FINALLY---Someone who does a roundhouse kick properly! I have been to so many kickboxing fitness classes and all-ALL- of them teach a roundhouse kick with both feet facing the bag and no pivot on your lead foot. Ridiculous!!!
Much appreciated, needed to get better instruction on round kicking for I am too much in love with the jumping crane kick and the front kick SILVA made famous.🤘 and blessings 4 VIDA 🤘 out!
Just earned my 4th stripe from tiger schulmanns, yet I still can't do a proper round kick for the life of me, but when I do a switch one, I can do it just fine lol
