Banana ice cream recipe. Simple and easy to make. Only 3 ingredients. Taste absolutely delicious and smooth banana ice cream.
Ingredients:
200g Baked Bananas
150g Fine Sugar
400g Whipping Cream (40%)
Preferable 40% fat, otherwise 35% is also fine.

it is really worth, to make ice cream 🍦 at home , simply because the one you buy at super market always stuffed ,bombed with bad senseless extra additives ....etc....
the one you made Michael is a true ice cream, one can manage the sweetness, the fruits at choice....some years ago I made at home ice cream with using condensed milk in stead of sugar with whipping cream and it worked too ,was delicious, satisfying too.....this time I will make it on your way with sugar, much more easier...

Fantastic and simple! That way (by baking) you avoid the bananas getting darker. I use that method to make banana mousse (adding gelatin).

@@genderenquirer7095 It came out good, but it wasn't really like ice cream, it was more like frozen whipped cream. It was a good light frozen desert. Michael's idea of using baked bananas was real good, it made their flavor much stronger.

Choose any kind of banana that is most fragrant to you. Just make sure to use ripe bananas, or over ripe bananas.

Did you try? it seems possible if you can get the strawberries in the same texture as the baked bananas. Maybe reduce the liquid in the strawberry sauce so it is similar to what the bananas look like. maybe do one banana and mix in some reduced strawberry slop. Sounds good.

Wow amazing....but I have a suggestion chef can't we try with Mango puree too...I mean cook the Mango pulp like a jam and add it with the whipped cream and instead of sugar add Condensed milk ....I tried it and came out perfect...it's just a suggestion😊😊👍
