He’s one of the few celebrities that everyone loved. Seemed like a great guy.
May he rest in peace.
Forever remembered loved and missed John Ritter Never forgotten 💛🙏💛🕊️
Thank you for this great mission. John Ritter was, and is my favorite actor. God bless you, Amy.
I loved the film with Ritter where he played a doctor with 3 wives. OMG!!! I think it was a true story. Mind boggling stuff
Hes watched by millions every week still. His legacy is strong and there is still no other comedic actor with his improv talents.
He died when i was a senior in high school. I cried. I was in shock. I loved him. He is missed terribly
She seems like a beautiful and delightful person. I'm glad that she's honoring her husband by raising awareness on this terrible condition.
He was a great actor and he should still be here...
It hurts that he has been gone since 2003.
Amy Yasbeck needs her own show.
John Ritter is missed. Can't believe it's been 20 plus years. Rest in peace ❤
ive spoken to Amy's niece before, she had nothing but wonderful things to say about John. she spoke of how he made her wedding day special. said he was an even better human than people even know.
I can believe that.
Amazing cause! And she looks fantastic 🤩.
John Ritter was the best. R.I.P to him🩷🩷🩷I absolutely love Three’s Company
So sad he was taken so young 💔 what a talent l!
Such a beautiful and classy lady. So sad she had to go through losing him but what an awesome foundation. It has brought so much awareness. to the condition. I actually had a SCAD a few years back- A Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection. It is not the same thing but it is also rare and often misdiagnosed. Anytime you can bring awareness is a blessing.
I can't remember what year it was, maybe 1998 or 9. I was working at le chateau in downtown Vancouver, in December. I noticed the store got quiet and people began whispering. I looked up, when this man turned to me with a dress in his hand and asked me if it came in a particular size. I said I could check the back for it but then the woman that was with him grabbed his arm saying, "we don't have time we will be late for the premiere", as she dragged him out the entrance way. As she did so he yelled back to me waving his hand, " thanks anyways!"
It happened so fast that it took me a moment to realize it was John and Amy. I often think of him and was so heartbroken when he passed.
All love. All peace. All joy. All information. Much love to Amy and the today show for this. ❤❤❤
I loved Wings. And love that she continues to raise awareness for the terrible condition that took her beloved husband.
One of the best shows ever was Three’s company.. RIP John..
She misses him so much I don’t blame her I miss him too
I can understand what John saw in Amy. She's a delight.
John Ritter is very missed. A very talented actor and comedian
I was just talking about john ritter today at work and Suzanne summers wow
Ms. Yasbeck is stunning & charming. Bless her. John Ritter was a great actor, gone far too soon
Amy looks great! I’m glad she’s continuing the foundation in John’s honor. She once said that, if John survived, he would’ve started a fundraiser or at least spread awareness of what he suffered from.
I've had an aortic dissection twice. They are called SCAD. My heart has stopped each time, and now I have a defibrillater. These things are insanely scary and the fact that the medical world doesn't know much about it , it's even scarier. I talk about my condition to people all the time to spread awareness. John Ritter could have been here if the doctors know what they are dealing with.
I miss John Ritter everyday
On septembar 11th 2003 I remember the day when John Ritter passed away I was really sad too because it was just so sad that he had to go at 54 years old and one other thing is I felt like I knew him and real life because even though I didn't meet him in person I like him as a person and he was funny and a good actor and a joy
Loved him in 8 simple rules. They really honoured him well after he died.
He was also funny in sitcoms.
I Love John Ritter He's One Of My All Time Favorite Actors
OMG LOVE HER HAIR!
AmaZing woman on a great mission!
amen Ms. Yasback God bless you and you are so right. It is important information so important.
Thank you for letting everyone know about this condition and tips to save lives!! Miss John Ritter so much. One of my favorite actors.
Such a tragic loss, such a talent
She is a sweet lady
Miss him rip 🙏❤️💜
I went in to an ER with chest pain and was given antacids and prescribed a “salad for lunch.” A couple of months later I had an emergency quad bypass. This is still happening. It’s terrifying and tragic.
Unfortunately I totally believe you.
That never happened.
@@Mr21scott God I wish you were right…….🥺🥺🥺
@@Mr21scott Your life never happened.
John Ritter Played the Voice of Clifford The Big Red Dog on the PBS Kids Show of the Same Name

My cousin had the same thing but he survived! My aunt had it but passed away from dementia. My dad is checked yearly since it runs in his side of the family.
This interaction between you guys was soo adorable and funny ❤️😳😩😩 I was a big fan of John Ritter from the show threes company and the problem child movies. Gosh, Amy is so beautiful 🥹 I hope she made peace with his passing and I hope his spirit continued to comfort her and their family for all of these years. I know I don't know her or John or you guys but I can't help my empathetic nature sometimes 😩
She's lovely.
This happened to a young friend of mine. She was in her early thirties. Aortic dissection.
20 years whaattt OMG 20 YEAARS i tought this happen like 5 years ago
Thank you
I loved 😍 watching his evening 3's company show. He was such a great actor very funny he was. Although I came to Canada early 1980 from India but I was quickly attached to this comedy show. RIP 🙏
He was great in Buffy. So creepy. I just watched him in IT yesterday. He seemed so loving and genuine.
She still looks great..
Ritter was a real force and a natural talent. Hearing about his death the day it happened, I was in disbelief and shock. It didn't and doesn't seem fair.
So…here you are, talking about a celebrities death (which happened almost 20 years ago). You were so affected by it, and didn’t even know him. Yet, your judgment of Nicole Brown’s sisters (and that was 30 years ago) seems even more hypocritical in this light. Wow.
Your egocentric stance and lack of perspective of others (and their experience) is very profoundly sad and concerning.
Do you have dismissive avoidant attachment, ASD1, or ?
@Alphacentauri819 you're comparing my opinion on Ritter's death, as you say, 20 years ago to Nicole Simpson's murder 30 years ago. I find that to be a reach, but if it makes you feel better in trying to diagnose or prove a ridiculous point, go for it.
You've jumped to conclusions and have held to it like a dog with a bone. Something I have noticed with you is that you tend to hype and exaggerate details to satisfy your thirst for certain questions rather than simply asking questions for clarification. Doing that has gotten people punished unjustly for things they're innocent of. Again, you are making assumptions, jumping to conclusions that were never expressed. I kindly ask you not to do that where I am concerned. This is inconsiderate and unkind. Your assumptions are also untrue. I'm politely asking for you to stop creating false narratives about me.
If you have your licenses to diagnose and treat mental illness, I can consider your practice for helping me get diagnosed if there are conditions present. Otherwise, keep your judgments to yourself. Your assessment of me, after you decided to dig and investigate me to comment on an entirely separate thread from the one you initially responded to me on, is advice that you should take for yourself.
Lots of famous people died aged 27 (Amy Winehouse etc) and culturally this is now referred to as ‘The 27 Club’. What I’ve now observed is that, sadly, a ‘54 Club’ has started too - people like John Ritter and Australian chef Bill Granger who died on Christmas Day, also 54. So tragic to lose them all.
Hello from southern Ontario Canada I had a stroke while driving home from work I have a condition called Ctph chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension disorder it's corrected through chest surgery by opening up the chest cavity and cleaning out the lungs of blood clots and fixing the heart so john Ritter and I share similar aliment
my mother passed away from a aneurysm of the heart
My boyfriend at aged 28 died from an abdominal aneurysm 😢
❤ sorry for your loss
I loved John in problem child and 8 simple rules
john ritter was a terrific actor and comedian the son of a famish cowboy I miss him
Yes! Reboot Wings!
She should join the Today show.
I didn’t realize that was his wife, I remember her from problem chain
I love how anchors act like they knew him.
She's a hoot
I don't know anyone who doesn't love John Ritter.
Wow you guys didn't even create a link for his website.. smh
can we put the link in the comments? ❤ such a great idea!
@@precociousone2003 you can't put in the description of the video or something?
I haven't seen her in a long time. She was so great in the Mask with Jim Carrey.
Wait Helen's sister from Wings was married to Ritter? Wow.
I liked her long red hair
That was the most all over the map interview.
Was it?
I dearly love John Ritter and 💯 support her cause, and mean no disrespect. She’s a lovely, sincere lady! But I was confused too , while watching the interview. Too many people talking all at once , I guess. Fortunately, they gave the web address so we can investigate further.
❤🙏🙏❤
A VERY important risk factor needs to be added to Ritter Rules; Studies show that the use of fluoroquinolone antibiotics in adults more than doubles the risk of aortic aneurysm or aortic dissection within 60 days following fluoroquinolone exposure.
i have one at 4.5 cm and i never taken that ,, unless they see a dissection, they are waiting until the aneurism reaches 5 cm before they operate ..the location is such that they have to do open heart surgery and not a endovascular repair .
@@davediamond9436 Fluoroquinolone antibiotics include Ciprofloxacin, delafloxacin, gemifloxacin, levofloxacin, moxifloxacin, norfloxacin, and ofloxacin. In the youtube search box, type "Certain Adverse Events - Part 1 of 6". It is a documentary exposing this class of antibiotics. Very eye-opening expose'.
Happened to Alan Thicke also. Terrible losses
John Ritter died far too soon.
I never knew the Problem Child parents were married in real life.
Still remember watching problem child in the theater and where John and Amy worked in this film and how they met God Bless his soul my dad was same age as John
The fact that doctors have such prejudice toward minorities and women in just proundly appalling. I've lived it. I had a rare condition called autoimmune encephalitis and went eleven months before receiving the steroids to save my life. Only then by running in to a doctor's wife by accident out for a blood draw. So, don't go into to an ER or doctor's office thinking they'll break their backs trying to solve your problem because 90% of the time, they won't. Be your own advocate (if you're lucid) or have a family memeber or friend do it. Research and don't give up because that's what makes the difference when the doctor is telling you "it's just in your head." Well, with encephalitis, they weren't completly wrong, lol. John would be so happy that he's saving lives and so proud of Amy for fighting back.
_'It has been hard to believe more than 20 years now..'_ 0:28 The gravelly-voiced black guy in the middle was supposed to say, ''It's hard to believe it's been more than 20 years now..''
Matthew 4:23-24,
She still looks the same from problem child. She hasn’t aged much at all
She was good too in the mask with jim carrey and cameron diaz.
Correction abdominal aortic aneurysm
She was ultra hot in Robin Hood Men in Tights
You only have few minutes, its fatal
Yeah but she tried to sue the doctors and hospital that treated him.He was told he had a heart problem and chose to ignore it.Real classy lady.
He was young, these cases used to be an exception 20 years ago but today 💉...
love her but whatever she had done to her eyes really takes away from her beauty
Pretty bad ppl inturupt like that!!!
I wish she'd stop spreading misinformation. A physician examines the patient correctly. The patient isn't responsible for figuring out what's wrong and telling the doctor. Every interview she does, she tries to give the message basically that doctors don't know what they're doing. Unfortunately it happened with her husband, that doesn't mean that is the norm.
I had an aortic dissection and I have a genetic mutation that contributed to the condition. My cardiologist said I will probably have to educate my primary care physician and any emergency staff because the genetic condition is so rare. Also insurance won't always cover the scans that could cause an abdominal aortic aneurysm until it's too late. Advocating for yourself and your family is a good thing
her message is advocate for yourself. doctors don't know everything. sometimes they don't know the full story or think to check for certain things. it's not misinformation, it's standing up for yourself when you feel a certain way. i wish i had done that many times i was in a dr's office, but i was always to scared and ready to run away never knowing what was wrong with me. my grandmother was in a routine surgery that was botched and she died. doctors make mistakes. to speak up and be knowledgeable is not a crime.
She’s saying it because doctors initially treated John like he was having a heart attack. Valuable time was wasted because of it and he died as a result.
Such a great cause!
It’s simple. Eat a healthy diet
