Three miles in either directions, our friends have been rescued off their roofs and will never go home. My colleague worked the shelter and got evacuees out of helicopters for a week. Terrified kids with no shoes, an older couple who’s wife died of a heart attack in the air, a dad trying unsuccessfully to revive his kids guinea pig. It’s not a movie; this is really happening in Wilmington NC. Thanks for the comic relief and for your listener’s help.

We grew up so much alike. I battle my demons every day! My kids are 20 and 17 they never had to see or live like we did. I broke the chain. I'm no means perfect. Anxiety depression and some days I don't want to be here. But my kids will never know and they are the reason I'm here. Love listening to you!! You make a difference in people's lives!!
