Also there's a Vitamin C serum that I bought once like last year from a small brand called Ardent Berry, it was really expensive and a bit oily but it lasted me a long time and the results were amazing. after watching your I looked at the ingredients and the Vitamin C that they use is Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate! and there's also Licorice extract omg so that made sense why my dark spots improved so much.

Please, can you give us all your advice on how to heal sun damage? I am a mixed kid and my dad’s side is dark toned and never believed in sunscreen. “Sunscreen causes cancer!” is the philosophy. I am now in my mid twenties with otherwise good skin but tons of dark spots and freckles. My skin just hasn’t held up as well as my aunts, uncles, cousins, everyone because I’m mixed and I’m lighter. I spent my entire childhood baking in the sun, getting burned and peeling and now my skin is damaged. I am sure I’m not the only one, so please! Give us your medical advice! I have tried and like Ghost Democracy Lightbulb Vitamin C - a THD serum in dropper bottle, but I add a pump (I add a pump to all dropper bottles), Algenist - makes 2, a THD one, and an algae derived Ascorbic acid, Melano C Intensive Anti-Spot Premium Essence in an airless, opaque tube with both AA and EAA from Japan, NIOD's is very high percentage EAA, so thank you for explaining that is not necessary.

Thank you for reviewing 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid. I’ve been using the Bliss World serum and loving it, but I wasn’t sure if this form of vitamin C was a reasonable ingredient or not. The video is very helpful.

I've been using the Vitamin C complex serum by Naturium and have so far liked the results. But I think I'll be giving the glow recipe a try once my bottle is done.

I’ve been using this one. I like it, and I have super dry and sensitive skin. But I haven’t noticed any results using it once a day. I just finished my first bottle.

Love your content and can’t wait for your own line to come out! ♥️
I was wondering if you could talk about tips/products/recommendations for people that live in areas with hard water?
I have moved to a city in Germany with hard water and ever since my skin and specially my hair have been seeing the consequences. Whenever I touch my scalp I feel like a sort of sticky film or something that I can’t seem to get rid of (even with clarifying shampoos) and my hair has become kind of opaque and “lifeless”! 🙃

Good morning 😀. Fantastic video as usual. Would like more clarification on when or how to incorporate acids. Bha,aha, glycolic with vitamin c in morning or evening but also with retinols. How to fit it in 2-3 days a week of acids along the other serums. Thanks 🇨🇦

Thank you for this video! A topic I'd like to learn more about: what moisturizers and sunscreens do you recommend for super sensitive skin? Everything breaks me out and I'm very frustrated. The Avene O-Oxiditive serum you recommended has been great in the morning but I need something more substantial over my differin at night.

Some other THD serums include Covey, youth to the people (blend of different vitamin c), dezi skin, and surprisingly, Kylie skin lol I currently use Covey. It’s 15% THD and comes in an opaque bottle with a pump and is around $55

@@Roll587 That’s interesting I have tried TO, Sunday Riley and there was a third one can’t remember. I also bought pure THD as active from lotioncradter and added to squalane at 7%. All broke me out. I don’t break out with squalane. Glad it worked for you.

after struggling with ascorbic acid for years, i finally gave up and moved on to 3-O ethyl ascorbic acid this year. it's such a game changer! i'm so happy i did, and i use the one from Biossance. it's an incredible serum.

Love this video!! So much great info! I've found I can tolerate most Vit C but serums with Tetrahexydecyl Ascorbate makes my skin burn, turn really red and itch in ways I have NEVER before experienced. I did a lot of research to figure that out (thank you spread sheets!) but once I did - it's saved me so much pain, time and money! And I can attest - the Summer Fridays version is heavenly!
