I'm between the commercial 2450 and the x24. Do you have a preference ? It is exactly same machine and only difference is the decline and incline degrees? or there is more differences that i should know. Thank you so much for your guidance
@@TreadmillReviewGuru ah apologies, this hasn’t been listed on the U.K. site yet but I’ve just seen it’s on the US one! I’ll look forward to the review!
@TreadmillReviewGuru how does it tilt? Is there something that needs to be loosened? My turns left and right but refuses to tilt. Just bought Dec 4, 2024
The pictures of this machine on the NordicTrack website make it appear that you would have to awkwardly look downward to view the screen. Your video makes it appear much better. We're comparing apples-to-apples, right? This is the Commercial 2450 that was just released in 2024?
It depends on your height and the incline of the treadmill. She's 5'1". If you're much taller and/or you have an incline set, you will be looking down. Perhaps not as far down as other models, but down nevertheless. Which sucks.
Curious what the responsiveness is of the UI and ifit software. I find the proform9000 responsiveness is horrendous-like they put .5gb of RAM into the computer instead of 4 or 8 gb.
I cannot say enough good things about the iFIT program and the training it provides for all levels of athletes, especially with the most recent software upgrade. However, I received a Commercial 2450 just two months ago (August 2024) as a warranty replacement for a Commercial 2950 (which I loved). This new one is the previous model 2450 with the 3.6hp motor, and it is unbelievably loud! Sadly, it sounds very much like this one that you demonstrate while running, and measures 84-86 decibels. In fact, there is a Reddit posting titled "New Commercial 2450 Loud as a commercial jet!" (complete with video shorts) that describe the problem at length. If you want to honestly assure consumers that this is no longer the case with the upgraded 2025 model, please demonstrate a sound level meter reading while operating at running speeds.
The fact that you have to pay for iFit in order you use the Netflix you pay for on a treadmill you paid for is criminal.
Glad you told us..just bought it..gonna cancel my order
Excellent review as always. 👍🏽
Thanks!
My wife and I love your reviews as well Steve!
@@faamecanic1970Thanks!
Thank you for the review. I would seriously consider purchasing if not for the inflated cost of iFIT in Australia. Way too much for an exercise app.
When y'all getting your hands on the X16/24???
Stay tuned, review coming soon.

Do you need ifit membership to access netflix?
yes
Is there any plans for there to be updates to the x32i?
The X32i is now the new X24 on NordicTrack's site. We have a full review of it coming soon!

Can you set the pace in minutes per kilometers that this treadmill can reach please?
It reaches about 2:40/kilometer.
Does the screen have the ability to be adjusted higher up? Thanks!
It doesn't raise up or down, but it tilts up and down

@@rickyrayracing9187 just got mine, simply tilt it back and forward I think initially I required slightly stronger push but then it’s all good 👍🏽
@@rickyrayracing9187 manual says it will be very tight at first but will loosen up.

It's significantly better on their new machines. That was the main improvement we noticed compared to previous models.

The responsiveness of the touchscreen seems absolutely terrible
