    NOTE: This product works exactly as described. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxguEIMc_Qwab-3QMTpF6jaRL80hiOOsIN It originally earned a four-star review due to a minor defect (see below). However, the manufacturer's customer service rep (Lita) went above and beyond the call of duty and deserves five stars now. I wish I could give even more!I purchased this item which arrived quickly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. There was only one problem: One bolt did not screw into the hole properly. I called the company. Their customer service rep (Lita) was terrific! She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. (Fingers crossed...)FOLLOW UP: Lita called back to inform me that the company will send a replacement part AND a technician(!!) to install it properly. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you!!

    How to you remove the base covers once snapped in place? I want to disassembly ours to move it.

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      There are some plastic tabs that hold the covers to the base. They have been known break when you try to disassemble them if you are not careful. If you tip the machine onto its side you should be able to see the tabs and release them so they don't break. (Do this with the latch in the storage position or removed from the frame to keep the deck from moving on you).

    My treadmill is giving me electric shocks when I touch the metal parts… I have checked the ground wire and it seems to be connected properly… I have it in my garage on concrete floor… any idea how to stop that?

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  ปีที่แล้ว

      Usually the treadmill is well grounded. Most of the time when users report static shocks it is because of a discharge from a build up of static in the user through the treadmill. It can happen as the air dries out or sometimes with the introduction of new shoes. (You can try a different pair of shoes). Make sure the treadmill is plugged into a properly grounded outlet avoid extension cords that could have a questionable ground. (It is not recommended to use Treadmills in a garage and this may effect your warranty.) Does this happen with every user? How old is the treadmill? There are conductive fibers in the belt to help discharge static to the rollers and then to the frame, in the walking belt. Worn out belts may not do this very effectivly any longer. Sorry for the long winded response, I hope it was useful.

    Any idea why one of the back feet wont sit flat on the floor. Treadmill bouncing when running?

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  ปีที่แล้ว

      Most commonly it is due to uneven floors. particularly if it is on tile or in a basement with a floor drain. Try it in other positions in the room and use leveling feet if your model has them. if both feet are off the flor and they raise up higher, with no one on the treadmill, when you raise the incline; then your storage latch is bent and should be replaced. you can test this by unhooking one end of the storage latch from the deck and then using the treadmill.

      No, when it is assembled and things are tightened down evenly the deck should fit between the uprights and the handlebars. If the uprights are skewed so that the deck hits the handlebar, they can usually be resolved by loosening the uprights and then tightening them down evenly.

      When the belt stops does the workout continue on the console display, (does it keep counting speed and distance)? There is a red LED light on the lower circuit board called the controller. it can be seen when the right rear cover (1 screw) is removed. What is the light doing when the belt stops in the middle of a workout?

Still it didn’t fit through door so we took door off and took bottom bolts off completely to then put it back together inside office. It was a pain not going to lie. Your better off disassembling and reassembling in the room you want it in. Good luck!

      Since this applies to multiple models (whech do get updates from time to time) I would hate to make a specific list and have it locked in stone... but that being said you should expect as of right now to be able to assemble this type of treadmill with a 3/16 allen wrench, 7/32 allen wrench (both included with the treadmill) and your own #2 phillips screwdriver, 7/32 wrench & 1/2 wrench, or socket wrenches or an adjustable wrench.

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not usually. customers can assemble most equipment on their own, however there are a few steps that you will want a second person to help you with. Assembly is something many customers opt to pay for. I think most customers can save a few dollars and assemble themselves. What part are you finding troublesome? I may know a trick or two.

      @@FitnessEquipmentHelp we are trying the main big poles now and some of the screws doesn't go all the way in 🙄 how much do you charge to assemble it?

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Halah2012 Assembly for a treadmill is currently $169 if you call the number on the front of your manual. If you are having trouble with the silver ground screw (some people do since it is put into a hole that is not pre-threaded) this screw can be started with an electric screwdriver/drill. Just be extra cautious using power tools when assembling plastic or cast metal parts (like the pulse cross bar) as these can break. I recommend using hand tools wherever possible. Another tip is to start all the screws on a particular part before tightening any of them. This will help keep things from binding. The upright bolts need to remain loose through the assembly and only tightened at the end. I hope this helps.

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      First of all double check all of the packaging usually you will find parts that are put into boxes and other places that may look like the other packing material and could be missed. If you are missing parts contact the number on the front of your manual to get parts sent out from the manufacturer.

    I just got this 4/2/20 and have 2 problems. For Step 3, when we have to screw the ground wire down to the right upprigt, the screw will only screw down 1/4 of the way ( at the 1:00 min in your video) Will this be an issue? My second problem is in min 2:38 of your video. Our screws are screwed tightly al the way in and stripped. What can I use to remove these? Why do so many screws come screwed in only to be removed and discarded? Thank you.

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Many of the screws are put in because it is a quick and cost effective way to show the quality people on the assembly line that the holes were put an and in some cases tapped. This prevents machines from being sent without the holes being drilled. While it may not cause an issue you will want to tighten the ground screw to make sure it has a good connection with the frame so it can do its job. If you have stripped heads on the screws try using a pair of vice grips to grab the screw and remove it the rest of the way.

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Typically this occurs when the upright bolts are tightened. If you review the assembly instructions you will find that the upright bolts should be left loose. I'm fairly confident if you go back and loosen your upright bolts that you will be able to move the uprights so that the cross bar fits.

    I’m trying to move this darn treadmill and need to take the top electrical section and 2 base arms from the bottom. All that’s connecting it is that wire the video shows connecting very early on. Well that wire you can’t get out from the upright. What a stupid design. Moving it in my apartment was a nightmare. But I guess there is no better way even researching it. It’s heavy and will take moving one section through the door first then the heavy part section and only connected by that main wire. Why isn’t that wire easily disconnectable from the treadmill deck somewhere? So mad

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  ปีที่แล้ว

      The alternative would be to disconnect the wire from the controller under the motor hood and unclip it from the belly pan, which usually requires removing the controller (not too difficult). The amount of issues people have with wire connections is more than you would think. We save a lot of customers time and aggravation by eliminating wire connections. I'm sorry this did not work out for you in this case.
