Great tutorial. Remember that you have to absorb any advise in and adopt it to what your body and hips can do. Some postures might be impossible (it comes down to your joints as well) but with minimal adaptation you can get there. The thought process behind creating power is more important.
One of the greatest feelings in my life was when I learned how to do a front round kick with real power. I'll never forget the found of the bag really popping. And my instructor had me delivering that power from a position of already having my knee pointed at my target. He had me pivoting and then throwing my fist like I was punching the ground behind me with both fist as hard as I could. The power I eventually delivered when I got every muscle in my body at the end of my foot was unbelievable.
I don't think he would be considered, because he played in a lot of B action movies. I think James Bond movie producers would most likely look for a drama actor
He would be perfect for Bond.....I see they are testing the waters with the new bond film by introducing a female double O but I think that would be a big mistake to have the next bond be a women.....Scott would be a fantastic James Bond.....You listening England.

People act like there's a crazy amount of acting in batman but even in the Nolan trilogy I'd say Christian Bale did ok at most. First movie was good, Ledger (RIP) completely stole the show in the 2nd and Hardy in the 3rd. Adkins woulda done absolutely fine playing Bruce Wayne, just needs a good director and most importantly a much better script.

Great tutorial. Remember that you have to absorb any advise in and adopt it to what your body and hips can do. Some postures might be impossible (it comes down to your joints as well) but with minimal adaptation you can get there. The thought process behind creating power is more important.
So wierd hearing Yuri Boyka teaching with his English accent instead of a Russian or East European sounding accent lol
OMG he should make a tutorial in Russian accent
@@SanHydronoid lol🤣🤣 oy its boyka um gon show you how to kik azz
By far one of the best or top 3 videos on kicks I have seen; and I've seen a lot.
Thank you for that lesson. Appreciated.
3:25 Finally i found what I'm looking for Thanks Boyka the most complete fighter in the world
I think Scott is in the perfect time of his life to play a perfect James Bond, for a long time. Anyone else agree?
Axel Firefly agree mate and he can be a new Batman too
I don't think he would be considered, because he played in a lot of B action movies. I think James Bond movie producers would most likely look for a drama actor
Yes
He would be perfect for Bond.....I see they are testing the waters with the new bond film by introducing a female double O but I think that would be a big mistake to have the next bond be a women.....Scott would be a fantastic James Bond.....You listening England.
It comes from an expert. Kudos !!!
It's generous from you to teach us while you have a lot of work to do.
This guy is like 2 different people when he has beard and when he doesn't
That everyone that grows a beard
Scott, your fans would love a Yuki Boyka Training Course!! Please consider that idea. If you agree give a thumbs up.
I'd rather be taught by you in person, and even if it costs a lot to be taught by you, i would risk being broken instead of being rich
Big fan of the Legend "Yuri Boyka " ............the undisputed fighting Skills .....plz sir make more lessons like this ...
Thanks for this, I glad I found this.. Now I can enhance my roundhouse kick
Scott Adkins is perfect for any role whether a Villain or a Hero.
8:31 perfect!

We've all been there 😂
i can not stop laughing, he is so cool man
The same thing happened to me too and I hurt my knee :(
He turned from Scott Adkins to Yuri Boyka in split seconds 😂

Clear instructions. I like it when he says, "I'm not gonna do a kick like this...........,coz I'm wasting energy". Nice tutorial.

I hope you make more movies as always especially if possible being the main antagonist in John Wick 4, an action movie in Peru/Argentina/Samoa/Brazil/Columbia, movies with Master Jean Claude Van Damme, Marko Zaror, Lateef Crowder, Sharlto Copley, Tim Roth or Mark Dacascos. Maybe make a part 2 of Hardcore Henry, part 5 of Boyka Undisputed, medieval action movies. I'm a big fan and I hope you read somehow my comments it would mean a lot because I look up to you as like my idol alongside with Sir Jean Claude Van Damme. I really love watching your movies sir from Assassination Games, to Undisputed trilogy, Doctor Strange, The Medallion, The Brothers Grimsby, American Assassin, Hercules, Ninja and Ninja Shadow Of A Tear, Universal Soldier. I hope you're family and you sir are safe and healthy, more power and wisdom as always.

Nice! I had the same problem with Bob for a long time, I ended up filling his base up with sand instead of water and he's been behaving much more cooperatively :-)
Boyka really scares me! He does a lovely work teaching us!
