Bloody Hxxx, another awesome build here in US, looks like you are on the throttle virtually all the time, meaning no oversteer, no understeer and your being busy with gear change and steering. Thanks again mate, your guys are doing some awesome jobs with S2K 😊
My dream car is a 997.2 GT3 but the S2000 will definitely fit my needs for now. I’m only 19 so I figure I have time to invest my money and let it compound a little before spending 100k+ on a GT3, I’ve owned a BMW 128i Msport and a 3.8L Genesis Coupe r-spec I think you definitely made my decision for the next car I’m going to buy much easier!
A friend of mine with 992 came to my garage paid no attention to my S, I could not be bothered to tell him about my S, letting him miss out something really good😂
@@jayshimada6893 Well done. An ex neighbour of mine has several Porsches but knew my s2000 immediately when I moved into the area. Some ppl are car people and get it, others just buy a brand. I don't know, it does seem a waste, these people never drive the car properly.
@@jayshimada6893 I posted my 911 for sale and mentioned I might sell my s2000 and got more interest in the s2000 from a Porsche group than my 18k mile 997.2 I was selling. I just bought a gt4 but having second thoughts about letting my S2k go so I might just try and keep both
How do you use the same road for each video without getting the cops called out there? Do you pay someone to use the road for when you're reviewing? The road obviously isn't closed off as other cars are coming through, but where I live if I was getting on it constantly in the same place, the cops would be posting up pretty quickly.
When you refer to running over bumps easily with this build, do you attribute that mainly to his suspension only? or suspension + Springs? + Other upgrades?
From what I know, the more important factor is the quality of the dampers rather than the springs. Adding rigidity to the chassis with braces and/or rigid collars also helps the suspension work better.
I still think for track, what you have, an AP1 with the F22 swapped in is ideal. AP1 is the lighter and stronger chassis, but the F22's are more reliable, don't burn oil and produce more midrange and peak torque.
Lol, i like the s2k car and all but its a 20+ year old plus car at this point which was a failure, yes a failure because it was discontinued, why not spend this energy on sport cars that are still around that have been success like the miata or vettes etc.. ive owned s2k and my brother has one now the parts availability is getting slim i still Dont know why ppl modify these cars and dont let then hell alone, if they want to be fast buy a fast car the s2k wasnt made to be the fastest but fun think miata again.. anyways i can go on for ever just please no more s2k videos lol
I'll never get tired of your S2K vids!
😁 👍
Appreciate your perspective on each of these S2000 builds!
Babe wake up new Zygrene S2K video
😂

That is the best sounding exhaust for the street. Car seems like a blast
'Hello Boss? Yeah, its me. I'm afraid I'm not going to make it in today - yeah, Zygrene just posted a new S2K video. I'll see you tomorrow. Bye.'
LOL
Topher just did a video about putting a 4.3 gear in his BRZ. I doubt I will ever own an S2000 but I enjoy all your coverage of them.
this guys gonna end up reviewing every s2k available LOL - just own one and build it!
This s2k sounds amazing, and the spec is quite nice 👍
S2ks really bring in viewership right? Lol. Thanks for another great video.
Sold my 997, have a gt4 coming soon and I’m second guessing letting my s2000 go after seeing your videos lol.
don't sell it, you'll come back to the s2000
Excellent build. Taking notes.
Love this series!!

19 and already talking about investing good on you by 2024 everything will be up

@@_Suzuka_Joe yes keep both if you can, actually I’m lucky to be able to keep both S2 exige and S2K. Cheers

Does the owner of this one have any socials of his progress on this car or build thread, etc.? Another amazing S2K review!
your thoughts on the Vibratechnic engine mounts compared to stock?
those spring rates must feel brutal...
is it using any lightweight fly wheel?

What size wing is that?
mind sharing alignment specs?
can you do this with E36s 🙏
I’m surprised you didn’t rate the steering higher
Any thoughts on supercharging / turboing one of these? Is it not a bit slow for the track?
Too much heat soak is the issue
Stock cat?
nice, good build

TP?
More cowbell!
255 on 10” wheels? Oddly undersized.
A lot of the 100-200TW tires run way wider than the section width would suggest
Geez enough with the s2k videos lol
I guess the s2k bug is real
Never enough
