I did the same thing, but on the spring loaded cover you cut with a dremel, I just drilled and tapped a hole perpendicular to the collar, depressed the collar then tightened the bolt holding in out of the way. A lathe handle with three set screws for the shaft snugged up on the 9/16 hex drive shaft perfectly.
Could you put a link to the gold brake adjuster? Couldn’t find it.

How well does it work with an engine on it
It should work good. But I haven’t tried it yet.
NIcely done. That'll outlive you and be a prized tool.
Thanks. The shop press modifications are next. Just waiting for one piece of metal I ordered to finish that video.
Well done. Getting ideas for my contraption.

A good recipe for a visit to the emergency room.
Why would you go to the emergency room?
I don't think they'll let you build an engine at the emergency room.
how to build a rotating engine stand. Step 1, buy a rotating engine stand
Same procedure for turning a non rotating one into a rotating one.
I have 4 engines stands, why would I buy more when I can modify the ones I have?
Bunch of smart alecs lol
