    In this video, you will learn how to make 3 delicious salads - thai papaya salad, carrot raisin salad and zucchini noodle salad. All the ingredients used in each of the recipes come straight from Mother Nature. We do not use anything processed, packaged, tinned, bottled or canned. We use nuts instead of oil, and jaggery or dates instead of sugar.
    We strongly believe that salads don't belong on the side of your plate, but on the center of your plate. Instead of your regular lunch or dinner, try having one of these salads and you will see that you will not feel sleepy in the day, your energy will be through the roof and you will feel very light in your body.       I am following satvic style only eneama , and wet pack regularly near continue 12 days ..and also 16hours fasting but my meal and dinner not satvic because it is having some quantity of oil but I facing now gas problem and acidity how ?     Hello satvik chef! Today I tried the peanut dressing on my salad and the yummy taste was just unbelievable! With just a little bit of ingredients! I had tried Thai dressing earlier but it involved lots of soya sauce plus vinegar and red chilli flakes. But I got the amazing taste today without any of those old ingredients! Can't wait to try other recipes! Thanks a ton for encouraging us to eat healthy.

    Made papaya salad today. Although my peanut chutney couldn't get that smooth consistency like in the video so I strained it using a sieve. The flavour was just amazing. So refreshing with the addition of mango and coriander. A must try.

    Made papaya salad today all my family loved it. I like the salad without the dressing bcoz I like less sweet but all my family loved with salad dressing. Tip if u dont like sweet u need not add jaggery in the dressing or u can add with less jaggery in the dressing. I made the salad using measuring cups and spoon and I must say guys u must invest in it.

      Ye mehenge nahi hai 😂 agar mehenge lag rahe hai to seasonal fruits dal sakte hai... Zuchinni mehengi lag rahi hai to Khira daal dijiye.. Kaju mehenge hai to Sunflower seeds daal dijiye :)
