  • Did you know that visualization can aid in weight loss? Proverbs 23:7 states, "As a man thinks, so is he," . What you imagine in your consciousness influences your subconscious mind, and thus your body. Weight loss visualization is an excellent tool because it stimulates your subconscious mind to shape your body to look like your mental picture. This does not mean that it will fully change the shape of your body, but it will help you change your perspective on how you look at things, which will help you lose weight.
    The weight loss visualisation method is used to help you visualise where you want to go and who you want to be. Visualizations can help you stay motivated and feel good about your fitness goals. Evidence suggests that weight reduction visualisations can assist us in breaking bad habits. It also prepares our minds and bodies to let go of stress and negative emotions.
