    Thank you for all your lovely chair yoga videos, they are an enormous help to me. About 5 years ago I became wheelchair bound after leading a very active life, I became depressed and put on a lot of weight due to inactivity, I honestly thought I would never be active again. A few weeks ago a friend of mine was saying how her disabled daughter was doing chair yoga and suggested I give it a try, after all I had nothing to lose. So I trawled the Internet looking for videos, I found a few but the instructors were annoying me so I was about to give up, then I found your video and thought I'd give it a go. I was hooked immediately, your voice is calming and friendly, you make me want to try all the exercises and the scenery is stunning. I am feeling so much better about myself already, and I've only been doing your classes for a few weeks. I don't know how to thank you, you really have changed my life for the better. Please keep making the chair yoga videos, my favourite one is the Sunday morning one with the breathing exercises, it really does wake you up. Keep up the good work 🤗😄

    I lead a seniors stroke recovery class and played this for them last week and they LOVED it. I hope you do more 60 min classes .. my folks love your pacing , your voice and the exercises were within their capacity! ( they do have quite a bit of experience with chair yoga and can take on more challenges but they found your session really relaxing and very do-able! thank you! ( I used to lead the class myself but have frozen shoulder so looking for recordings to make up for that! )

    This was my first time doing your 50 minute practice. Very nice. I enjoyed it. My husband was still in bed
    and your voice was so soothing he slept through the practice and got an additional 50 minutes sleep.

    Lots of variations for my left arm because I received my second Moderna vaccination yesterday. Thank you for helping me with all my body aches and pains once again. I feel good on this first day of Spring!

    This was great! Every morning my husband and I do 30 minutes of chair yoga and then go for a walk before he goes to work in his home office. I hate walking on trash pick-up day, and now we have your longer routine to do on Wednesdays. I am so happy.

    Thank you so so much for this video! I have chronic pain so I am limited. I started with your 20 minute, then the whole body and then both together with your flow video! Your calm and stillness is so encouraging and your practice to work the core as well. Now it's all in the same video! Sorry for the long comment.
