@Deswon_360 it was possible mostly because that game doesn't really have any game breaking glitches that are tas only, the speedrun itself also isn't super technical

At the space pirates, cuz 1: they are using bio weapons and needs to be stopped 2: they killed some chozo who were residing on zebes (according to the metroid prime instruction manual) 3: being the ones responsible for her parents death
@@joester4life also according the instruction manual for prime the chozo left Tallon 4 right after they built the artifact temple so it is possible they are still thriving
This is my favorite game to speedrun. Not to long, god tier pixel art and colors, amazing soundtrack, the best movement physics in the series, funnest/quickest to use items in the series, it’s just a blast. Wish we had more Metroid games in this style (AM2R does an amazing job at coming close to the feel of this game though).

@@CreamDollYT Super feels way too old imo, the combat and mechanics just feel sluggish. Zero Mission feels even better than Fusion, everything just feels great, and the fights are less facetanky and more evady. The game is way too easy on normal difficulty, though, it's almost as much of a cakewalk as Prime on "normal mode" on Wii. I played Super first and after going back to it, the controls are horrible, like how switching between your missiles needs you to press select, and how LB and RB are for aiming up and down.

Even if I knew before watching what are the new glitches and new route, this was very impressing the level of optimization and workaround of this TAS are awesome. You did a great job!

This is my favorite game to speedrun.

The only thing I don't like is that they gave you a lot of power ups at once when you get your suit back
