Life-UpSpark Mandrill is a reploid that is from the 17th Battalion. He
possesses immense strength and packs a powerful electric shock attack
but he's not too smart. He has followed his commander Sigma obediently
into the rebellion. He attacked the city's electrical power stations
bringing the city to a halt and has already made it his home. He causes
destruction wherever he goes leaving his subordinates to clean up his
mess.Spark Mandrill's main weapon is the Electric Spark which creates a
blast of high voltage energy. If it hits the enemy or hard surface, it
splits into half ricocheting vertically in opposite directions. His
weakness is the Shotgun Ice which freezes him in his tracks and causing
him to redo his tactic.

Not really, Spark Mandrill is actually quite fast and deals good damage, it's just that his weapon weakness renders him helpless, also add that this guy doesn't know how to fight the sub boss that makes it seem that way.

I do Chill Penguin, then Flame Mammoth. I do whoever I feel like after that.
Also, as of this typing, this is the only Mega Man game I've beaten. (Not counting Star Force, because it's a spinoff and the easiest game ever)
