Hi! Is there any link available to download the old free tool LUT Buddy or are you maybe planning to add a similar tool to Magic Bullet Looks? Because it was a very useful tool to create LUTs directly from AE based on a color pattern modificaction (not just like the option Generate LUT from Colorista who is not aware of other effects) and since your transition to Maxon it is nowhere to be found online...

Hello guys I love Trapcode, there are no video that cover making sure export of particle background are TRANSPARRENT , it might be obvious to some of the more seasoned users, but im hitting a wall here and would appreciate a little help...

Particular renders on transparent by default. You just render it like you would any project with alpha from After Effects. Under your Output Module make sure you choose a format and codec that can support alpha - such as ProRes, and choose RGB+Alpha. Or, even easier, use the Output Module preset "High Quality with Alpha"

thank you for your reply, im having a real issue exporting transparent webm video it seems to be baking a black background into it...shoul i use premultiply of straight altha?, thanks in advance.@@MaxonRedgiant

Welcome to the age of plugin’s, why learn anything yourself if you can just wait for someone to make a filter that you call slap on your boring drone footage, and make it look like anyone else, you won’t be a creative artist, but you will still tell yourself that lye anyway, because who cares what anyone else says, is your can just keep living a lie, and fool yourself into believing that it’s not a lie.

I know it can feel like that sometimes - but honestly, tools and plugins are great! If you're an artist with a deeper understanding of what the "default" settings are doing, it means you can push things even more. The creativity can come from anywhere in the process, no matter the tools. Have fun, and take care!
