To all the people saying Muslim women are oppressed, this is a perfect example that would backfire on those type of people. May Allah SWT grant her jannatul firdaus. You can clearly see that she’s happy within Islam. Alhamdulillah

Sister Aminah's definition on the purpose of hijab is direct from quran, and is literally according to the verse. It's not her own exegesis.

Regarding *the purpose of wearing covering according to alQur`an* which is the subject of discussion, this is the verse that specifically spells it out:
      (Sahih International)
O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.
      -Sura Al-Ahzab, Ayah 59
Please read the Qur`an. It'll be good for you and for people around you.

*_EVERYTHING HAPPENS ACCORDING TO THE WILL, OF THE CREATOR_*
    ◼ *_Al-Qadha’ Wal-Qadr (Karma/Fate)_*
    ▫▫▫▫▫▫▫▫▫▫▫▫
◼ *_The Divine Decree and The Predestination, is one of the pillars of faith in Islam._*
◼ *_None of the Muslim’s faith will complete unless he believes that whatever befalls him could not have missed him, and whatever misses him could not have befallen him._*
◼ _*Everything is subject to the Will and Decree, of Allah*(Bring an end to the delusion), as the Prophet Says in the Quran [Indeed, Qur'an is word of Messenger,(69:40)]_
◼ *_“Indeed, all things We created with predestination”.[Quran _**_54:49_**_]_*
◼ _All the disasters and tribulations that happen on earth, or happen to the individual, or to his wealth or family, etc., were known to Allah before they happened, He has written them in Al-Lawh Al-Mahfooth (the Preserved Tablet) as He Says (what means):_
◼ _*“No disaster strikes upon the earth or among yourselves except -that it is in a register before We bring it, into a being - indeed that, for Allah, is easy.”*[Quran __57:22__]_
◼ _No matter what disasters befall a person, it is good for him, whether he realizes that or not, because Allah does not decree anything but it is good (Bring an end to the delusion), as He Says:_
◼ _*“Never will be struck, except by what- Allah has decreed for us*; He is our terminator of ego” *And upon Allah let the believers rely.”*[Quran __9:51__]_
◼ _Every disaster happens by Allah's leave. *If He had not willed it, it would not have happened, but Allah permitted it to happen and decreed it, and so it happened*. The prophet Says:_
◼ _“No disaster strikes except by permission of Allah. And whoever believes in Allah, - He will guide his _*_heart._*_ And the *Allah is Knowing of all things.”*[Quran 64:11]_
◼ _Once a person knows that all calamities happen by the will and decree of Allah, then he has to believe and submit and be patient._
◼ *_The reward for patience is Paradise, as The prophet Says (indeed, the Quran is the word of, messenger 69:40):“And will reward them for what they patiently endured (Accepted will of the creator) a garden and comfort_*_ [Quran 76:12]_
◼ _The position of patience in relation to this aspect the of faith, in particular, is like that of the head in relation to the body. Patience is a noble attribute with good consequences. Those who are patient will have an unlimited reward, as Prophet Says:_
◼ *_“O My followers who have believed, fear your Lord. For those who do good in this world is good and the earth of Allah is spacious. Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account”_*_ [Quran __39:10__]_
◼ *_Our Lord_*_ has taught us what we should say when calamity strikes, and has stated that those who are patient will have an honourable position with their _*_Lord._*
◼ _The prophet Says (indeed, the Quran is the word of, messenger 69:40): “… But give good tidings to the patient. Who, when disaster strikes them, say, _*_“Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.”_*_ [Quran 2: 155 -156]_
◼ *_The benefits of Belief in Divine Decree and Predestination:_*
◼ _The benefits of the Divine Decree and the Predestination can be highlighted through the following points:_
1⃣ _Peace of mind: A Muslim who believes in Divine Decree and *Predestination will have his mind at ease when he knows for certain that what befell him could not have missed him and what missed him could not have reached him*._
2⃣ _Contentment: It doesn't make him grieve about anything because he doesn't say things that reflect discontent like “if I did such and such then such and such would have happened”._
◻ *_Also, he doesn't worry too much about the future because he believes that everything is already written_*
◻ _What he should worry about is to "purify his consciousness" (Salath), to accommodate and accept the destiny (Duniya)._
3⃣ _Boost up the willpower and the determination:_
◻ _It gives him the will power and determination to go forward in the way of Allah without any hesitation._
◻ _*A Muslim doesn't fear anybody because he knows that no one has the power to afflict harm on him without it being decreed by Allah*. The Prophet clarified this point to Ibn Abbas._
4⃣ _Become modest and humble: It teaches the Muslim, to be modest and humble._
◻ _This is so because everything that a _*_A Muslim does is by the Will of Allah_*_ so if he succeeds, he knows that it is the will of Allah._
◻ _If he doesn't succeed because he is intelligent or because he is rich or because he deserves it, and, likewise, a person isn't poor because he is stupid._
◻ _This stops pride and arrogance from creeping into his heart because, *he knows that everything happens according to the will of Allah and can afflict him with harm and deprive him from the bounties he boasts about*._
    5⃣ _Total dependence upon Allah:_
◻ _*A Muslim takes precautions because his Ego does not allow him to depend upon Allah because the Divine Decree does not stop him from taking precautions and utilising worldly means*._
◼ *_ASKING DUĀ FROM ALLAH, TO CHANGE THE DESTINY OF YOURS OR SOMEONE ELSE IS SHIRK_*_ ⁉_
◼ *_ASK FROM YOUR RABB (Lord/Consciousness) & not FROM THE ALLAH (the creator),_*
◼ *_Pray / Salath ~ Purification of the consciousness to accept and accommodate, all the actions, in destiny & the universe_*_ as it is, through the help of your _*_Lord_*_ ( The Quran is word of messenger 69:40-43 ), and _*_not_*_ from the creator, _*_God_*_ (who predestined all our actions/created Shaytan /land us, in this hell 36:63)._
◼ _*The purpose of a religion is a selfish to become a selfless (Muslimeen)*. __#lezaf_

It's all about mortality being well understood among a sane society. It's not correct to assume that most of human beings are ignorants, they might be misguided or misinformed.. And therefore Islam's legislation wasn't made of each personal "opinions", because such a way of thinking with no knowledge was one of the main reasons why we can see so much ignorance.

The benefits of hijab is to the individual and whoever is around and it is not to please Allah Swt or His Prophet (pbuh). Anything good in any of teachings of the Quran is only for the people who follow in particular and to the mankind in general. Allah Swt is pleased only bcoz the person is obeying Allah Swt Commands and obeying His Prophet (pbuh). Let there be no mistake in understanding.

    • @IslamOnDemand
      @IslamOnDemand  5 ปีที่แล้ว +10

Attack of The Claw... We are saying the same thing. Our differences are in semantics. You’re saying “equal” but I think you mean “identical”. I agree they are NOT identical because men and women have different biological makeups and, therefore, have different strengths and weaknesses. As just one example, generally speaking men are stronger in their physical capacities while women are stronger in their nurturing capacities. And these differences dictate (according to our Creator) their IDEAL roles in society, to maximize their respective potentials. But these different natures and roles do NOT render either one less or more in terms of their spiritual and moral standing with Allah. So, assuming their faith and practice of Islam are the same, they are each SPIRITUALLY and MORALLY equal. Again, we seem to be saying the same thing. Yes?

    • @kingkatiin2658
      @kingkatiin2658 5 ปีที่แล้ว

@@IslamOnDemand I disagree because you're statement goes against what the Quran says.
Yes, the male gender is superior to the female gender in general, for many reasons, as Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allaah has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means”
      [al-Nisa’ 4:34].
