Great Project. Just my thought. Would of been a good idea to either sandblast or dry blast the rust, the body, the frame to ensure everything is clean and back to metal.

That was already done and coated the frame and body were but it sat just need to go over body and get ready for paint thanks

I love Chevelles!!!!! Can we do green paint with two black stripes down the middle?
Also some of the audio cuts out during the video unless it's just me, which is possible lol 😆

I am curious why a shop doing the high level of restoration you guys do, Why not use a plasma cutter? I have a basic Titanium Plasma cuuter from harbor freight and it made things so much easier when needing to access things like broken cage nuts.

There is one thing to know : to be definitively efficient against rust, you should put grease everywhere. grease is the only thing very efficient against rust. put grease between metal and carpet, inside door, behind metallic bumper, under the vehicle, behind the repairs you can make (everywhere inside the body - hidden erea - instead of using paint), hollow areas (necessarily hidden, so no need to be aesthetic). For rear wings unreachable with a paintbrush, use an extender and poor old oil everywhere each year. rust always comes from the inside and welds. Handyman Experience - 35 years. From france

I have 2 problems with it. One when you weld panels in you need to use screws or Clicos to hold the panels down Tightly before welding and 2 I would rather hear the banging of the hammer and the air Chisel than the crap shit you call music
