    First of all, both of your shirts are awesome and I want them! We usually just stir fry up some Gardein crumbles on taco night but it could be fun to get my kids in the kitchen with me and whip some of this up! You can never go wrong with lentils!

    Looks so good, I love those black lentils, but never used them in taco, that is a great idea. I often do a beluga bolognese, that is amazing too.

      We really like the texture and heartiness of bulgar. We've used it in veggie burgers too.
