya work opposite of sublimation?
No. Sublimatiom is the process of converting dense/heavy energies to more sublte/light energy. This practice isn't about moving or converting energy but rather about building and charging energy in Svadhistana Chakra. This could be a good practice to do before sublimation. Or if one sublimated too much energy this could be a good practice to recharge the sexual energy.

@@Surelife-y4s As you feel. Like with any Yogic practice, start with what is comfortable and build up from there. I would not recommend more than 20min, because beyond that you have other practices that you could be working on.

How long you are doing this kriya. Kindly share your personal experiences with kriya like yours or others in your supervision improved their erection or sexual life. Also you explain a bit like what is sending the energy down and no of breaths
Sending energy can be done using the breath, visualization, touch and movement. It's a practice like any other, that gets more accessible with experience
Great video brother. Good kriya for Sacral chakra. If I want to balance the chakra (I am guessing it's overactive for me for 3 decades now). How much time should I do this kriya and what kind of challenge should I take (40 days/100 days/1 yr)?
I think if you were to do only this kriya, you would risk to create more imbalance. Especially if you already feel it is over active.
What make you think your Svadhistana is overactive by the way?
Usually for an excessive Svadhistana I would recommend someone to work more with the next Chakra, Manipura, to elevate and purify the excess energy.
What I would really recommend to you, since I can see you have some aspiration. Is first do my 10 day challenge, "Raise Your Vibration". Go through this process to move the excess energy out of Svadhistana first! And then come back to this practice.
In this way you empty the cup of the water before you try to refill it
I can't sit in vajrasana, what should I do?
This practice is actually not done in Vajrasana. We want the calves open slightly wider than the hips, to the point where you could sit flat on the floor. However, adjustments can be made using blocks, cushions or a folded towel to make the pose accessible. And if this is not possible you can still do the practice sitting cross legged or in a chair

namaskar brother, can we do this and the yoga for turning semen into ojas back to back? Is there a order that needs to be followed as in what to do first? Can we do all the asanas in all your videos in one sitting every morning?
I think if you did all my videos it would take you much longer than a morning! 😅
To learn how to sequence a practice properly requires a lot of knowledge and years of experience. Something I cannot explain to you in just a comment. But I can tell you, do whatever you feel called to do and see how you feel. If you're energized and pleasant after the practice it was a good order. If you feel drained or disturbed after, it was not great and you should probably do something different next time.
In regards to these two videos, do the practice to charge Svadhistana first then the practice to move the energy upwards. This will gice you the greatest results
