    Thank u for this inf bt i want to know hw to visualise knock bones are healed or is it possible to heal knock bones without operation becoz if we already operated 2 times both knees bt operation is not done in rt way so tell hw to cure knock bones if Cancer prblm can be healed thn why not knock bones
    If yes thn tell wht to visualise becoz of present situation of knock bones it is difficult to visualise health without knock bones . 🤔🤔

    I took deep breathing 6 sec long slowly inhale and the 8 to 9 sec exale for 2 mins. Oh my God in just 2 mins i can't tell how am i feeling thank u so much🤗😊

    So true Luke, I had used the same technique to complete one of the toughest rally on a bike, I was 63 then, even now do the same on my long distance road trips on bike today I am 68, and I am proud of you to be guiding people in the most positive manner, thank you god bless you.
