+1 to all jobs is actually FAR better than +1 to main job because it allows rogues to go into more places. For instance, Nenet getting +1 to all jobs means her counter-thaumaturgy goes up to level 5, which makes her far better than Niles since her innate bonus is the same as Karst's. Kartst getting + to levels means you can take him to level 4 agility jobs. Gianna getting +1 to all jobs means you can run counter thaumaturgy 4 and perception 3 with her for more access to Gianna reveals (even if those missions may be slower b/c doors). The big ones I recall off the top of my head are Gianna and Nenet. Also, with regards to the atlas tree, I think only the stuff at the top of the tree may be worth. Huck might be worth with the level 15 haste aura, but the 100% chance to drop deception contracts is just so far out there, and with "seventh gate" now a default, you don't need to burn points on Heist chance at bottom of tree. Basically, from a "chaos per atlas point spent", Heist chance absolutely is worthless (one cache is worth 2.5 chaos--spending a bunch of points to have a 40% chance of a smuggler's cache = burning a bunch of points for 1c), though the deception stuff may be worth *IF* you're over there for other reasons, such as potentially a max scarab strategy.
There is one really important thing for this strategy. Turn off all your MTX, pets, etc. MTX causes loading delay for 5 seconds for EVERYONE in that Heist TOWN. If there are loading problems at the start of the league like 3.21, do a different strat.

I love running heist in league start before even finishing the campaign. Almost every unique will sell day 1 (my experience) and set you up to buy what you need to rush red maps/voidstones and move onto an even better or preferred atlas strategy in just a few hours. Only issue is the need for a fast character, which is a bummer when I don’t want to start TR pathfinder or similar
As a new player really appreciate your videos and the way they’re made , by far easiest to listen to out of all the creators I’ve come across. Dumb question but what loot filter do you use btw? Thanks
Thank you! At league start, mostly just the Filterblade defaults: Semi-strict for leveling, Strict for early mapping, and a lightly-altered Very Strict filter once in higher-tier maps. An Uber Strict Plus loot filter is super valuable if you're doing high-end juiced MF mapping, but for Heist and early stuff, the Filterblade defaults are really good if you're comfortable with them.
The one thing I am most unhappy about is how EVERY other mechanic can now be guaranteed to be on every map by just spending atlas passive points - except Smuggler's Caches. The only plus we have is that you no longer have to go full 7th Gate to have Heist available as a Kirac mod.
Yup, it's disappointing for the handful of true Heist enjoyers. Not awful, 40% is still decent, but it's a lot less than the 100% that nearly every other mechanic is getting now. The Heist Scarabs are a big mystery. Maybe they'll fix everything!
@@PathofEvening The sad thing is that the 40% for Heist is also a great deal less efficient than any of the new nodes for other content (based on Kirac mod prices, the 4% nodes are worth about .1c per map, while most of the new nodes for other content run around .5c per node...) And I would not bet on scarabs fixing anything for heist. I'm betting there are no Heist scarabs. If you look at the negation nodes on the atlas passive tree, all of the other nodes state that scarabs found in your maps cannot be X - but the Heist negator node does not say that.
IK this is focused on league start - but as someone who’s really enjoying Heist for the first time - I wish you went into a little more details about the top items like these replica bases
Unfortunately, we're still trying to find a happy medium. We had some complaints that the video was too long, you wish we added more. It was mostly aimed toward getting easy currency at Leaguestart. Ultimately, we're trying our best. :)
PoB is the best tool for checking weapon DPS. You can also use a calculator/brain, just add the minimum and maximum together, divide by 2 and multiply by the attack speed.
Heist will definitely be the "safest" currency strat at league start.. Youll always be behind the ball of youre trying to follow your favorite content creators' currency strats, but this league will be particularly bad considering the whole endgame shake up with scarabs and atlas passive changes etc..

You say "by doing enough mission with"... actually, the way I unlock them is way quicker. I don't do a mission with them, I just throw the first trash contract I have in... I go in, that unlock the next guy. No need to run it at all. All I want is the unlock. Then there is a trick to level them faster, which is low level blueprints.
