How close will the tire be to the fender ,when air ride is fully deflated? Where would be a good place on the Harley to add perhaps a shim (securely) for added security as to avoid damage to tire and fender?....Any advise would be gladly appreciated.
Did the shocks hold up or do they leak? I ask because in my research i have found a lot of complaints about the weld at the top eye bold mount leaking air. And how was the ride quality ?
I had those same Monroe shocks on my Harley and the air ride kit bleeding off as I rode come to find out there was a hairline crack in the top weld of the shock so be cautious with these cheap shots
@@Hankv85-TheRidingCanuck i am running similar setup for the past 9 years with 45,000 miles and no problems.. What is all this SNEERING HA ! HA ! From RMCustom as it looks like he is looking down on us as if we are FOOLS and He is GOD... Hey man get a grip on yourself as we are NOT FOOLS.
Good job well done and I'm a mechanic 💪
Nice job. If you swap the shocks around your air line fittings will face forward.
Instantly liked your video at 19 second, " beer -thirty"! 🤣
Do you compress the shocks before the install or did you just install them
Did you need to replace both the upper and lower bushings?

Indeed, have you found decent ones?
HOW CAN I TELL IF MY COMPRESSOR STOPED WORKING? MINES JUST STOPPED WORKING I HIT THE SWITCH NOTHING HAPPENS AND COMPRESSOR NOT RUNNING AT ALL
do you have a link to the switch, solenoid and adjustable muffler? Thanks
You can use a ball valve as well
What would cause your bike to raise up, after you have lowered it all the way down and the bike is turned off.
What are fittings did you use on the shocks..🤔
If you Google monroe air fitting adapters they will pop up let me see if I can post a link
How did you press those bushings in ive been at it for hours
Kyle Magro I used some lubricant and a vice. A little sketchy but it worked
Do you have to replace both bushings or just the bottom ones
