I'm really tired of Riot introducing yet another world ending threat (or powerful villain at least) and never following the story, such us vel'beth and all the void expansion, all the darkins coming back, unbound thresh, azakanas with yone, mordekaiser, basically every LORT expansion. I understand that its due to the nature of their games making it complicated to do lore events and continuations but still I hope that now with their renewed passion for lore we get to see something more cohesive before the mmo
IMO wild rift is better than league, its not the same as alot of people think. The items work a little differently, the game is much faster paced, Baron does a SHIT ton of damage and is almost unkillable unless its all 5 members (makes it much riskier), teleport is an "enchantment" that you buy on your boots, not a summoner spell etc. Generally I think its better in terms of gameplay and systems.
The reason why these animation are shorts and lacks sound design is because they are used for the loading screen for Wild Rift which already have the WR theme blasting nonstop. Adding too much SFX will likely to overwhelm the players.
