Laci, I love your channel and all things vintage and I especially love that you highlighted this store’s safety policies. Tip for you that I actually learned this week. Traditional clip on earrings are adjustable you just need a plyers or an item called a comfeekey! I feel like I wouldn't of gotten my ears pierced if I had known that. I just ordered myself some earring clip on converters for my dangling earrings cause I never would wear them due to me being a klutz cause I always would get caught on something and feeling like ripping my earlobes off and I don't know why I didn't switch those to clip on sooner.

This is charming and relaxing, thank you (love the plates). I recently found a 1960s shirtdress (it is fit and flare, but I don't think it's 1950s and seems homemade). It has a very deep hem, cloth covered buttons and is in perfect condition. It's all black and perhaps rayon. It's a little big, but, with a belt, it looks fine. I found it at our local Salvation Army for $7. The East Coast is well mined, but treasures still do exist! My daughter does 80s on, so she finds lots of treasures. Your videos are awesome, Laci!
I love your thrifting and thrift haul videos! Lately I have found a pink hat stand and a vintage nightgown. I was super thrilled with both! Love the dishes and gloves you found!

I like your cat! I recently went to an thrift store just to find a 1950s style dress and I only found a whole bunch of Nancy Drew. I had all of the Nancy Drew they were offering. I have 1-30 but I have two copies of the 30th one. One from 1953 (the same year it was published) and a new copy from my great grandma. But anyways I didn’t find a 1950s dress in my size because I am on only 11 years old and I find it rare to find an actual dress my size from 1950s. I also found some vintage yarn that was in good condition. I love that you went crazy with the sewing stuff. I would do the same if I found crochet things. Great video!
Would you mind making a video on "Basics to Own" clothing wise when staring out to wear 1950s style. Like Cardigans, shoes, basic of skirt prints, lengths and styles.
Man I keep seeing the squirrel on the nut ceramic dish all over I seen two at a thrift store in Bama where I live lol there must have been a big production of them.
Doing ceramics was very popular. The squirrel on a walnut or on a peanut are nut dishes. My dad did both in the early '70's. You bought them plain and painted them yourself.
I found this channel just passing by... but watched it. I love what I saw! My mother in law has tea sets galore. I love how She has something for everything! My kids love visiting her and enjoy her tea parties with her vintage items. Thanks for sharing!

I've been doing a lot of online thrifting through Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, and Ebay and my recent exciting finds were a 1937 Singer 31K, pieces for my 1960s-70s Arcopal opal glass collection, and a STUNNING rhinestone and silver 40s or 50s brooch. Love seeing your thrift hauls. 🖤
The turquoise sewing machine 🤩 best if it would have been in the other table. And the fire King gold rim dish set was a marvel. Too bad it was dishwasher damaged.
Wow, that china!! I inherited my Gran's Noritake dinner set in the Cho-Cho-San pattern. My grandad bought the whole set when he was stationed in Japan in the 1950's. The set you were showing looks very similar. It has loads of pieces--vegetable servers, gravy boat, coffee service, plates and bowls of all sizes...it's an amazing collection, but too much for me. Probably end up giving it away to someone who'd appreciate it. Loved the cookbooks and shoes!! Great finds!!
Lovely going shopping with you Lacy I've been in lockdown since last march, but it was like getting out and about with you. Hope we go out together again soon!😃😃
Enjoyed Thrifting with you. I have a flame point Siamese cat, Corky Noodleman, who resembles your little guy. Massive Tom, very intelligent and a wonderful cat. Not fat, just a large frame. I just adore him as I do all my critters. Love the shoes. My goodness. You’re almost at 100,000 subscribers. Congratulations.
I love thrifting! I’ve been doing it since my teens( in mid 40’s now)! Just found a vintage Fire King baking dish. I have a extensive brooch collection! I also have tons of vintage sewing notions and a vintage Christmas cookie cookbook. Thanks for sharing your adventures!!!!
Wonderful video. First I want to offer my condolences and say I am sure your grandma is watching over you. I want to mention the pressure cooker, I had one exactly like the one you saw. It was a prestige. I had it in the 70s and kept it until fairly recently. The funny thing is it was probably having a slow cooker that stopped me using it. That and a microwave I just stopped reaching for it. You are so good at spotting vintage items. Another important skill you have is knowing when to leave things in the store!
I have a set of Mikasa dishes that came from at least the 50s maybe earlier but I also have limoge China from my other grandmother which I am going to keep so unfortunately I have to part with the Mikasa. If you would like a picture of them most of the set is there. My fave thing you found are the shoes! ❤️
I collect vintage cookbooks too. A couple of weeks before Christmas my hubby and I went into a Salvation Army store. They had several vintage sewing machines for $250 each. One was in a cabinet similar in shape to the last one you showed. It was fully refurbished. Hubby went back to the store and bought it for me for Christmas. It's from 1921. Love the purple shoes. Like you, I have to look at everything. I knew that vintage clothing was sized differently than today. Just didn't think of looking at all of the different size areas.
Can never have enough thrifted sewing notions. I sew and you can find such good deals. I actually have a 1950 Singer 66. It's black and gold with flowers designs.
I love thrift stores. I have not been able to shop this year with the stay at home rule. I also look through sewing notions. I was surprised when I saw zippers are selling for $6. So 25 cents for is a deal. I bought vintage knitting pattern books and I also bought wool that was dated 1970's. The wool was so soft compared to the wool today. I love to knit and crochet. I also sew. I look for art supplies because I am a self taught artist. Keep making these great videos
Makes me want to hit the antique shops! 💜

Hi Laci thanks for taking us along this was fun and love the Vintage Metal Zippers! you found a Pink one ! 😊 💖
I thought you probably drove a 59 Chevy Impala with the wings on the back.
That Nichols and May "Examining Doctors" is hysterical! I never get tired of listening to them!
This has made my day seeing you upload a new video! Thank you
I too love going to the thrift stores in my area, thank you for taking us along! I go at least once a week, never know what your going to find.
I have a set of Mikasa dishes that came from at least the 50s maybe earlier but I also have limoge China from my other grandmother which I am going to keep so unfortunately I have to part with the Mikasa. If you would like a picture of them most of the set is there. My fave thing you found are the shoes! ❤️
Love the shoes and can't wait to see how you style them! Looking forward to you hitting 100,000 subs! We will all be celebrating with you!
Lacy makes me happy .....Cheers from Bunbury western Australia x
I collect vintage cookbooks too. A couple of weeks before Christmas my hubby and I went into a Salvation Army store. They had several vintage sewing machines for $250 each. One was in a cabinet similar in shape to the last one you showed. It was fully refurbished. Hubby went back to the store and bought it for me for Christmas. It's from 1921. Love the purple shoes. Like you, I have to look at everything. I knew that vintage clothing was sized differently than today. Just didn't think of looking at all of the different size areas.
I loved this video! Your mom did a super job, too!❤️
This was a great video! Thank you for taking us along!
Can never have enough thrifted sewing notions. I sew and you can find such good deals. I actually have a 1950 Singer 66. It's black and gold with flowers designs.
Your personality and content bring me joy! Thank you for your uplifting channel. Keep up the great work! 💕
It's a happy day for me when you post a video.
Just found a gorgeous vintage starburst broach pin today. Feels so good to know there are still beautiful pieces out there if your willing to look.
I loved the sunburst dishes. I also love your cats, I have two kitties. Thank you for an amazing video:)
What a fun fine all-around but yes the Italian shoes OMG that is fantastic plus the gloves and the star plates yippee!
Dinner in a dish was one of my parents go to cook books. Mom still has it! Love your channel! Love you hair. Will you do mine for me? Lol
