@@markespindola6276 i owned the 2011 C7 version with 3.0 tfsi, and it runs great even after 9 years. Clocking 100k KM soon, and no major problem other than some wear and tear. Lower maintenance than my bmw f10 523i.

The problem with 5.0's 5th is he kept missing it lol. Got to love the 3.0 v6t, I picked up an s4 2 weeks ago, what an absolute beast, standard comes with 330bhp. Spend £1k on map and pulley upgrade to get it to 420-460, the cheapest 100hp that I've ever seen.
Audi is so cool looking also
A6 3.0 with those mods would be close 500hp. 8 speed auto, AWD, about 4100 lbs. 1/4 mile in the high 11's-12.0 That 3.0-liter supercharged engine was pretty indestructible. The ZF 8 speed auto really works well and is reliable up to 500hp. The supercharger was made by EATON. In stock form they were prone to heat soak and you could really only get one or 2 hard pulls before the intake temps got on the hot side and power was reduced by the engine management. Fairly inexpensive to get 450hp (superchager pulley and a tune for about $1500.00).
Very good assessment, this is very similar to what the owner told me which is why these were very good races. You’re one of very few people who actually assessed the situation correct In the comments lol. Most of the comments think that he’s close to stock power which is far from the truth
@@Jrgnthestreet oh yeah he definitely is not stock. He is dual pulley, heat exchanger, tuned trans intake and downpipes. I am running a similar setup right now on my A6 and am pulling 3.3 0-60. Don't race these cars from a dig.... roll racing it will depend on mods. I also bet his 1/4 mile time with a good DA is around 11.5 or so.
2011-2012 have 7 speed s-tronic which is far better than ZF, so if you will buy buy 2011 or 2012, make pulley upgrade with ECU tuning and hit almost 500 HP

I have this same setup on my A6. He was definitely heat soaked on the 3rd run. It's the biggest issues with these cars, supercharger gets hot and starts pulling timing.
Austin Byrd I was thinking the same thing there is no way a natural aspirated 5.0 would have smoked the A6
Agreed on the heat soak. An aftermarket intercooler solves the issue and is recommended for stage 2 on the A6. If he doesn't have it there is a huge power loss by the 3rd run.

Nice vid!! That mustang sounds sick!! Obviously I have a tuned A6 and still working on it. Fyi on just a stage 1 tune with no other mods spare tire in back and full tank of gas I ran a 12.56 at 108 at the strip. Plenty of stage 2 A6's in the 11s. Total sleepers.

@@TheLatinGQ nothing special,just a remapping made at a local shop here in sweden,and a hiflow airfilter,also remapped the gearbox
Love this car. I have a 2013 A6 S-line V8 T. Gray with black 19’s. Amazing interior as well. It puts out 440hp and will do 50 to 100 in the blink of an eye. It is So much fun to drive
@@hedning003 just following up... I did stage 1 & 2 upgrade and the car is a friggin beast! Went from 309hp to 460hp and from 300lb ft torque to a little over 400. No other mods. It's a total sleeper

Beautiful pull. I think you have the power edge but the Audi’s quick shifting auto transmission makes the difference. You did well considering you probably still had traction issues on a 40 role and your dealing with a tractor gearbox in comparison... props !

@@luke7542 i owned 3 of them. With audi, u feel like you wanna go fast and it can go fast. But on high speed u kinda have that mix feeling of safe and unsafe, it feel safe because of the quattro, feel unsafe because it feels like its gonna crash on 180kmh above. Bmw feels confident even at very high speed, but slow. With mercedes, it needs some time to go fast, u know it can go fast, but u dont feel like it. 🤣
I mean , the A6 has an engine out of a S4 and has Quattro . This car tuned is pushing around 500 Hp , it’s a crazy car that not a lot of people know about

Just moved to upstate NY and was looking to trade my 1LE for a more winter appropriate car. Ended up with an A6 because of your video and a couple others. Stage 1 is already faster than my Camaro was 🤘🏻🤘🏻

I just bought a b8.5 s5 and swore I wouldn’t touch it. I think that lasted 3 weeks I already have purchased everything for stage 2+
But gosh it’s such a glorious engine. And I’m pretty hard to impress
Love the mustangs too though. I did the launch demo for the 2018 at lakeside raceway in Queensland Australia, got to showcase the car doing hot laps to ford customers. It really changed my whole perspective on what a muscle car is.

JrgNthestreet I just bought one manual A4 S4 lighter than A6 -I will track car and I could feel 1.7-1.8 60ft and 12.9-13.1 stock - I will be eventually dual pulley- ported EATON- and ultracharged - sounds cool but it’s just a bigger TB lol- 100 - on 91 oct 460awhp- e40 500 awhp- 100 octane 530 awhp - yes a little baby V6 supercharged

I have a b8 s4 manual - and my new Audi added to my stable is a A6 3.0t prestige and I am blown away of how fast it is stock - now I come from cars above 400hp above 700hp cars - and yes these cars move really good - I have a dual pulley kit wich I was going to install on my s4 LOL well not no more I see more benefits as far as speed with the auto ZF transmission 👍
Big gains with stage 2 software and parts on Audi’s. I don’t even think I’d beat one. I have a 2019 stage 2 gti. That thing fuckin moves.

Finally about to modify my 2013 a7 8-speed. I'm going from stock to APR stage 2+ w/ ultracharger tune. JH Motorsports 207mm crank pulley. Ultracharger throttle body. High-Flow intake. JH Motorsports Heat Exchanger. I'm just worried about melting my cats...
It's a big problem with these models. 1200 fix.

Mustang technically didnt win the last race either seeing as how he took off early. All you have to do is watch the first two videos and see when both cars take off clearly after the third honk and the last video he takes off on or right before the third honk and the audi was still reeling him in a little bit.

I need a tune on my A6 bad even a stage 1 would be great. I used to drive a Mustang GT and I miss it but the A6 is just more comf, practical, etc.

Stage 2 in my a6 100 tune kills hellkittys. Iv raced supercharged 5.0 and smoked it. Supercharged hemi and smoked it.... my boy new M3 I smoked it. Hard to beat something that does 0 to 60 in 3.3 seconds and runs mid 11s all day! Spinning ain't winning!! And I still spin 4 wheels on 275 size tires!!! 🤣. It's about putting power to the ground and Audi did it flawlessly. Funny how an R8 beats the same engine from a hurican and the r8 weighs more.... its in the audi genes even tho audi owns Lamborghini shows who still boss. 🤣 Audis all day!!

Say bro if you are having problems getting 3rd & or 5th gear. Here is a free fix to the problem. slide your seat closer to the steering wheel. No am not being funny , no am being a smart ass. Put your seat were your knee are just short distance from the dash almost touching. This will do a few things. 1 give you better reach for shifting, a stronger shift because your arm is not extended. And most importantly it will give you better control of the car. Give it a legit shot I promise it will work.
My 3rd gear actually broke during this video that’s why I was having issues but I appreciate the tip lol

Definitely can’t go wrong with a calimer trans, I put a stage 2 in mine when I replaced this trans
I just put two cars on 2022 5.0 from 60-130 in my dual pulley A6
I have the 2.0 t and it’s much faster than the 3.6 charger I had before.

Audis are natural sleepers since Audi is sketchy with their hardware, that supercharged engine in the C7 is the same thing they put in the S4 Line, it's just detuned so it doesn't compete with the S4, otherwise there isn't a point to spending an extra 20K on the smaller s4 when you can get the A6. So even just a simple tune wakes he whole car up. I went from an 4.6 Mustang GT, to the same C7/A6 it's definitely a sleeper.
You can drive it in the winter, and carry 4 people.. Gotta chose the Audi for day to day where I live
