Secondly the verse is speaking on wearing fragrance in the presence of men in congregation prayer.
Thirdly u do know that taking a verse out of context is equivalent to lying on Allah?

"Women used to go out walking in front of men, and this was the Tabarruj of Jahiliyyah."
Qatadah said:
وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الاُْولَى
(and do not Tabarruj yourselves like the Taburruj of the times of ignorance),
"When they go out of their homes walking in a shameless and flirtatious manner, and Allah, may He be exalted, forbade that."
Muqatil bin Hayyan said:
"Tabarruj is when a woman puts a Khimar on her head but does not tie it properly."
So her necklaces, earrings and neck, and all of that can be seen. This is Tabarruj, and Allah addresses all the women of the believers with regard to Tabarruj.
So in this case where is the sister in violation?
You are backbiting on a sister who is deceased by implying she is not covered properly or she is somehow not fulfilling her islamic duty by teaching her fellow sisters.

I am not Muslim but have worn hijab and abaya because of Lady Mariyam's example. I think that a Christian woman should cover also. Lately I've been led to increase my modesty so I also wear niqab. This lady has helped a great deal on my journey to veil.

In Christianity, too, it is written that the woman should cover her head and the mother of Jesus Christ was covering herself as Muslims do today, but Muslims follow Mary and love her more than he says he loves her and does not do the same
Christians still eat pig because they don't follow the bible completely. A lot don't follow the old testament which is Deuteronomy.
Bible Deuteronomy 14:8
"The pig is also unclean; although it has a divided hoof, it does not chew the cud. You are not to eat their meat or touch their carcasses."
Christians women also need to cover their heads whenever they pray like the nuns. Below is from the new testament. Some Christians say that the covering is hair so that means men need to be bald to pray which is weird and doesn't make sense.

I dont have a problem with women wearing a hijab if they want to. There should be no public laws against it. However I do have a problem with Muslim authority figures (mostly men) telling women they have to wear it to be devout.

To add, the irony is that this woman sounds like the power is in the garment. Women of different religions and backgrounds around the world carry themselves and get respect all of the time without that garment. It's worn to cover up a woman's body.

The problem is not with the head scarf it is with the full Burka. No one can see your facial expressions, this is a key to social acceptance, your fellow human being recognises the gesture in your facial expressions and this is very important to the viewers reaction and relationship with our fellow beings, can you not see that wearing a full veil is a denial of this basic human understanding.

I say this with respect, to this sister (and probably many muslim sisters and brothers) the headcover means a statement.. or declaration..
For me, it has to be something I believe Allah has ordered me to wear.. I still don’t believe that headcover is the interpretation of “make the khimar longer so it covers the chest”.. I think the ayah of Al-Ahzab 39 and An-Noor 31 leave room for muslim women to interpret the order of covering.. and for me they don’t mean head / hair covers.. may Allah guide me and us all to the right meaning

Everyone, I think her interpretation is a little eschewed. Muslim women who wear the head covering, represent modesty. I. E., nuns and the Virgin Mary wear head coverings.

Ariel Nans Ik it sound weird that he married a 6 year old but it was back then. Being minor now is different from then. Many young girl married men’s that are on their mid 30s and now no one married on a young/ old age. Like for example, Romeo and Juliet, she was 13 and he was a lot older than her. Also Pocahontas and John Smith, he was really young and he was a older than her.

L'une des choses les plus importantes à propos de laquelle ils sont toujours interrogés est le chiffon sur la tête. Pourquoi portons-nous cette chose?! Et je suis émerveillé J'ai demandé aux musulmans pourquoi les femmes se couvrent les cheveux et peut-être une personne sur 99 donne la bonne réponse.
Si les musulmans ne savent pas pourquoi les femmes portent cette écharpe, comment pouvons-nous nous attendre à ce que les non-musulmans les comprennent? Sérieusement, le Coran lui-même dit pourquoi nous couvrons nos cheveux. Que dit le Coran? S'identifier comme étant musulman. C'est le numéro un que nous serions reconnus. Nous voulons que tout le monde sache que nous sommes des femmes musulmanes. Nous sommes fiers d'être une femme musulmane.
Mais alors cela en dit long sur ce que cela dit à tous ceux qui me voient, ce qui est devant vous, une femme d’une force énorme, d’un courage et d’une intégrité énormes.
Cette femme ne mentira pas. Elle ne trompera pas. Elle ne va pas tromper. Elle sera le meilleur employeur, le meilleur employé, le meilleur ami, le meilleur conseiller, le meilleur conseiller. C'est une femme musulmane. Vous pouvez lui faire confiance.
Et c'est un avertissement. Il raconte à tout le monde ce qui se trouve devant vous, une femme qui la connaît. Elle connaît sa valeur. Elle n'est pas un jouet, n'essayez donc jamais de jouer avec elle. C'est une femme que tu prends au sérieux. Je veux que tu saches qui je suis et c'est ce que tu es en droit d'attendre de moi. Et c'est ce que je vais accepter de vous. Par conséquent, vous approcherez de moi, laissez votre profanation ailleurs, je ne l'entendrai pas. Quand tu viens à moi ne me raconte pas des histoires sur quelqu'un d'autre, je ne mange pas la chair de mon frère. Cela m'identifie comme étant une femme musulmane.
Maintenant, l'ayah va plus loin, vous savez et il dit que vous ne serez pas molesté. Certaines personnes ont pris le mot molesté et l'ont transformé en viol. Cela n'a rien à voir avec le viol. En réalité, le viol n'a rien à voir avec l'attirance sexuelle. Le viol est un acte de violence et de haine et de domination. Les vieilles femmes, je veux dire les vieilles vieilles femmes se font violer. Peu importe ce que vous portez. Ce n'est pas grave parce que ça n'a rien à voir avec le sexe. Ils sont remplis de haine. C'est de là que vient le viol. N'a rien à voir avec le sexe.
Quand il parle de la protection, la protection vient de votre attitude parce que je sais ce qu'Allah a dit de moi. Que je vais avoir ce que j'appelle l'attitude islamique. Je ne suis pas un jouet. Je suis vrai. Je suis honnête. Tu peux me faire confiance. Je prends mon attitude et je vous le ferai savoir, vous ne passez pas ce point avec moi. Je n'accepte pas cela.
C'est mon attitude et cette attitude font que tout le monde le remarque. Donc, quand je monte dans un centre commercial, tout le monde se précipite pour m'ouvrir la porte. Je m'attendais, alors ils le font. Si je monte dans un bus, ils se lèveront et me donneront leur place. Je l'attends, alors ils le font. Je vais entrer dans une pièce où ils racontent une histoire sale et ils s'arrêtent parce qu'ils savent que je ne le tolérerai pas.
J'ai donc l'attitude islamique qui permet aux gens de savoir à quoi s'attendre de moi et en même temps, tous ceux qui ont des problèmes savent qu'ils peuvent venir me parler de leurs problèmes et que leur problème sera en sécurité. Il sera sécurisé et les conseils qu’ils recevront seront les meilleurs conseils. Par conséquent, je conseille non seulement les musulmans, mais aussi les non-musulmans, car ils me font confiance. Ils savent qu'ils peuvent me faire confiance.
