Nice run down on diversity and Gemini 👍
But, Gemini does not half the packet rate. If the user selects 1000Hz, then each antenna sends 1000Hz. For a total of 2000Hz packets over the air, and the FC still receives 1000Hz.

@@OneManUnmanned caqn you use gemini with an external elrs module and utalise an internal module like in the tx16s?

​@fsbollox the only external module available right now is the betafpv gemini module. I know there's a transmitter or two with gemini built in.

I absolutely love my betafpv gemini module. It's so good. And he's right. The LQ doesn't drop below 99. I run a d250hz packet rate so my transmitter is putting 8 packets on 6 different frequencies. I don't ever worry about failsafing anymore. The only thing that limits me now is my video signal.
