If they can catch it early, it’s probably not a death sentence. that was pretty bad though. She had to have a whole lung removed. Wow, that’s amazing. My father died of cancer about 20 years ago started with a lung, but it metastasized. They removed parts of one of his lungs. The poor man went through so much pain. I wouldn’t wish it on a worst enemy. He was a great man.
I have a similar story, I was an ER nurse, working part time as a set medic on a movie location. I developed a weird cough that I knew wasn’t COVID because I had to take a test every 48 hours to work on the set. End of October 2020, start of COVID crisis. Had an X-ray, showed a change, ct showed a mass. Bronchoscope inconclusive , MRI, finally got an email on my hospital portal on Christmas eve. Lung cancer. Merry Christmas. January, r sided robotic bilobectomy in Denver. 4 months of chemotherapy included 4 critical care admits for sepsis (SIRS) including 2 emergency ambulance rides. Interstitial lung disease, A-fib. A year 2021 in the hospital or bed on O’s. Another year getting out of bed and working towards recovery. My wife and daughter wouldn’t let me die and neither would my colleagues, doc’s and fellow nurses. Now I’m in Mexico living on the beach, doing fine. 2 years clear. Wish you the best.
I’m am so thankful that you shared your experience and I am glad you got through it. My question is the after effects of chemo. Did it cause damage to your kidneys?
Going through it with my sis right now. The cancer has spread pretty much everywhere now in just a few months from discovery. Its just a matter of days. She at home with hospice currently. Bless those hospice workers. Edit...she passed 3 days ago. R.I.P sis.
Awe 😥 So sorry for the loss of your sister. Sisters are so special. I hope your life of memories with each other shine through and keep you going at this time.
Hello I am a 21 year survivor, 57 bladder cancer, metastasized to lung. I was told that I may get two years, it has been 20 years since I was told that. I has been a very rough 21 years, but I will take it anyway I can get it. Miracles do happen. You will be in my prayers and positive thoughts. ❤ God bless
don't quit fighting, i start ed my 6th year with stage 4 lung cancer. my doctors keep telling me i'm one for the record books. i was not suppose to be here, they gave 3 months. look at me now still here after 5 years. so, please dont ever give up keep fighting. god is with you. god bless you. i'll keep you in my prayers.
My sister was diagnosed w breast cancer at age 48 by the time she was diagnosed it had metastisized to her liver and brain her prognosis was very grim but she was a fighter she had was is called a gama knife on her brain she went through it bad was so sick but in time got better and had from her diagnosis at 48 till she was 52 at least 2.5 of those four years in a decent remission where she was not violently ill and able to enjoy life and at the end when she got sick again she went to the oncologist and he did a cat scan or whatever and we had a consultation with him my brother and I and he said I can help her on the short term to be comfortable but long term I'm afraid not so much she was tired of fighting I believe and went rather quickly within a few weeks if that she said she was tired and not feeling well went to bed one night and never woke up we found her basically in a coma with very erratic and labored breathing called 911 of course they got her to the hospital and she held on till it was just her and her oldest daughter in the room and my niece told me she said mom it's ok you can go I'm going to be ok I promise and she let out her last breath and we all felt peace even when we were not there she let us all know she was not suffering any longer.. love you sis
Im 68 and was diagnosed with breast cancer at 40. Stage 3, had chemo and radium but continued my daily life like i always did. My surgeon had free meditation classes for his patients so i learned how to meditate. I remember friends and family treating me like i was dieing. That made me more determined not to. Im cancer free and thank god for every day. Stay strong and stubborn. ❤
There is so much money earned from this, that i feel patients fears are exploited, patients are harmed more then helped, and also a lot of information is suppressed and withheld. I can't accept cancer narratives easily. When i had a growing myoma once in my uterus, i did only one thing- i started avoiding the doctor- because i think in nature illness is often like a tide, it comes and goes, with the changing seasons, and the body does age, the organs function will deteriorate naturally. In some cases cancer strengthens the function of organs, so i hesitate to remove what mother nature grew and gifted. I don't need to fit into the doctors definition of being healthy, and being alive for 6+ years is proof that being unbothered about ones own health is a legit survival strategy. One day i will have to accept death either way. I am not sure what happens in afterlife, only that several people of whom i know that they are dead, met me through dreams to spend time with me. Just yesterday my dead fathers ex girlfriend afterlife-spirit was in my backyard, and she said her good bye to then enter heaven, and i saw several lines of people all headed for my house. And i talked to them, and was happy to see that they were headed towards a big heavenly gate that spans from my left neighbor to my right neighbor, and my house developed fast into some sort of third pillar in the middle. I congratulated them for entering heaven, although there was a guy who was rejected. He returned in the appearance of a devil, to run and hide in shame. I told him to trust me, because in dreams i can bless people so i gave him back his human appearance, and he tried a second time but failed again.. so i said.. maybe you should spend some time in afterlife, before going for a third attempt, with that amount of anger he won't be able to pass... all good things are 3, and i said to not give up, one day heaven will accept him. Well i was a bit curious so i followed him, but boy, he got annoyed... and tztz,... i soon saw he had some severe issues. Like paranoia and such against people who resolve cancer by looking at psychosomatic root causes, and also he slandered my favourite cancer specialist, who wrote a book about it. He was shamed for a reason, and then i thought... well with that nasty mindset, no wonder he got kicked out and shamed.
🌬❣Congratulations on being CANCER free 🙏I do a lot of research and follow a lot of CANCER patients all different kinds of cancer 😢And their is not many times I hear those Beautiful WORDS ( CANCER FREE) THAT MAKES MY HEART SING FOR YOU 🙏
Thank you for sharing your story. I’m 34, I’ve got a wonderful 3 year-old son, I’ve never smocked and I’ve just been diagnosed with lung cancer as well. I started to have numerous lung infections back in 2021 : pneumonia, Covid, the flue and chronic fever. Last October, my left lung collapsed. I’m meeting my surgeon next week to have my lung removed. Wishing you all the best for your recovery, from France !

My husband just completed his third chemo session for small cell stage 4 lung cancer. He’s terminal but he’s doing great, we are praying for at least another year max 5 if anyone can beat it it’ll be him. Keep the hope alive. Miracles happen. Sending love and prayers.
Search about Joe Dispensa , he has videos and other people are making videos with his material too. I never thought I’d gravitate towards this group but here I am with prostate cancer. It sure helps when people share their experiences. Thank you and good luck.
God bless you sweetie, you and everyone commenting on here are in my prayers. I'm a cancer survivor I had 12 rigorous chemo treatments at age 29. I was stage 3 of 5 stages Hodgkin's disease and been in remission since 1996.
@@johnrambo1349 she could have made a typo, seeing as the 4 is directly next to the 5. And there is a cancer of 5 stages - nephroblastoma, a childhood kidney cancer. I don’t understand why you felt it necessary to make any kind of LOL comment towards someone who fought a battle of cancer. OP should block you from this community's content.
My lung cancer stage 4 ( NSCLC ALK POSITIVE) journey started 8/2016. Pulmonary doc who performed procedure to remove fluid and thoracic surgeon who sealed the plural space and did biopsy, gave me a grim outlook. Maybe 6 months, go get your affairs in order. On my first on oncology appointment, I was offered palliative care, 😊to make me comfortable. I was in post procedure stage, tubes removed, and was functioning well on my own. I said thanks no thanks, I will let things evolve and I do not want to be numb, spacey from pain meds, I want to remain clear headed. I was 64, never smoked, non drinker, led clean life and exercised. I complained of symptoms to primary doctor year earlier. I had an chest X-ray. Both radiologist and primary missed it. At diagnosis year later, which started again at primary’s, another chest X-ray, there was a 10cm growth in between low and middle lobe, and so much fluid buildup, which was causing me to not be able to walk across a room without becoming short of breath. Primary called to give me the results of X-ray, told me to get myself to ER immediately, things can get very, very ugly real soon. That 10 cm growth did not happen in a year, it took years to grow. Anyway, I took no meds for 10 first months, and researched like mad. I read medical papers, journals, clinical trials, boy, I learned a lot. I got rid of the primary. At about 10-11 months no meds, I was doing well, able to take care of myself, and looked and felt better than anyone expected. At that time oncologist who has been doing monthly blood works, put me on meds for my type of mutation. I took full dose for about 2 weeks and it nearly killed my liver. So 6 -8 weeks to heal the liver and gave me next med for my mutation. By now I’ve had 3 meds, and am currently having symptoms and tested, have new mutations, current med is not working. But 6/2016 to date 1/2024, I am here, 7.5 yrs later. 72 yr old female, living alone, taking care of all my needs, active enough to garden, exercise hard, but only in the pool, can’t do it on land, get out of breath. I cook my meals, always tweak ingredients, add or subtract, and keep on researching. I fast 3 to 4.5 days before each month’s blood work. I tell my oncologist I am planting young fruit trees in pots, expecting to be here to enjoy the fruit. You are young, have a family and so much living to do. Don’t live in fear! Fear will kill you before the disease. Learn as much as you can about your type of cancer, mutations. I learned from listening to oncology lecture by a specialist on my type of lung cancer, that 2/3 of her patients can’t handle full dose of meds. I never took a full dose again(oral chemo). Most I would take was 1/2 and when I had sufficient improvement, held steady, I reduced dose to 1/4. I am my own advocate😊. I know how I feel, how I function, recognize when there I changes. I don’t agree to frequent scans. Too much unnecessary radiation. Trust your medical team, but do verify, read, listen to other medical specialists, plenty out there doing public service, via podcasts and recordings of medical lectures. I wish you the best. Be positive, mentally and physically active, be strong. Don’t let your immediate circle of loved ones and friends see you as “cancer” patient, always starting conversation with asking how you feel😊. You are still the same person you were before diagnosis. Do and talk with them about things other than cancer. Don’t let cancer dominate every minute of your day. I shared my diagnosis with only 3-4 immediate family members for almost 4 years. That helped me to not have to deal with everyone’s pity look on their faces and never ending questions of how I feel, plus everyone sharing who they knew that had cancer and who survived or who died. Every cell in your body is listening and reacting to your thoughts. Stay calm, get plenty of rest and sleep, outdoor time. Check vitamin D levels and supplement if below 50. I keep mine at 80-95. Was 17 at diagnosis. Research shows that large number of cancer diagnosed patients had low levels at diagnosis. Sending positive vibes your way. I know you can do this😊
there's nothing lottery about being infected with a bio weapon then at the same time being mandated to take a bio weapon injection. both destroy your health and life. this is happening to loads of people who took the bio weapon injection.
Stress can break down our cells. Anything that enters our body and blood stream can break down those cells. Sugar is a huge culprit that Drs don’t talk about. But cancer cells feed off of sugar. 😮 people don’t eat real foods anymore. They eat processed junk foods. Diet sodas are the worst ! Some sunscreens that have chemicals in them that .. get this.. cause cancer !!! Ugh !
Dear RangerWhite, I am every day trying to get more accepting of the idea that one day we all pass to the next life; we will all walk this path one day. Life is a lottery, eternal life is not. Please read The Gospel of John -1st Chp, as it reveals who Christ was and is. Call on Him please Paul, He will meet you and take you home, regardless of whatever has happened in our lives. See below, Thief on the cross, saw that he was not perfect, saw that JEsus was, knew that he faced death within few hours and asked JEsus to take him home.. Please read.... 39 One of the criminals who was hanging there railed at him, saying, “Aren’t you the Christ? Save yourself and us!” 40 But the other rebuked him, saying, “Don’t you fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation (face imminent death)? 41 And we rightly so, for we are getting what we deserve for what we did, but this man has done nothing wrong (saw Christ's perfection).” 42 Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come in your kingdom (he's asking for Jesus to make him right with God The Father).” 43 And Jesus said to him, “I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise." Roman's 10:9 'if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus (jesus is The Christ - God in Flesh) and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.' 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by Him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. ...who was 'The Word'?? It is revealed in Verse 14... v14 And the Word was made flesh (human), and dwelt among us (walked on earth), (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. If you can't believe, struggle to believe, ask God 'If you are there, I would love to know you, please speak to me, through these scriptures, which right now I don't believe, or please visit me in a dream...ask God to give you faith' God bless you, I hope to meet you in heaven.
I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in 2020. We have since begun our advocacy and our website to help others going thru it. You have our thoughts, prayers, and endless support.
My wife of 39 years said she was 15 lbs overweight .She decided to go to an exercise class to lose it. She did it in 2 months but kept loosing weight. Went to the Dr and they said she had stage 4 gallbladder cancer. They said she had six months, she made it 9 months .then passed. The woman was never sick a day in her life till this.
My lovely father last year had Covid and bad diarrhea. After couple days I took him to hospital where they refused treatment. That night he had a heart attack and transported him to Regina general where they scans revealed he had 5 blockages where open heart and artery from leg placed. Six months he couldn’t get warm I rushed him to hospital where they scanned him and found stage 3 squamous cell carcinoma and he was in for radiation and chemo. Six months he’s cancer free and my dad’s back, love him so much.
@Dopiates that's great news, my husband is currently going through chemo and radiotherapy for stage 3b squamous cell carcinoma, I'm praying he has the same response best wishes to you
I KNOW THIS IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT FOR YOU BOTH BUT I CAN’T THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR PUTTING THIS VIDEO UP AS I’M GOING THROUGH SOMETHING SIMILAR- THANK YOU FOR TELLING US YOUR SYMPTOMS & STORY SO THAT SOMEONE LIKE ME CAN TALK TO THEIR DOCTOR WITH A BIT MORE AUTHORITY- MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO YOU ❗️
@@klaasj7808 I was 27 and short of screaming, no one would believe me. Doctors were very dismissive and said hurtful things about my young age, mental health and that I was med seeking. I am 64 now and have now fought disease for 37 years. Too much ego... Now that I am older, Doctors believe, but toss the "what do expect, you are old" question at me. Can't seem to win!
@@Teewriter I know of numerous young people that have died from cancer in the 15-20 years prior to Covid. I don't know if there has been a surge of cancer since Covid. I do know that the health care system finds more cancer due to better technology and I am sure all the pollution from factories, water pollution etc. plays a huge role. The sister of an ex-girlfriend died from lung cancer back in 2012; never smoked a day in her life and ran frequently. Another friend, his wife died of colon cancer at age 35. Another friend, she died of cancer at age 36. A friend of mine died in 2018 from colon cancer at age 53. My closest friend died of a heart attack at 48 back in 2017; appeared healthy and not overweight. Another friend died of a heart attack in 2011 at age 43; heavy smoker, toker, coke head, heroin user at times. Another friend died of some form of cancer in 2012. He went to emergency with chest pain. They did some chest x-rays and results were taking too long so he said he was leaving. They requested that he stay. Did a CT scan and told him there and then to get his affairs in order. Dead within 12 months. Another friend died from metatastic skin cancer almost three years ago and was diagnosed about 7 years ago. Not everything is from Covid vaccines.
I have a similar story, December 2022 around Christmas time my wife had a irritating cough and also was getting breathless while walking, these were the only signs we had, we went to doctors on the 4th January then onto A & E straight away, over the next couple of days my wife had CT scans and MRI's etc, also done a biopsy of some fluid which was drained from her chest, the results came back on the 17th of January and we were told she had stage 4 lung cancer and she died two weeks later, my wife was fit, ate salads, didn't drink alcohol that often and never smoked, and we both thought she probably was suffering from Long Covid, just no Rhyme or Reason to it, just broke my heart.
My dad was the opposite. He was in the ER for breathing problems while raking leaves. He asked a nurse if it was his heart and she said no sir it is your lung cancer. He thought she had the wrong person. BTW I love the Dr who took a stand on your behalf. We need more of that kind of Dr. I am so sorry you have this path to walk. I will keep you in my prayers. 💞
My brother-in-law was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer fourteen years ago. He has probably had every treatment available and is still going strong. There is real hope.
So happy to hear this I have stage 4 lung cancer and I have been through the chemo now I’m on Keytruda every 3 weeks. They said 2 - 5 years glad to hear there is hope I could live longer. I’m only 71 and would love to live to be 91…..😊
My cousin had a very aggressive lung cancer 15 years ago, 28 days from first symptom to death. He was a smoker, but to lose him so fast, we still haven't gotten over it so many years later. Hope in the 15 years since then, the advancement in treatments will give you and you loved ones much more time.
I feel you, my mother was diagnosed with cancer when they found a lesion in her lungs and two in her brain. She died two months later. I still can't believe how quickly it happened.
My Sweet Sister started having a cough in December 2023. Many test etc. to finally be told on January 23 2024 that she had stage 4 lung cancer, never smoked a day in her life. It was so very aggressive that she passed away on February 7 2024. She was 72. I will miss you forever Lillie my dear older Sister. See you again ❤😉🙏🏻
I’m so so so sorry 😔 Please keep sharing her name and her wonderful memories!!!! She exists, she has passed, but she’s still alive in spirit! I pray you find peace and contentment on your journey ahead, and may it be nothing but joyous❤️
I had a neighbor who had a cough for a year and the doctor never ordered a CXR. By the time he did Stage 4 Lung Cancer was found. Long story short, she beat it and survived! Think positive thoughts over and over!
Sorry, stage IV cancer is simply NOT curable! It has already spread to other organs and life expectancy is limited, no matter what kind of cancer! She either was misdiagnosed, or lying about her diagnosis, there is no other explanation! All else is wishful thinking…
I was diagnosed with breast cancer during 2020 COVID. A nightmare, but I was blessed that we live in Ann Arbor and had access to University of Michigan
This is happening to SO many young people...especially females(mostly non-smokers). I hope that lots of research is being done in this particular area. God bless this beautiful family!
about 10%-20% of lung cancer cases in the US occur in people that have never smoked. This has been consistent for decades. Researchers estimate 30% of these cases are caused by secondhand smoke and 15% by radon gas.
@@buckmurdock2500i think this prosentage is higher! in younger people it's not smoking or secondhand smoking that cause lungcanser! A lot more cases and fewer smokers, it's just a false belive to think no smoke no canser, there are far more factors that playes a part here! Sorry to say 😢
I saw your beautiful face then read the title of this video and a heavy weight just came over me and my heart sank. I am so sorry this is the road you have to travel. I wish I could do it for you. I’m old and wouldn’t be missed much but you have so much ahead of you . I will never understand in this life, maybe the everlasting one. You have my prayers and best wish for a miraculous recovery.
My sister in law survived stage 4 for 10 years. She was a nurse par excellence and documented everything she endured. Truly clinical trials kept her going. There is hope. D
I was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2017. I am doing really great but that can change real fast in this world. I will be praying for you from Mississippi
@@scbradford20 Sir, it was a sincere and heartfelt remark, aiming to cheer up! I am myself a terminal cancer (stage4) survivor and completely healthy now, even though each of the doctors assured me i am gonna be toast within weeks. They hurted me way more, than cancer ever could! Therefore i decided to wipe my bottom with their opinions. So i exactly know what i am talking about. Desperation and fostering self-pity won't help anyone in such a situation. Still awaiting your apology, Sir.
My Dad smoked all his difficult life and in 1986, he was diagnosed with lung cancer at 44 years of age. He had his right lung removed and was told he would die in under 3 months. I was only 6 and Mum and Dad didn't really explain in detail what was happening, just that he was sick in hospital. He came home from hospital and started smoking again 😮. Despite continuing to smoke, Dad lived for another 17 years, until the ciggies finally got him on 30 Sept 2001. Wild hey? My mumma is at the end of her life now and i reckon Dad is going to come and collect her and they will start dating all over again ❤❤❤❤
Cancer is so horrible. I'm stage 1b pancreatic. I don't care about myself, but this has put my wife through hell. This tests a relationship. Some divorce over this. My wife slept at the hospital at every turn. We are bonded forever.
@@Terry-e7r the tumor by luck, I guess, is on a bile duct that caused jaundice. I went to the ER. They did a scan. Saw the tumor, and was admitted to the hospital. They did a stent surgery. Now am doing chemo. Wife says I'm lucky. Doesn't seem like it to me. Everything I enjoyed in life has been taken
You should be glad and grateful for your cancer, rather than being unthankful and not knowing to appreciate. Otherwise you'd be DEAD already, from such levels of constant intoxication through poisoning. Instead be grateful for your tumours, knowing your body works just as intended and is isolating the toxins by encapsulating them, giving you the time and a chance to radically CHANGE what you drink & diet, and turn things around 180 degrees. First sign will be the tumours turning from rock-solid to morbid, next comes the shrinking till gone.
Why divorce ? pancreatic cancer is very deadly. One will die and the other will survive, pretty much, .the cancer and the divorce. Don't freak out. At the end, we all die and time is timeless ; decades can turn into one minute....and we are history. No biggie.........
Best wishes Peter. I have chronic pancreatitis problems and have had it for over 20 years now. The fear of cancer is always there. Am interested in how you found out you had it. It seems that cancer of the pancreas is usually much more advanced before it's found. Prayers for you and your wife!
I'm so sorry. I had just finished my cancer treatment when covid hit. I wish you well and hope immunotherapy or drug trials help you. Your family is beautiful. Holding you all in my heart. 💘
I, too, am an advanced practice RN diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer. My battle with this cancer is spiritual, medical, surgical and mental. The diagnosis was a thunderbolt and I cried hard with my family. Then the crying was over and the battle began. I will pray for this young family and ask the Lord to protect them. Amen.
I'm so sorry you got hit with this horrible diagnosis. You're such a beautiful person, and so is your family. I've had 3 scares myself but was lucky that it turned out OK. I know what it's like to wait and hear scary news. I pray you will beat this.
I have read a lot of these stories...I don't think they mean outwardly beautiful other than say, too young to die. They are usually compassionately sharing in often phenomenal suffering unselfishly, and humanity at that level is beautiful to behold and we are drawn to them, wishing so much that we could help. It's inside, the expression.
@Remembering-rq6si You're a very bitter unhappy person, and I don't need to see your face to know this. I feel sorry for you that you took time out of your day to say this.
Listening to your story is like listening to my daughter’s story. She started having shoulder and arm pain February/March of 2023. She was working as a CNA at the time and just thought that she had pulled a muscle. When it didn’t heal up she finally went to see a chiropractor just in case she may have tweaked something in her back. Before he did any adjustments he took an x-ray and found a mass in the upper apex of her left lung. It turned out to be a lung cancer of unknown origin. An MRI at a later date showed 2 very small lesions on her brain. She had Gamma Knife surgery on the lesions on her brain and as of now, January 2024 the brain is clear. She went through 2 rounds of chemotherapy and a month’s worth of daily radiation. Her most recent MRI showed a slight enlargement of the tumor and it has wrapped itself around nerves and has invaded the chest wall. Now they have her on immunotherapy which has left her extremely fatigued. She spends 24 hours a day in bed because she is so tired. My heart is breaking, it’s so hard to not give up hope. I pray that things improve for you and your family. Numbers 6:24-26
I’m so glad my husband started talking about what we might do this summer, like he’s planning ahead, isn’t that great! He is being positive and putting positive thoughts out there into the universe, I am so very proud.

I have lost so many loved ones to this disease and felt so helpless but now I have purpose, to make whatever time we have as happy and meaningful as possible. And to everyone out there, never let a day go by without your loved ones know that you love them.
My wife was a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Her symptoms were like yours. I was out of the country for a couple of months when I came home for Christmas I noticed her dry cough and asked her how long that has been going on, she hemmed and hawed finally went to see her primary care, then there was X-rays and CT scans and finally the stage IV lung cancer diagnosis. I pray that your outcome is better.
I'm so very sorry for your loss! I worked w/several Respiratory Therapists and loved them all! What a sneaky, awful enemy cancer continues to be. Hope that you're coping OK. Take care of yourself! Love from Alabama💙🙏
My husband had lung cancer during Covid. One of his lung removed and did great but had infection unfortunately passed during surgery. He never smoked was 54 years old.
A friend had shoulder pain and a CT scan that went to the top of her lung but detected nothing. Later another scan detected a tumor. A PET scan showed Stage 4 lung cancer. She was 49 when diagnosed. Hope you have a good outcome.
God bless you and your beautiful family! My friend had stage 4 cancer and she also was treated at MD Anderson, she beat it and so will you! Prayers for you and your family
Sending you prayers. My father was diagnosed with lung cancer in 1996. He had fought RA and lupus for a decade and then faced lung cancer. He was so tired of fighting. But you're young, fit and I know you can do this. Stay strong. People beat this everyday. It can be done.
I understand about your dad's feelings. Cancer concerns me more now (or maybe less?) b/c after having DDD for over 25 years, Idk if I'd even get treated if I were diagnosed. Just the thought of chemo/radiation exhausts me! Survivors & anyone who fights have my highest praise! I'm sorry about your dad! 💙from Alabama
@@cocokai9661 Of course! Yeh, I miss my family, too. My sweet Aunt Hope who had bad MS died by her own hands (we don't know how!) and we've missed her so much since 1983! @@hollyharris1874 My father did the same. We knew he was saving his medication for when he felt the time was right. So before his condition had deteriorated to the point he was incapacitated, he made his decision. He didn't tell us, or anyone. But that day my mother said they had the best visit (he was in a nursing home at that time). He rallied all his strength to give that last day to her. They talked, laughed, retold all the old stories. They even took a brief walk in the gardens. She went home that night and he must have taken his saved up medicine. I think I've never seen someone so strong as my father. He faced death unafraid and on his own terms. And he gave my mom one last wonderful day to remember. Don't listen to people who tell you that people who face death on their own terms are sinful or condemned to hell. My father was a man of strong faith and nothing demonstrated that as much as his acceptance of his end. God, the God I worship, is a loving, compassionate God. My God doesn't lust to see the rot and suffering of his children. I for one, pity those who worship such a cruel, sadistic version of God.
This story brings back such painful memories of my mother’s cancer! Within 2 months of my mother’s diagnosis, we lost her! In the end, all that matters are your loved ones! Spend as much time with them as possible! Love them everyday through your words and your deeds! I’ll pray for you! 🙏🏼
Same happened to my mother. She was 82. It’s extremely shocking and painful to lose your mother that fast. My mother received her diagnosis on her birthday. We thought she had much more time. Had I known it was going to happen that fast I would have never left her side. Loving them everyday is the best advice! so very sorry for your loss.
One of my best friends all of the sudden couldn’t breath during a soccer game back in November, he went to the hospital and was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer…..he just passed away, it all happened very quickly for him. Stay strong and wish you a quick recovery.
I have recently read about a recall of a CPAP machine because it had foam rubber in it to reduce noise. Turns out that foam particles were entering the breathing tube and being inhaled into the lungs…causing cancer. If you used a cpap then there could be a connection.
I insisted on an early lung cancer screening in October 2020 as I had Covid in January 2020. It took until September 2021 to finally get the screening, with the doctor stating I will receive a message from the results however that turned into a phone call the very next day and yes a tumor in my left lung cancer 😢. I had Proton Radiation treatment in May 2022 and as of right now it's shrinking 🙏. I pray for you that you will have the same results 😢.
Stay strong praying for u and everyone who’s suffering I am suffering sometimes difficult breathing u encouraged me to do this lung screening please tell us about it what they do
I am so sorry you and your family are going through this trial. Please remember every cancer is different so you need to go with your gut feelings when deciding on which treatments to accept. I'm a 30+ year, stage 4 cancer survivor because I listened to what my body was telling me. Sometimes that meant going against medical advice. I currently have cancer in one lung and in my chest lymph nodes. It's been four years since they discovered it had moved to yet another location. Four years doesn't sound like much but new therapies come out all the time and one of them might slow or eliminate your cancer. I pray that you find a therapy that works for you. Please keep us posted.
I just want to help really, please read me it could save soo many lives, or at least give more time: Guy TENENBAUM's case about cancer stage 4 and his protocol (he didn't use chemotherapy or radiotherapy): - a low-carb diet outside the fasting period (total elimination of carbohydrates/sugars) and eating OMAD (One Meal A Day) crucifers, garlic, onions, avocados, walnuts/almonds, olive oil and oily fish to avoid losing too much weight (avoid meat and cheese) - taking specific food supplements that Guy TENENBAUM has called TCC (The Cancer Cure) which correspond to his 5 essentials, with the dosage he took: * High-dose melatonin 30 mgr before going to bed (Phycocyanine or Lithotamne, but the most powerful would be melatonin): inhibition of SCOT (to use pure phycocyanine and lithotamne to increase the volume of SCOT inhibitors in addition to melatonin) * Allicin (either as a 2400 mg quality concentrated pill, or with crushed raw garlic): up/down stream of SCOT * Matcha green tea (with turmeric and ginger): up/down stream of SCOT * Metabolic treatment (metabloc): Alpha Lipoic Acid (or Sodium R Lipoate, 600mg 3 times a day, 1800mg in total) + Garcinia Cambodgia (Hydroxycitric Acid, 600mg 3 times a day, 1800mg in total) + CoQ10 (the transporter, 100mg morning noon evening) * Omega 3 in a DHA - EPA ratio (500mg DHA/200mg EPA): to fight keto paradox during ketogenic diet or the fasting phase * Bromelain (850mg to 5000 GDU) and Quercetin (500mg) for nodules * Berberine and Curcumin to block additional metabolic pathways - Alkalinise the body with a combination of baking soda and cider vinegar - if the body allows it: long fasting then the following month by short fasting and intermittent fasting + taking nutrients and minerals to avoid deficiencies (vitamin D3, Magnesium Bisglycinate and multivitamins) The protocol has been validated by 3 peer-reviewed scientific publications: 1) "Inhibition of SCOT and Ketolysis Decreases Tumor Growth and Inflammation in the Lewis Cancer Model" 2) "Cancer Metabolism: The fasting reset, the ketosis paradox and drugs for elimination" 3) "Unravelling cancer metabolism: Fasting reset, the ketogenic diet? and therapeutic strategies"

My son @ age 30 was diagnosed with colon cancer, from the burn pits in Afghanistan he was in the marines. It jumped to his liver and lungs.recent pet is showing NED after over 50 rounds of immunotherapy and chemotherapy. Just got switched to immunotherapy. Going to up his pet scans from every 6 months to every 3 months oncologist said if we have to we could put him back on chemo. Say a prayer the immunotherapy works.
I will say a prayer for your brave son that the immunotherapy will work for his colon cancer. It breaks my heart every time I hear about another Veteran’s cancer diagnosis caused from exposure to those burn pits. If you think of it and wouldn’t mind, please can you tell him some lady from TH-cam is sending her prayers and thanks him for his service? 🙏🏻
So sorry to hear about this devastating diagnosis. I have to say you are coping well thank God you have a wonderful support system. As a fellow nurse I want to thank you for your service..
I always tell people, do not take your loved ones or life for granted because there are no promises of 5 minutes from now for any of us. No matter your age.
Stage IV prostate cancer here. Had sepsis in March of 2022 due to urinary blockage. Nearly died. Was admitted to ICU. Left hospital 10 days later and sent to rehab. Released from rehab 21 days after sepsis diagnosis. Cancer was not suspected. Was released with an indwelling catheter. Urologist tried to wean me from the catheter, but I was blocked. Gave me a digital rectal exam that suggested prostate cancer. Ordered an MRI. MRI wasn't conclusive. Ordered a biopsy. Biopsy showed cancer in all 12 sectors. A PET scan was ordered to determine how far it had spread. PET scan showed it had spread to the lymph system and possibly to the rib and thyroid. I was immediately put on a monthly Firmagon injection. PSA went down to less than 1. Three months later switched to Eligard injection and Xtandi pills. PSA is now less than 0.080. Still had recurrent UTIs. In hospital with UTIs two more times in 2022 and once at the end of 2023. Finally had green light laser in October of 2023 to open up a urinary pathway. I'm open now enough to have a strong stream of urine, but I have to go every hour on the hour. I changed my diet to eliminate sugar, starches, and animal fat. No red meat. Only salmon, sardines, fruit, vegetables, garlic, onions, beans, nuts, and berries. I'm regaining my strength. I'm no longer taking finasteride or tamsulosin. I find it hard to believe I still have cancer.
This is almost identical to my story. First sign was bone pain, also thought it was from exercising. Pulmonologist tested me for everything including TB. Then I had a CT scan. Diagnosised Oct 2024. Lung cancer spread to liver and bone. Round 5 of chemo coming up, tumours have shrunk by about 1cm each and 1st radiation on my cervical spine in Jan. Good luck to us all!
God bless you my dear sister. I hate when bad things happen to good people. I know that it had to be devastating. You have a beautiful family by your side to support you. I will pray for you. And I hope you are getting better and stronger everyday.
😮 You probably just saved my life. Same symptoms, got a referral to get an mri and blood tests but I've been putting it off because I'm "so busy". Think I better go see what's up. Thanks for sharing 😢❤
Right now I'm experiencing a cough with phlegm and short of breath. So I'm kind of scared. For now, my pcp called in antibiotics and steroids. A part of me really thinks I have lung cancer and I'm scared and in denial for sure. I appreciate this story of this young mom here. Thank you so much.
In a 6 month time frame I was diagnosed with primary lung cancer (8/22) and then primary kidney cancer (3/2023). I had 5 surgeries and am now 6 months cancer free. My oncologist says I am a complicated case, and I am either the luckiest woman in the world or I will encounter another cancer. I attend to fight for everyday here on earth, but you must know you never walk alone.

Shit happen if one eats and drinks poison and contaminated garbage for decades. Even the tap water is poisoned by those lying, evil and deceiving hooknoses called government.
I am very sorry for your loss. 🙏🏻 I know what it is like for everything to happen so fast. My mom was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer in early October of 2014, and we lost her less than two months later on November 30. One of her first oncologists told us 12-18 months, but turned out to be way off. I don't know if it's better that she didn't suffer longer or not, but I really wish I had those months I expected. I was researching everything to see if there was any way I could help her, but her form of cancer was very aggressive. She smoked and had a constant cough for over a year and I don't think her primary ever ordered exam. I wish I would have pushed her to get an exam. I don't know if it would have helped. She was the sweetest person and only 65.
Malignant mesothelioma, here. Was given 6 months by my oncologist. It’s the 6th month and I’m still here. Currently undergoing immunotherapy with two very powerful drugs. Some say side effects are worse than chemo. I lost vision in my left eye, due to inflammation, which took two months to resolve with steroids. Lots of pain and stiffness in both knees and neck, again due to inflammation. Immunotherapy “amps up” the immune system, so inflammation is always a potential problem. Just had a CT scan, which showed a 30% reduction in tumor size, so that’s reassuring. Never give up and realize that you have a much better chance in fighting cancer with a positive attitude.
husband diagnosed with this cancer stage 4 had biopsy and drainage only in his right lung no spread having meeting next week to see what treatment if any they can give
I've been a 2 pack a day smoker for 40 years. I recently started seeing a pulmunologist because of shortness of breath after Covid. I had every test under the Sun. Pulmonologist tells me from the CT results, it doesn't look like I had even ever smoked. I have the lungs of a non smoker. So much of our health is genetics. Life is not fair and I hope the best for you!
Genetics are a trip. My. Parents, brother, and Sister all smoked. They all died in their 50's except my Dad was 68. COPD and emphysema. I didn't start smoking, that God.
Intresting, my grandfather’s parents died of Spanish flue, but his grandfather died at 85, the same age as my grandfather who smoked and drank like a chimney and survived wars, poverty, tuberculosis. My father who wouldn’t put a cigarette to his mouth, hated being in a room with smokers, drank moderately, watched obsessively that his diet is healthy, low in sugar, lots of veggies, fruits, meat, fish (all fresh), exercised …. And died at the same age. Not a year longer regardless the fact that my father had much higher quality of life than my grandfather (in a financial sense and much less worry about us kids, our well-being).

My step mom had cancer over 20 years ago. She had a lung removed. She just turned 94. Don’t give up hope.
We need more stories like your mother’s. Thank you for sharing.
Which lung right or left?
Whatever you do, do not give up. Hold God to his Word. God is faithful to his word.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
It would not have been stage 4 lung cancer then. That is treatable and not curable. Patients are fortunate to survive 5 years on current treatments.
I’m so happy to read your story. 💕
Did you take any Covid vaccinations or boosters?
I wish you Many Many more Clear years living on the beach in Mexico 🌞❤️🩹

I’m am so thankful that you shared your experience and I am glad you got through it. My question is the after effects of chemo. Did it cause damage to your kidneys?
Going through it with my sis right now. The cancer has spread pretty much everywhere now in just a few months from discovery. Its just a matter of days. She at home with hospice currently. Bless those hospice workers.
Edit...she passed 3 days ago. R.I.P sis.

Praying for you.

That’s wonderful! Stay strong!!
Well done you 👍👍👍👍❤
There is so much money earned from this, that i feel patients fears are exploited, patients are harmed more then helped, and also a lot of information is suppressed and withheld.

Too young. I wish this young mother a miracle.

Ugh !

Save yourself and us!” 40 But the other rebuked him, saying, “Don’t you fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation (face imminent death)? 41 And we rightly so, for we are getting what we deserve for what we did, but this man has done nothing wrong (saw Christ's perfection).” 42 Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come in your kingdom (he's asking for Jesus to make him right with God The Father).” 43 And Jesus said to him, “I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise."
Roman's 10:9 'if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus (jesus is The Christ - God in Flesh) and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.'
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God.
If you can't believe, struggle to believe, ask God 'If you are there, I would love to know you, please speak to me, through these scriptures, which right now I don't believe, or please visit me in a dream...ask God to give you faith'
God bless you, I hope to meet you in heaven.

I’m so sorry. I can’t even imagine how painful and shocking that had to be for both of you. Prayers for strength and comfort.🙏

@@Teewriter She got lung cancer before the covid vaccines were even available. Sheesh!
The world is a better place with you in it. Prayers and good vibes headed your way.

Cancer is so horrible. I'm stage 1b pancreatic. I don't care about myself, but this has put my wife through hell. This tests a relationship. Some divorce over this. My wife slept at the hospital at every turn. We are bonded forever.
How did you find out, seeing as it's such early stage?

Guy TENENBAUM's case about cancer stage 4 and his protocol (he didn't use chemotherapy or radiotherapy):
- a low-carb diet outside the fasting period (total elimination of carbohydrates/sugars) and eating OMAD (One Meal A Day) crucifers, garlic, onions, avocados, walnuts/almonds, olive oil and oily fish to avoid losing too much weight (avoid meat and cheese)
- taking specific food supplements that Guy TENENBAUM has called TCC (The Cancer Cure) which correspond to his 5 essentials, with the dosage he took:
* High-dose melatonin 30 mgr before going to bed (Phycocyanine or Lithotamne, but the most powerful would be melatonin): inhibition of SCOT (to use pure phycocyanine and lithotamne to increase the volume of SCOT inhibitors in addition to melatonin)
* Allicin (either as a 2400 mg quality concentrated pill, or with crushed raw garlic): up/down stream of SCOT
* Matcha green tea (with turmeric and ginger): up/down stream of SCOT
* Metabolic treatment (metabloc): Alpha Lipoic Acid (or Sodium R Lipoate, 600mg 3 times a day, 1800mg in total) + Garcinia Cambodgia (Hydroxycitric Acid, 600mg 3 times a day, 1800mg in total) + CoQ10 (the transporter, 100mg morning noon evening)
* Omega 3 in a DHA - EPA ratio (500mg DHA/200mg EPA): to fight keto paradox during ketogenic diet or the fasting phase
* Bromelain (850mg to 5000 GDU) and Quercetin (500mg) for nodules
* Berberine and Curcumin to block additional metabolic pathways
- Alkalinise the body with a combination of baking soda and cider vinegar
- if the body allows it: long fasting then the following month by short fasting and intermittent fasting + taking nutrients and minerals to avoid deficiencies (vitamin D3, Magnesium Bisglycinate and multivitamins)
The protocol has been validated by 3 peer-reviewed scientific publications:
1) "Inhibition of SCOT and Ketolysis Decreases Tumor Growth and Inflammation in the Lewis Cancer Model"

So important for people to hear others' experiences. Thank you for sharing.

God bless you my dear sister. I hate when bad things happen to good people. I know that it had to be devastating. You have a beautiful family by your side to support you. I will pray for you. And I hope you are getting better and stronger everyday.

You probably just saved my life.

HUGE HUGS for you and your family from the UK...May God bless you all
In a 6 month time frame I was diagnosed with primary lung cancer (8/22) and then primary kidney cancer (3/2023).

You too xx💞@@californiasunshine_777
What a beautiful family my prayer goes out to them Big Time.
Tiffany, I feel that you are going to be around a long time. Attitude is important and you definitely have a positive attitude and a close family.
she died so you were wrong.
Thank you Karen for enlightening me that I was wrong. @@marypryor5620
I am so sorry. My prayers are with you.
It’s so sad that this has to happen to a lovely young woman like this, I really wish all the best to her and her family.
Did you get the vision back in your eye???😢

husband diagnosed with this cancer stage 4 had biopsy and drainage only in his right lung no spread having meeting next week to see what treatment if any they can give
So true, Willie Nelson is 92 and still smoking weed and touring with Alison Krauses band
Genetics are a trip. My. Parents, brother, and Sister all smoked. They all died in their 50's except my Dad was 68. COPD and emphysema. I didn't start smoking, that God.
We are literally eating, drinking and breathing cancer everyday and non smokers still getting shocked for having lung cancer.
@@wread1982 Krause is touring with Robert Plant. Willie is touring with his son.
Sorry to hear this about your health prayers for your health and family
