    Thank you for the video. Was definitely helpful!
    Just a tip - you can skip the downloading of the app & bypassing the lock screen by placing the red emergency key and holding the IFIT button for 10-30 seconds.

    After almost breaking my back pulling that thing through the front door (that thing is HEAVY!), I was feeling quite a bit intimidated and overwhelmed by the prospect of putting it together, and was seriously considering sending it back for a refund.
    After watching your video, my fears have eased somewhat. I think I might have a go at it after all. Thanks for going to the trouble of recording the whole process, that's very helpful indeed! 😎👍

Any pointers to minimize the disassembly for transport ? I need to remove t he console part at least since my gym room's door is rather narrow and the whole thing won't pass thru.. :|

    this is the only quality assembly video for this treadmill. He actually showed in detail each step. Some videos start with the thing halfway put together or show some dudes butt crack putting on the screews instead of a picture of what's actually happening. the only part I didn't understand was why my lunch wasn't showing up? Do you have to call customer support for that?

    I really appreciate this video! I had to go online to see exactly what I missing from my brand new treadmill. I unboxed it and removed all the parts but lo and behold, had NO HARDWARE KIT OR INSTRUCTIONS BOOKLET!! Was a nightmare trying to call NordicTrack to get them to send me a kit. Customer service was terrible. They are sending me a kit but it is taking too long to get. I requested expedited shipping, they said NO. Still waiting but when rcvd, will come back to your video for help! Also, when I tried to do the end-of-call survey, the choices were 1 thru 5 for customer service and when I tried to select 1, it said that was not a valid selection...tried 3 times. Unreal.

    • @bbshrimp

      the instructions say to leave the screws at the base of the "uprights" loose.... this lets you move the uprights about a bit so the console crossbar thing actually fits. I thought mine wasn't going to fit either so I had to loosen the upright screws some more to allow them to move more and it allowed the crossbar to fit!

    • @fionafresh8435
      @fionafresh8435 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I didn’t have any problem with mine. Agree that it may be because you didn’t leave the standing upright bars loose. They should not be fully tightened until you have the crossbar and monitor on. Can you loosen them and try again?

    Can this be put together and work properly without having the arms? Purchased from someone but it doesn’t have the arms …

    • @waltsreviews90
      @waltsreviews90  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If it's just the arms that stick out lengthwise at a 90 degree angle from the handles, then I'd imagine that you could probably operate the treadmill just fine. It doesn't look like they would contribute to structural stability, but they are there to help you catch yourself if you stumble, so that you don't land on the treadmill and get kicked back.

  • @sakethphenom

      To be honest, I'm not sure. I'd imagine taking the top part with the posts off of the track would probably make the most sense. Having never done it before myself, I'd advise that you make sure everything is sturdy before you move it cause those parts are heavy and will hurt if they drop on you!

    I am having really a hard time assembling this. The thing is, the sensor bottom bar of the top part is way shorter than the space between two bars, and the screws do not insert in their full lengths. Then putting the top piece just does not align. OMG...what did I do.... :(

    • @waltsreviews90

    • @JK-rt5xx
      @JK-rt5xx 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@waltsreviews90 Thanks Walt! I could manage to do this. 1) I had to squeeze two bars so that the sensor bar can get in 2) don't worry if the nails for sensor bar doesn't go far down but sticks out 3) don't worry if the sensor bar doesn't feel like it is correctly connecting to the top part(where the monitor is) 4) just drill in all the nails and then it will sort of align all together at the end. Haha!! Your motion of drilling in all things without worrying or aligning too sensitively made me to go for that and it worked out! Thanks!!

    Tip: Not sure why my comment got removed, leaving it for other users:
    I bypassed the lock screen by placing the red emergency key and holding the iFit button for 10-30 seconds. Didn't have to sign up for anything.

    Has anyone been able to read the total number of hours and the total number of miles that the machine has been used? The instructions say to press the setting button button and it will show time and mileage. Mine has two numbers that never change. Just curious if anyone else has been successful. Thanks!

    Warning when hooking up the bar for the screen it is not the same length . Very annoying he makes it all look so simple which it is but there are lil annoying parts

    The square gromet at 2:24 absolutely does not fit into the square hole on my model. Maybe if I bust out a hammer and a chisel and go to town, but I'm not risking it.
