I have also just started the Bardic grade. It was your words and wisdom in the things you have written that drew me to the order to begin with. I was searching for my path and came across one of your books and I just knew upon reading it that druidry was where my spiritual future was. It not only made sense, but helped connect me to my Sami roots. I then devoured everything else you had written, and decided after much thought to join the order. I am also sad you left, but understand that we all need to move on and I am sure the order is in good hands moving forward. Thank you for your wisdom, clarity, humor, and knowledge, and for your openness in including others (from different spiritual paths, countries, etc), as this last bit was what helped me make my decision. Good luck to you in all your future endeavors.

Oh my, good sir, how you will be missed as a sonorous guiding voice for those of us finding our way towards an idea of what our place in the spiritual world is. It is no easy balancing act to be both welcoming and authoritative simultaneously. So my thanks to you ... and we shall see how you manage to stay away from sharing your insights with us online :D It will be a hard habit to break I am certain.
i'm new to the Order and just started the Bardic grade this month. i'm so sad to see you go Philip just as i arrived, your energy permeates the whole Order, you have been so much of its life and soul for so many years...and very happy to see a female Druid take the leadership of the Order in these times of the return and rise of the Divine Feminine. it is very timely and appropriate to restore our trust and faith in, and familiarization of female 'priest(ess)hood' and spiritual guidance. your charisma will be missed but i look forward to getting to know Eimear (hope i spelt this right). many blessings to you and her. 🥺 (just leaning a bit more towards sadness right now...)
