  • I needed a welding cart to tag along with the table I built, so here it is. Made from scrap metal and other various pieces of unused junk I had around. I did buy the wheels though.
    Check out my workbench\ welding table build here:

    I have to make a cart for my Hobart 210 MVP. This is a great example of keeping it simple. Nice job. I'd be much worse off with the stick welds myself. lol. My welder is pretty heavy, and nearly the same size as yours, if not the same case. Thinking bigger wheels in case I want to drag it over soil, or the lawn. Thanks for the video!

    Nice job
    I intended to build a cart out of the same material but I found an old trolley that was perfect and only needed a few small modifications for my needs, saved me a heap of time and turned out better than what I originally had in mind

    nice work on the table and cart. you should fab up a tray or trays for the bottom of your table for storage and add hangers on the side of the cart for the whips and leads of your welders

    nice job there Mike. 6013s are notorious for trapping slag, so don't beat yourself up too much. Cheers.

    Good job. A well done for going with the stick welder for most of the fab, the only way to learn it, is to use it.

    Nice job Mike! You may want to add some large hooks for cables but other than that it looks great. And don't feel bad about not being an awesome stick welder few are it's a lot more difficult than mig since the distance of of your hand to your work is changing constantly.

    I’m no expert on smaw but to me it seems you need more heat and a tighter arc if that don’t work maybe slow down a bit

      @Robocoppat 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not to mention to clean the metal before you weld. Rust will give you shitty welds Everytime.

    I'm new to welding but not to building stuff with tools. I just bought my first welder an Eastwood MIG 135/110 for 250. I've used my buddies same welder and it worked great on some floor patch panels for my 68C20 truck. Great video. Do you have the dimensions? First project will be this cart.

    i love your content, but it is a real struggle to watch your videos because you show a lot of welding in the videos and my eyes hurt and then eventually a headache. if a welding lens is a possibility for you i would suggest it. other wise love the content and keep having fun.

      You can't get any eye damage from watching a welding video...... You might have some form of epilepsy or similar though, check with a Dr.
